This place has improved tremendously since my last visit. Looks like new management and cooks. They are hard workers! I went in and placed my order, the drive through line outside was wrapped around the building so they were BUSY! As I sat and waited for my food you could see them preparing orders and whoa! They are efficient, they communicate well to get the orders out and somehow manage to keep it clean with all the chaos! now my 5stars is for the presentation of the food. The absolute worst Taco Bell I've ever had. Did a mobile order because I was hungry after a wedding. Took forever getting the food. I understand it was a big order, but that was a ridiculous wait for a drive thru. Basically got the crappiest Crunchwrap supreme of my life. Half had ZERO meat. No sauce at all in my bag when I asked for a bunch in my order. 50% of the cinnamon twists outside of its bag when the bag was upright inside of the paper bag. I order this every time and I always ask for easy (less) beef and extra rice because Taco Bell decided to change the regular frito burrito to extra beef frito burrito and now you get nothing but beef and a pinch of rice and Fritos. Every time without fail at almost any Taco Bell I somehow always get extra beef and little to no rice at all? It's clear as day on the ticket in the picture what I ordered so why is my burrito full of beef and I ate ZERO rice which I paid extra to have EXTRA of?? and I got none. This is absurd, it's not a crazy request and it was ordered in advance, there was time to make it. I don't know if the employees are just being stingy, if they just flat out don't care, if they're doing it on purpose or don't know how to do their job. We always order through the app and pick up. So far it's been 8 out of 10 times that they either forget an item or an ingredient. Yes, an ingredient. No attempt at all to address the thought or concern I had. When I got home I checked Taco Bell website which said the small drinks are 16 oz. When I measured the volume of the cup, it's 16 oz. I loved going here, excellent tacos and friendly staff, but be aware of your cashier. The cashier robbed me by charging me for things I didn't even order. She doubled my bill and threw it in the bag before I could check it over. She knew what she was doing because they write the order on the plate and they charge based on what you hand them.
