No greetings , no goodbyes, no one is smiling or providing any customer service. 2 lively and nice employees mixed in with Just a few zombies looking depressed and unhappy. The food is expensive $$ and prepared with zero love. My big Mac was sloppily thrown together. A blob of sauce in the corner, two pickles and the other corner a blob of lettuce, prepared with zero care zero standard zero love. Everything lopsided, falling off the bun. A plain pale unhealthy looking burger with zero life of vibrancy, reminded me of the zombies serving it to me. At this point, I was so hungry. I just ate it.. McDonald's. You need to get your act together. This Location is lucky, there's no In-N-Out close by or that's where all these people would be. Super disappointing experience.. management in this location needs to step it up. Have a meeting with the employees and get standards up. Inside is nice, music playing and modern looking. Ron and Sean Piazza appear to have ongoing issues at their location they are uncertain how to resolve. Over 3 weeks ago we went to purchase caramel fraps. ONCE AGAIN, the machine was broken. Today we went back to order caramel fraps, and the machine was still out of order. This happens at this location all too frequently. So we then decided to order caramel sundaes. . . and guess what? The ice cream machine was out of order, too. When I told the clerk "This is McDonalds. Their service contract should provide faster. What's the problem? The clerk replied she thought it was a money issue that wasn't available to make the repair. Furthermore, although they provide their phone number and e-mail address next to the drive-through window, they choose not to respond to either. I go into fallbrook every day and I see this thing near me. I got a mcflurry yesterday because the other restaurants were too slow, the mc flurry was barely halfway full, the service wasn't really the best my friend got a burger to share with me and it may have been one of the saddest burgers EVER. I went into McDonald's expecting a quick and simple experience, but I ended up leaving without completing my order because of the poor customer service. The gentleman who took my order had a rude and dismissive tone from the start. I was simply trying to order a plain burger, a plain patty for my puppy, and fresh fries, yet I felt like I was being treated as an inconvenience. Customer service is about treating people with respect, and unfortunately, that was completely lacking during this visit. The employee's attitude and tone made me feel unwelcome, and I decided not to spend my money there. I come here pretty often during early mornings, mostly for coffee, and occasionally for breakfast. Never had any of my orders wrong, yet...but I do order from the app most of the time. The only times I've gotten my order wrong is on two occasions when I ordered a sugar free vanilla iced latte and got regular instead. This location is seriously a hit or miss. I try to stick to the basics like an iced coffee or a Big Mac. Sometimes they give the wrong items when going through their drive thru so make sure to double check your order before you drive off! The times that I've dined in, there were some homeless people loitering with signs asking for money or food. If I can give this place 0 stars I would I ordered through the kiosk because none of the worker tried to approach me. One of the managers as seen in the pictures was very rude she was bringing me and my family out food instead of handing it to us she threw it on the table and sped away from us before we can say anything. I ordered a kids meal for my kids and there fries had burnt food from previous fries on them and said that it was supposed to look like that which I know for a fact that they are not it's only supposed to be salt on them. Well, McDonald's you did well this morning. My car companion and I were very impressed by your service and quality of food this morning. Especially because this location has not had the greatest reputation. We ordered the chicken McGriddle, sausage McGriddle, a couple of hash browns and an iced Carmel macchiato; everything was hot-steaming hot in fact, hash browns were a little greasy (it is fast food after all) and the iced macchiato was tasty with plenty of caramel syrup. All in all, we know the customer service isn't always on par here but today they did well and it may be a sign that they are starting to get better?.....we'll see. read more
