This location is seriously a hit or miss. I try to stick to the basics like an iced coffee or a Big Mac. Sometimes they give the wrong items when going through their drive thru so make sure to double check your order before you drive off! The times that I've dined in, there were some homeless people loitering with signs asking for money or food. The dinIng area tends to be clean and the staff are always friendly- just need to be trained better I feel. An extra time to QC would help them tremendously. read more

Well, McDonald's you did well this morning. My car companion and I were very impressed by your service and quality of food this morning. Especially because this location has not had the greatest reputation. We ordered the chicken McGriddle, sausage McGriddle, a couple of hash browns and an iced Carmel macchiato; everything was hot-steaming hot in fact, hash browns were a little greasy (it is fast food after all) and the iced macchiato was tasty with plenty of caramel syrup. All in all, we know the customer service isn't always on par here but today they did well and it may be a sign that they are starting to get better?.....we'll see. read more

I would start off by saying that this is the worst and slowest McDonalds. Before I even ordered a McFlurry I asked if there machines were working and they said yes. When I got the McFlurry it was not even a McFlurry. I went in and asked about it and they told me that the McFlurry machine was broken.
