The service was absolutely terrible. I ordered sausage, egg and cheese. Mc griddle with no sausage. And I also ordered a sausage, egg and cheese bagel with no sausage. Before they even gave us our food some rude lady came to the window and told us I will not make you special sandwiches. Sometimes they give the wrong items when going through their drive thru so make sure to double check your order before you drive off! The times that I've dined in, there were some homeless people loitering with signs asking for money or food. The dinIng area tends to be clean and the staff are always friendly- just need to be trained better I feel. An extra time to QC would help them tremendously. read more

If I can give this place 0 stars I would I ordered through the kiosk because none of the worker tried to approach me. One of the managers as seen in the pictures was very rude she was bringing me and my family out food instead of handing it to us she threw it on the table and sped away from us before we can say anything. I ordered a kids meal for my kids and there fries had burnt food from previous fries on them and said that it was supposed to look like that which I know for a fact that they are not it's only supposed to be salt on them. Well, McDonald's you did well this morning. My car companion and I were very impressed by your service and quality of food this morning. Especially because this location has not had the greatest reputation. We ordered the chicken McGriddle, sausage McGriddle, a couple of hash browns and an iced Carmel macchiato; everything was hot-steaming hot in fact, hash browns were a little greasy (it is fast food after all) and the iced macchiato was tasty with plenty of caramel syrup. All in all, we know the customer service isn't always on par here but today they did well and it may be a sign that they are starting to get better?.....we'll see. read more

I would start off by saying that this is the worst and slowest McDonalds. Before I even ordered a McFlurry I asked if there machines were working and they said yes. When I got the McFlurry it was not even a McFlurry. I went in and asked about it and they told me that the McFlurry machine was broken.
