Stopped last night at El Toro Market for a pollo asado Torta. The chicken was tender, and flavorful. The beans tasted homemade with a nice texture. One star off for insufficiently toasted bread -- made the sandwich a bit soggy. To be fair, this is a common problem with tortas. It needed more lettuce for more crunch and to contrast the cold lettuce with the hot ingredients. Sliced tomatoes are also usually in tortas. This will not deter a return visit.
