This is my last choice Shell. I only stop here if I absolutely have to because: It's a PITA to get into. Situated at a busy intersection just off the freeway makes it a logistical nightmare. After you've managed to pull in, more often than not you have to go inside to pay. Pulling out and trying to get across two lanes is a live action game of Frogger. Only thing 24 hours about this place is the gas price signs. Pumps shut off early, they board up the doors and windows at night sometimes between 8 and 10. I've been here at 8, 9:30 and 11, closet ,closed, closed. Try calling in and it's like talking to a collections agency. Which is funny because they are the one's advertising 1 price, but charging another. That's not even including how off it is from the car wash prices, which the car wash is constantly broken. Con artist!! Price advertised on sign said $5.49 for Diesel. This was the same regardless of car wash or not. I was charged $5.59 and that was with 10 cents off for using my T-mobile discount. So real price was $5.69. I asked the cashier what was up and he said I was charged more due to not buying a car wash. I told him the sign didn't say that and he said it's a mistake and he couldn't correct it. Will not be returning ever and I advise no one else to go as well. RUDE RUDE RUDE! The older Hispanic lady at the counter working 8/2 around 9pm was extremely rude and denied refunded me for my gas. Threw her hands up at me when I told her the pump was not working. Sadly i find myself needing to warn others about the service at this location. I have come here countless times, by myself and with others, and almost every time there is a problem or altercation with the clerk on duty. always the same guy, and it is frustrating. simply picking up my receipt is always a five ten min deal, where he rolls his eyes and mumbles about wasting his time, and this is not the place to get a car wash, as the stop/go lights are constantly malfunctioning, leading to obvious issues, which the clerk then treats like a school teacher, very condescending in tone, not nice at all. i do not like giving negative reviews, but after countless occurrences, i feel its my Yelp Duty to dissuade anyone thinking of purchasing here read more

This place advertised a gas price that was 36 cents cheaper than what they were actually charging at the pump. It wasn't until I put the $30 in my gas tank that I realized I was paying close to $4.00 a gallon when the huge light up sign said $3.54! If I could write the review without giving any stars at all, that's what I'd give this location. I went in there today, purchased as gas can and fuel to fill it as well. The pump was not working. I went inside to notify the attendant and he claims that I put the nozzle back on too quick. I again informed him that his pump was not working and asked that he put my money onto another pump. We were exchanging words because he tried to insist that I use the same pump. He made me repay for fuel at another pump and proceeded to say. Been on yelp for a long time but this is my first review. The lack of service here is so horrible, I had to write a review. They charged us $1 more for the car wash that was not working, would not give a refund, told us to come back at night as clerk said the machine should be working and doesn't recall ever breaking down. Came back at night, pylons were blocking the care wash as it was getting repaired. New clerk moved the pythons and told us to try again. Code would not work when we came back and we had to go in 3 more times to talk to the clerk and they could care less. They wouldn't give my wife the manager number or how/when we could contact them. The worst service and I'll be contacting corporate, but if his is a sign of how they run businesses, corporate will probably not care. read more

Went inside to complain because I was sitting in there for about 5 min and guy tells me my wash was about done anyways and just needed to dry! Can I give zero stars! This place preys on its great location. Gas sucks, I got almost 80 less miles to my full tank of gas. I was tryin to buy cigarettes and gas with an old $100 dollar bill and even after he confirmed it was real he still said "no I don't want i and to get out of his store in a very rude way.
