Terrible!! I ordered a cheesesteak without the peppers or white cheddar cheese and add provolone instead. They left the peppers and white cheddar. Burnt my mouth. I could not even eat it. I am so genuinely impressed by this Jersey Mike's location. Kristen and her team went absolutely the extra mile for a last minute large order for an entire wedding party this past Saturday morning and even going so far as to include an extra note for the bride along with a sweet treat. The level of attention to detail and intentional care put into every single sandwich did not go unnoticed. Not one sandwich had anything wrong, it was clear when I walked in how carefully they were making the sandwiches and ensuring everything was put together the way it was ordered. I was so taken aback by the fantastic attitudes of the staff which tells me their owner loves her employees and takes good care of them. I truly appreciated the level of customer service that was given. I am in the Riverside area and have never come across a Jersey Mike's so clean, attentive and kind to their customers and honestly wish we lived closer. BAD BAD BAD. Ordered through the app 3 sandwiches and one salad one of the sandwiches was for my 3yr old grandaughter who is a very picky eater. It has limited toppings on it one of which was avocado ordered on the side that was paid for at additional cost. Went in to pick up sandwiches and noticed sides and condiments were missing. Went back in and asked and received oil and vinegar went back to the car to check the receipt and saw that the avocado was charged for but did not see the side. So went back in a third time and showed the receipt and asked where the avocado was. Employee stated it was on the sandwich sorry we don't get asked to put on the side often. Went home 20min away and opened sandwiches no avocado. Called the store back to ask for a manager and a name. Employee told me there was no Manager and that he was unwilling to give his name and stated that I am aloud to do that, not give name. Pretty dissapointed. read more

Came in since I was craving a sandwich on my lunch break and didn't have all the ingredients at home. Not my favorite gluten free bread, but I am grateful they have the option! Staff was polite and quick when making my sandwich, overall tasted pretty good. I would suggest maybe trying out different brands of gluten free bread in the future :) They are really awesome too in asking if it's a gluten allergy since there may be cross contamination in the preparation area. Employees are super friendly however quality of food/preparation is subpar compared to other locations I've visited. Had an issue with my sandwich (hot sandwich recieved cold) and sent it back. We've been here only a few times, but each visit was positive. They greet you as you enter, how about that. They are friendly, such a plus! Our sandwich orders are simple so it's quick and done just right. This last time I was in, a customer came in to pick up an on-line order. There was a mix up, but was finally cleared up after a few minutes of going back and forth. The employee very apologetic and thank goodness the customer was patient and understanding. So you may want to think twice before place that on-line order. Hopefully they will work out their kinks, like most places opening will have them. This location used to be awesome - good quality, service and speedy. It seems recently, in the last couple of months, there have been a lot of errors with my orders - but the big issue is the time it takes to get a sandwich. I think the location is really struggling with some new employees, and understand completely what a tough labor market this is. But in order to not lose a lot of dedicated customers something needs to get figured out soon - it is clear that the new employees are not trained and it is getting to be an unbearable wait. Jersey mike are my favorite sandwiches preferred than subway but today I went around 8 pm they look like they were closed because the sign and the lights from the outside were off and she look like she was cleaning the grill. The sign on the door and internet says in closes at 9pm we asked her if we can order and she said yes when i asked for 4 Philly cheesestake sandwiches she no because she already clean the grill. The last few times I have gone to the store the orders were very slow. Despite this, I placed an order via the app halfway expecting the same thing. My order came early and I got a text from the driver that he left it at the door because nobody answered the door. That was sort of weird since I was watching tv in the same room about 20 feet from the front door. So I picked up my food off my porch and brought it inside and no car was in sight. I instantly regretted leaving that extra tip while placing the order. No reason to provide good service I guess. I opened the bag and there was not a single napkin in the bag. Wow guess they ran out. The sandwiches were marked so I got the one for my 75 year old mother and gave it to her. Come to find out, they didn't put the the portobellos in the portobello Philly. I tried calling the number in the app and got a recording that they didn't setup voicemail on this number. I checked the internet and that was the number listed there as well. Long story short: 1. The person who made our food didn't care enough to make it right. 2. The person who put it in the bag couldn't bother putting a few napkins in there. 3. The person who brought the food couldn't even stay long enough to make sure I actually got my food. 4. The person who owns the restaurant doesn't care enough about their customers to provide a phone number to call if something goes wrong. 5. I can't recommend any part of this experience. It was a complete waste of money at over $40 for a couple sandwiches from a restaurant where nobody seems to care in any way whatsoever. read more

I did a mobile order back on 4/8 and had the worst experience ever. Not only did I have a horrible experience for my order, but management at this location has yet to contact me regarding my experience. I showed up on time for my order and waited around an additional 15 minutes for my food to be finished. What is the point of doing a mobile order if you have to wait for it to be made while you're waiting at the restaurant anyway? While I watched my sub in a tub being made, I noticed that the extra toppings I paid for were also missing and asked for them to be added. Can you imagine getting home from doing a mobile pick up order and not having the avocado and bacon on your sub that you paid for? When I got home, the hot sub I ordered was cold! Obviously that had been sitting for the entire time while they took their time making my sub in a tub. Horrible food quality - bad customer service and unacceptable management. read more

What I appreciated was my online order being ready when I arrived and my hot sub being kept warm outside the bag. What I didn't like was being treated like dirt by the employee "helping" me when I was nothing but nice to her. Adding a tip to your online order doesn't ensure that you'll be accepted as human either. Silly me. Customer service is a lost art. Had been previously pleased with this location in Fallbrook, but February was a different story. Mid-Feb store gave away my order of a giant sub to previous patrons who entered the store after me. I was compensated by getting a card for a free regular size sub to thank drivers on Grub Hub or something like that. The expiration was end of Feb 2019. I went on 2/28, ordered sub, and was paying but the guy says we don't take those anymore. This was my payback for a screwed up order weeks before. I left the card and the store in frustration.
