I bought $27.00 of gas & the restrooms are closed at night.... Not coming back... Not convenient at all...

This Mobil Gas Station's Car Wash has malfunctioned on me twice. The first time I was able to enter the 6 digit code into the machine to start the Foam Car Wash including the Wax for the price of $12.00. Then when the green light turned on and it said for me to enter the Car Wash facility it was very difficult to drive my Car onto the ramp that was raised up. If a car's all 4 tires are not exactly centered on the metal ramp then the car wash machine will not start. I had to back up my car in reverse and then I shut off the ignition on my car. Then I went into the Mobile Gas Station Store and asked the cashier to reset the Car Wash Machine which she said she had done this for me. Then the cashier told me to try again and the Car Wash Machine should be working fine now. I tried again the (second time) and this Car Wash Machine didn't start again. I backed up my car, it is a good thing for me their wasn't any cars behind me. I went inside the Mobile Store and requested a Cash Refund for $12.00. Then the cashier refunded my money and I left never to return again to this Mobile Gas Station. read more

Its a gas station with a car wash.... What more so you expect. It seems like everytime I come in here there is always a 4 person line of people waiting to pay for food, gas etc etc... The inside of this location is very dark and cluttered. They need to make the inside much better and more inviting to come into/ With that being said majority of the staff I have dealt with is extremely friendly. I do like the fact this location has a Redbox inside which is nice. And typically the gas was cheaper here then the Chevron by my house but it seems lately it almost the same price. Oh well, I will still stop by since its close to my work. Its just convienent. read more

Acessable from College or Oceanside Boulevard . Good gas prices, has quite a few gas pumps . There's an nice AM/PM mini market stocked with all kinds of snacks and drinks. Good customer service. Clean bathrooms. And a really nice car wash starting at $7. Would've liked to pay at the car wash but had to go in to pay. This is one of the only gas stations in many directions off Oceanside Boulevard and College. read more

It's a mobile, not some mom and pop gas station. They have a car wash, huge lot and everything you need to have a successful business. Location, visibility, prices. So I don't know why everyone is hating on this place. Compared to every other Mobil in North County I'd say it's right up there. Probably sits on of an acre on the corner of one of the busiest intersections in Oceanside. Prices are competitive on everything, they have a redbox. It's easy to get in and out. Ok so they run out of gas more often than others, the gas is probably comparable to Valero. Maybe you've all had bad experiences, but I've been coming here since it opened and it's way better than any 7-11, am/pm and it's close to my house. The employees can be jerks, but isn't that somewhat true for all gas station employees. read more

The gas here is pretty expensive because there's no other around. Sometimes it's kind of hard to get in and out of because of the busy intersection. I do love Mobil gas because it's not watered down. It's also nice that they have a car wash and a decent convenience store. When I come here the older lady is very nice and pretty quick so that's a plus. This is a nice size gas station that has extra parking if you're meeting someone there. My biggest complaint is the prices so that's why only 3 stars but I understand you get what you pay for. read more

Worst gas station in Oceanside. Just moved back to north county after 4 years, and this place hasent changed. Always out of different types of gas and bad customer service. The people who work there are rude and don't care. I will never use this gas station again! read more

The staff is nice, food is stocked as well as drinks but every time I get gas I smell like gas the rest of the day . Please clean the ground where we step on while getting gas, hire a sand blaster if you have to and then pour sand to soak up the gas, it's on every other stall. Other gas stations do a good job on staying on top of it and keeping the gas stall areas clean but even the trash cans are filled to the brim and the staff is just taking a smoke break, not sure what's going on but this gas station is at a premier spot why can't they offer premier service! read more

Meh, it's a gas station. The few times I have had to go inside, the service seems slow, and it appears as though no one really wants to help! They are lacking in healthy items inside and they also could really use a revamp of the restrooms! The car wash isn't really worth the money they charge either! read more

The car wash at Mobil malfunctioned and the machine tried to rip off the passenger door. My car sustained significant damage to the front panel. The man behind me in line also had his mirror ripped off and the workers at Mobil say this happens often. This took place after they advertised that the car wash had been remodeled with new parts. I would NOT recommend this car wash to anyone. read more

Extremely slow service. Every time I go into the store it's a guaranteed 5 minute wait in line. The cashiers don't seem to be in any rush to get people out of the store in a timely manner. Oh, and you're doing them a favor by coming to their store. That's how they treat you. Shouldn't they be thanking the customer for coming by? read more

It's a gas station. I never even stepped into the place. The getting out of there is awful especially if you want to go the other way. Both exits are one way only. So plan your trip here carefully. read more

Poor customer service. Locking customers put during peak travel times so the cashier can sit in his car. My recommendation is to take your brakes according to business and customers needs. They pay the bills & keep the bloodline of the store flowing. ,5Serve beyond excellence and delight customers with every interaction. Waiting 10 minute's for you to catch up on hot 95 Jamzz is not going to help next quarters profits. Think about How many customers you're losing. It is 10 times harder to win them back. Customer satisfaction and retention need to be discussed and explored at this station. Corporate Mobil, please help this station bring standards up to_ par.... We need Undercover Boss on this one! I bought gas and a car wash on 8/12/2009 and got to the wash rack and it was closed "temporarily". I went to the station cashier and he said I could not get my $8 back but could come later since the number was good for 8 days. Three days later I called the station and asked if the car wash was working since I had a ticket to use, the guy said yes it was. I arrived there and found the wash was still "temporarily" out of service. I went to see a different cashier on duty and asked for my $8 dollars back and he said he couldn't do it since he would then be $8 short. He suggested that I talk to the manager, Essie, who would be in on Monday. I suggested that they should not be selling car washes at the pump if the car wash is down. He said he just turned that function off. Since I was going to out of town while the coupon expired, I asked for the manager's phone number and got the station's phone number instead . Obviously, at this station it is better to short the customer than the employee. Must be an interesting customer service manual they give to the employees. Be sure to check the car wash before you buy one at this station 'cause you won't get your money back. read more

horrible customer service! wheel fell off the car late last night and had to park in their parking lot and in heat of moment left w/o telling them will return in a few hours and within those few hours they had car towed and then gave wrong tow company info so had to call and call around to find car. when asked to have mgr give a c/b the owner had clerk call back and say signs are posted with no sympathy. will not be patronizing this business ever again and will let all that i know not to either! read more
