The staff are super kind. Food tastes really good ! The vibe is laid back. Will return again if in the area :)

I paid $40 dollars for this! Chicken bland no flavor and just a bunch of salad.

100% definitely not worth it, food is over priced and portionare super small! And when I asked for hot sauce ( sriracha) I got told it was going to be an extra charge fee for hot sauce!!

Japanese owned Japanese restaurant! Staff here is phenomenal! Everyone is so nice, personable and attentive. Sitting there we can tell there's a lot of regulars here. They have a VIP card system that we just jumped on board with. You can watch the sushi chefs working hard making all the different sushi's. We ordered mix tempura, tekka maki, and 2 specialty rolls. Tempura was crunchy just how I like it! Tekka maki was rolled perfectly. Some places do such a sloppy job when they cut it and the rice is usually falling out. Not here! All the waiters and the waitresses are so super attentive to all the guests needs. All of them are very knowledgeable and willing to assist. Very busy busy place with all the tables taken, to go orders being ordered and online orders coming through. They all still manage to keep their cool and keep on chugging along. Love the ambiance! There's tvs to watch or even better you can watch the sushi chefs at work. You can sit at the sushi counter or regular dining tables. We'll be back! Arigato!

    Philly Tempura Roll 10/10

Highly recommend! Amazing sushi quality! The fish is so fresh and the rolls are big and filling. All the staff there are super nice and welcoming. Very quick, hospitable service. Price is average. The house rolls are $8-10 and the specialty $13-$18. Very worth it. Plus, they have happy hour starting @ 2:30pm-5:30pm with rolls 30% off.

    So good and crunchy

Good, but a touch too hot for my personal preferences. Sometimes I really like trying spicy tuna just because everyone's take on it is so different. This one was whew spicy spicy I did really like the salmon and thought it tasted delicious though. I would have liked a touch more avocado on my roll though - I actually forgot it was on it until I tasted a little. Got the lunch special and it came with miso soup and salad. It was a perfect amount for one person wanting to grab a bite. This restaurant has got an artsy vibe inside and I enjoyed sitting inside with the cool air when it was so hot out. The music was chill and kind of gave me cool coffee shop vibes and I enjoyed that! Nice vibe and lots of parking outside. Glad I tried.

My family and I stopped by for lunch on Saturday to try out the all you can eat sushi. We were…read moreeasily able to find parking and were seated as soon as we entered the building. The interior is well-decorated with booths and tables to choose from. We were seated at a larger table for 5 adults. Once we were seated, we asked about the all you can eat service and were told to order from a paper. They give you 3 rounds to order whatever you'd like that's available on the menu. Lunch and dinner have different prices and a few more options available for dinner specifically. While filling out the forms, our servers were very good about checking in with us, double-checking if our paper order was ready or not without rushing us, and refilling drinks whenever we were less than halfway done. The quality of the sushi is really good. I felt like the nigiri was really had really good quality fish with a nice bit of seasoning. Each bite felt fresh and easy to eat. My favorite was the mackerel and eel because of their strong flavors. The rolls were also quite flavorful, with lots of different flavors and options. I really enjoyed the spider roll, but all of them were delicious. I'm so glad we stopped by to try because we have a new sushi place in our rotation. Definitely stop by if you're in the area for an amazing deal, and ayce is not your thing, the rolls themselves I think are worth it to order!

I've eaten here a couple of times before I posting a review because sometimes experiences aren't…read moreall the same. Unfortunately, they both were for me. Having just moved here from a beach community, I was spoiled by a superb sushi restaurant in San Clemente. Though, my boyfriend loves this place for the all you can eat sushi, but he orders his same thing every time (Mexican roll), and the White House (a heavy cream baked fish) I always order something along the lines of a Rainbow Roll or a Superman Burrito (ahi hand-roll , which I don't think they had), I lean towards fresh ahi tuna, salmon and yellowtail selections. First off, my sake was lukewarm, whereas, I like hot sake. They did reheat it, so it improved it. They had an odd selection of alcoholic drinks: screwdriver, jack and coke, and Long Island iced tea, type of cocktails. Strange, but ok, whatever is a crowd pleaser. The fish to me didn't taste very fresh and seemed more chewy, especially the shrimp. I tried the White House, which tasted fine, but it was so heavy with thick cream sauce. Overall, I guess, it just didn't measure up to the quality that I am used to, comparatively. The vinyl booths were outdated, and dishes made me feel like I was in a cafeteria, white and light plastic. This change would probably elevate the experience and, possibly, even make the food present and taste better. However, maybe this is the theme that they are going for. Though all of those things should be improved upon, I do have to say that the staff was very attentive and kind. I know that a lot of people love this place for their reasons, and my best experience there was them. The last comment I will add is that, when it comes to celebrating a birthday, the celebratory music that is played, is just too loud. A small adjustment in volume would be efficient enough to make someone's day a better one. Maybe, in a few months, I'll try the establishment out again and see how they're doing. Sometimes, just by drawing a fine line on what type of experience you want customer's to have, can make all the difference. Sometimes, less is more. Just don't lose the staff, great customer service does really count.

Perfect for anniversary dinner:…read more Omakase sushi is one of the most refined and memorable dining experiences you can have, especially if you appreciate attention to detail, freshness, and craftsmanship. From the moment you sit down, there's a clear sense that this is not just a meal--it's a curated journey guided entirely by the chef's expertise and intuition. What makes omakase stand out is the trust you place in the chef. Instead of choosing dishes yourself, you allow the chef to present a sequence of sushi that highlights the best ingredients available that day. This often results in a progression that feels intentional and balanced, starting with lighter, more delicate flavors and gradually moving toward richer, more complex pieces. Each bite is thoughtfully designed to showcase the natural qualities of the fish, the texture of the rice, and the subtle interplay of seasoning. The freshness of the ingredients is immediately noticeable. High-quality omakase typically features fish flown in from top markets, and you can taste the difference. The fish is clean, tender, and often melts in your mouth. The rice, which is just as important as the fish, is seasoned perfectly--slightly warm, lightly vinegared, and shaped with precision so it holds together without being dense. Another standout aspect is the craftsmanship. Watching the chef prepare each piece right in front of you adds a level of appreciation you don't get with standard dining. Every movement is deliberate, from slicing the fish to forming the rice to brushing on just the right amount of soy or adding a touch of wasabi. It becomes clear that years of training and discipline go into even the simplest-looking piece of sushi. Omakase also introduces you to varieties of fish and preparations you might never order on your own. This expands your palate and helps you discover new favorites. Seasonal ingredients often play a role, which keeps the experience dynamic and unique each time you go. Service is typically intimate and attentive, especially if you're seated at the counter. The chef may explain each piece, offer guidance on how to eat it, or adjust the pacing based on your preferences. This interaction adds a personal element that enhances the overall experience. While omakase can be more expensive than regular sushi, the value lies in the quality, skill, and overall experience. It's not just about eating--it's about enjoying a carefully orchestrated meal that reflects both tradition and creativity. Overall, omakase sushi delivers a level of quality and thoughtfulness that's hard to match. If you're looking for a dining experience that combines artistry, flavor, and a sense of occasion, omakase is absolutely worth it.
