I've passed by Pedro's many times. I finally got to try it today. I went through the drive-thru. Staff is friendly. Drive thru moves fast. I had the carne asada burrito and fish burrito. Both burritos were delicious! The fish and cabbage in the burrito were fresh. The price is cheaper compared to other places and Pedro's is better! The outside patio is nice, clean and shaded! The BEST breakfast burritos! My favorite is the eggs, beans and sausage, so delicious, and enough to share with another person, unless you want it all to yourself, which can be a lot....but it could be worth it's definitely a lot of food! I've also tried most of the menu and everything is good. The green sauce is the best part, flavorful and fresh. I've never parked and ordered, only through the drive-through, but everyone is always friendly! There's seating outside in the shade where you can some breakfast and people watch...It's really nice to have a Pedro's in Fallbrook. read more

We got two burritos at or around dinner time a couple months ago, 6-7 pm. The beans were really dry in the burrito. The whole burrito was awful. We are not going back. Pedro's used to have really fresh food. I don't know what happened. Their prices are not cheap, like everywhere else. read more

This was one of the most underwhelming burritos I'd had in a long time. I got a breakfast burrito with bacon and added extra sausage and potatoes. It was $4 dollars extra for the meat, yet my burrito was full to the brim with eggs and beans and hardly any meat. I've been to various Mexican food spots all over San Diego County and this was definitely one of the most disappointing burritos I've had. For what I paid I would much rather go anywhere else and get a way better meal. The service was good, it's just unfortunate when you pay extra and your burrito come out looking like a bean and cheese burrito. You can getter better burritos at Estrella's, Roberto's, even Burritos Luna is more bang for your buck. read more

Let me start by saying YUM! I was excited to find this gem of a taco shop in Fallbrook. It would be easy to drive past without noticing the tiny building just north of the Ace Hardware. Primarily a drive-thru, it has a typical Taco Shop menu. The rolled tacos with guac are crisp and delicious. Hot carrots have a nice kick and their red salsa has a deep heat. They have a second shop on the 76 near O'side. read more

Shrimp burrito -- Would be great if I had more than a baby shrimp with a handful of cabbage in each bite. It's overwhelmingly full of cabbage that I had to dig for shrimp when I was at the beginning and end of the burrito. Not worth the $9+ it costed. I'd rather drive an extra 10-15 minutes and get a solid shrimp burrito from Rubio's for $11. California Burrito -- Cheese was not melted, so it was just a solid blob of cold grated cheese in the burrito. Meat looked kind of in the middle between shredded and grounded beef which was a bit peculiar, and it tasted cheap. It was extremely salty while the French fries/potatoes were so over cooked it was rock hard with a texture similar to an animal cracker. Fish Taco -- I mean it was alright? Not worth $4.49 for a taco smaller than what you'd get at Rubio's. Plus, the plate upgrade only included one taco instead of two, like what? Also, I agree with Chelsea's review. A: the hot sauce is just Heinz like the ketchup packets, so it's not better than you would get at a chain. B. The tortilla on the breakfast burrito was almost rubbery. C. The reason I came here was because I saw online that they offer hash browns as an add on to the breakfast burrito. I got almost halfway through the burrito, and still no hash browns. I look at my receipt, and it says "potatoes" as the add on, so I called the restaurant. The gal said that the potatoes on the receipt would mean hash browns, and she said that the hash browns should be crispy like you would get from a diner or a fast food spot. I said I didn't see any yet, so she said just bring it back and they would make another one. I told her that I had a meeting, so it would be a while. She said no problem, asked for my name, and told me to come back later. I left the burrito in my car for a couple hours, and then I went back to get the replacement. The lady picked through the bottom of the burrito and showed me that there was indeed some hash brown in it. She could see that I had already eaten half of the burrito, and I told her that I didn't notice any or see any while I was eating, and I told her that it definitely wasn't crispy, which is why I wanted them in the burrito in the first place. She explained that the beans and cheese and eggs and heat just make it mushy and just shrugged. She wrapped it up and was going to hand it back to me, and she asked if I liked the burrito. I said it was just mushy and that I didn't like it. She just said sorry and shrugged. So it just went in the trash. I took my first bites of the burrito before leaving their parking lot, so it's not like it was sitting. I'd never return here. read more

The rice was dry and maybe a little undercooked, as the rice wasn't tender. The beans were okay but not enough to redeem this combo. They tend to skimp on the quantity of the ingredients in the burritos, sometimes is more tortia than filling. Prices are too high for what you get and for the quality of the ingredients. read more
