After taking my order, she started to walk away and then realized she hadn't taken the Hubs order...I mean, yes the restaurant was busy but wtf? The Hubs ordered the California burrito and all that was said was, "It comes with fries"... Then we waited... I noticed a lot of the patrons were regulars...having their orders taken right away, their drinks prepared right away and receiving exceptional service...while we waited. Finally, I received my margarita and then our fundido came out. The margarita was just that...a boring margarita that tasted more like a $5 happy hour margarita than the $10 margarita it was. The fundido was a huge bowl of bubbling cheese with balls of chorizo at the bottom, it was delicious...after we asked for more chips to eat it with (other restaurants usually serve tortillas with it, but, okay...) Then we waited.... My shrimp taco and side of beans arrived as did the Hubs burrito. The burrito was just a plain/dry burrito. I'm not sure why this wasn't mentioned with he ordered it and why adding toppings and/or sides was not suggested...but, okay... My shrimp taco and beans were very tasty... But wait, you exclaim...didn't you also order a fish taco? Why yes, yes I did!!! But, since NO ONE ever came to ask how or meal was or if we needed anything, it was impossible to let them know they forgot my taco. When the server saw that we were finished eating, she was quick to get out check...only then was I able to notify her of the missing taco by telling her to make sure it's not listed on check. At no point did she offer an apology, she just stated that we were not charged for it. The restaurant was busy, but not busy enough for the service to have been as bad as it was...also, there were plenty of servers in the restaurant as well as a couple of bussers and a bartender. Food: 8/10 (only because of the dry ass burrito) Drinks: 5/10 Service: 2/10 (only because of the good service we initially received)

This went from a 5 star to a one star. Los Rollitos is no more. They sold the business to a family of snakes and now you'll get bland cold food that's over priced. We asked for a side cup of rice they charged us 5 dollars for a tiny cup of rice. We're talking smaller than a can of soda. They charge $1.25 to use your card there and call it a "convenience fee" which in my opinion is the opposite of convenient. Their workers are now kids who have no idea what customer service is and who cares right? It's not their business they're running it's their dads. Their careless attitude and their over priced lousy food has left a bad taste(literally) in our mouths and we won't we coming back. We will miss los rollitos sorely but we won't miss this new ownership they have now. There are 13 I repeat 13 other Mexican food places in town. This place is a far cry from good authentic Mexican food. They need to step up their game if they want to compete with actual quality food. read more

Not gonna lie I have been disappointed that Rosas burritos don't taste really good anymore but I recently came to this place and the burritos are some of the best I have in a long time. They taste very juicy and have very strong flavors and are kinda big for your average burritos. The services was top tier and best part was it doesn't take them long to make your food. If your ever nearby I recommend you try this place out for real. read more
