Every time we go they get our order wrong. EVERY TIME! They waste about 3 burgers because they don't get the order correct until the 4th time and that's because by that time I have yelled. I ask nicely they mess it up, I yell and wallah! All of a sudden they know how to make the burger exactly how we asked the previous 3 times. I only keep going back because kids like it. I would love if the employees would just listen the 1st time! The person taking the order repeats it back correctly and then something happens between them and the cooks and the order is done incorrectly. Why is it so difficult to make a burger with ONLY the buns, two patties and bacon, NOTHING else. They give it to us with pickles, Mustard, cheese, Lettuce, Tomatoe, mayo, Ketchup, 1 patty and no bacon. This place is pretty slow and poorly run. The guy working the drive-thru is clearly overwhelmed with his job. I guess this is what full employment in the economy gets you. I went through the drive-thru today. I didn't catch the girl's name but she was very friendly. My order was correct, though one of the last times I came, they had gotten part of my order wrong but seemed more than happy to help correct it, and they did. The place is clean and the other staff seem friendly as well. I think the bad ratings on this place is unnecessary to be honest. Each burger place has different ways of doing things and different recipes to follow to where that's what other people are used to. read more

Apparently the computer was off so they were not accepting coupons at the location. The computer worked well enough where you could pay full price?? Odd, have people never heard of calculators and manually inputting stuff so you can honor the coupons you have out. Food: Food was good (average per BK standards), no unfavorable impressions. Overall good! Service: The cashiers were friendly and nice. The smiled and were helpful when someone needed something. Good Service! Location: Not a bad location but I can easily tell that they need someone to come out and clean their ventilation system. A cloud of smoke kept forming up in the kitchen and it kept lingering there while all the employees were working. For I, a lowly tradesman with ambition to please my fair maiden, placed two orders of sixteen morsels of the kings finest fried poultry. The king sent me along with 24 in total. WORST SERVICE EVER! Went to this location today hoping to get a quick meal for my two year old which ended up turning into a disaster. My meal came out to $6.15 and I gave the girl $20.15. How she managed to give me $7.50 back is beyond me especially since the change due is on the computer AND the receipt. After THREE tries she finally got my change correct. Then when I get home I realize in my chicken sandwich there's NO CHICKEN! If it was possible to give a 0 star rating I definitely would. My grandson likes the burgers there but you always have to check the food before you drive away they always get it wrong. Last time I was there they were laughing when they handed me the burger and I got pissed off then I checked it and it was wrong . I asked them what was so funny.
