I don't like using the word 'Hate' but it's the closest location and I HATE going to it. I don't know if the entire staff doesn't know their roles or if they're scared of black people or what the true issue is. I stood there watching them all watch me standing at the front for close to 10 minutes before one of them bothered to actually come assist me. I think it was the manager (Very skinny small white girl) who just kept looking at me but wouldn't bother to assist me. It's never anyone inside but they don't bother to help when they see customers waiting. For the food to be so mid, they act like it's a 5-star restaurant and only cater to who they deem is worthy. It's not loud at all in the store for them not to hear a customer walk in. This is not the first time the illegitimate employees have done this. But the downside is, you can't show frustration because you never know who'll spit in your food. This motivates me to to apply and become a district manager or supervisor to completely get rid of this staff and replace with some that can multitask. read more

Literally the worst tacobell I've been to.. The staff is very unsanitary and extremely rude. My boyfriend and I had to come back 3 times to ask them to fix my vegan black bean Crunchwrap and bean burrito. The first time we came back, the man at the window was extremely rude and said that the mistake was our fault and they didn't do anything wrong. They denied adding meat and cheese to my order that I had even brought back to them. The second time I go back because if more cheese and sourcream , he gets even more angry and brings up how this mistake was our fault to begin with. The last and final time we get our "fixed order" the staff decided to put multiple pieces of hair in the black beans of my Crunchwrap and shredded cheese. This is so disrespectful and disgusting. Could give this place no stars if I could. I placed an order online and was notified when it was ready. When I went to go pick up my order the manager Sirian let me know my order wasn't there. I literally had my phone screen pulled up with my order information and my order stating it was ready. I confirmed that the location was correct . The manager kept telling me my food wasn't there when I had gotten told it was READY!!! She was extremely rude and didn't even bother to look at the order on my phone to see if something similar was there waiting to be picked up. When I asked for my refund she let me know I would have to call to get my money back. She was extremely unprofessional by the way she handled the situation and didn't even bother to make my food since It was already paid for. SHE THEN gives me a receipt with her name on it so I could call for my refund AND IT WAS MY ORDER !!! It was exactly what I ordered but with a different name. I just left this location about 30 minutes ago, I ordered 6 bean burritos with no onions, 2 crunchy tacos, 2 Nacho Cheese Doritos Locos Tacos, 2 Fiery Doritos Locos tacos, and 2 Fiery Doritos Locos Taco Supremes to come home to discover my 9 year olds crunchy tacos were not in the bag. At this moment I am making her lunch which really sucks cause it defeats the whole purpose of buying lunch, what a waste of gas! Now I'm here dealing with an upset daughter cause she's the only one whose food was not included in the bags and I don't blame her. So I look through all the bags to find the receipt so I can complete the online survey regarding the missing items and guess what!? NO RECEIPT! I can't even complain in a survey cause there's no receipt, I go on google to get this locations phone number and THEY'RE NOT ANSWERING! It keeps going to voicemail so I can't even talk to a Manager for my refund on the two missing crunchy tacos. I (70 yrs), a frequent customer of Taco Bell since 2003, and neighbor (76 yrs) were assaulted by the manager on Thursday March 28, 2018 at 3:30 PM due to an employee mix-up of our food order. Our order was a burrito and taco. The order given was a burrito and multiple tacos. At time of pickup I question if this was a mistake. Surveillance cameras cover the counter area. I was assured that it was ours. At time of placing our order I had mentioned that it was my neighbor's upcoming birthday. So I assumed the additional tacos was a birthday "goodwill" of Taco Bell. Make no mistake, Taco Bell, who is owned by PepsiCo gives NOTHING FREE. During the middle of our meal, the manager stormed to our table in road outrage, yelling, "You thief, you stole this food, this is a crime, I'm calling the Sheriff." He violently yanked our food from us, collecting it in a box. He refused to allow me to explain nor would he disclose his name. I am told his name may be Robert. I reported this to PepsiCo Corporate Office. Their response after viewing their camera footage of the incident: They're sorry, manager had an "off day," and offered me back my burrito. A customer videoed the violent incident. BEWARE BEWARE this Manager is a train wreck waiting to happen and PepsiCo is endorsing his conduct to the detriment of it's customers for profits. Normally i give Taco Bell a good rating. They have good food for a decent price. Came in for lunch with my daughter and after ordering it was 20 minutes before we received our food. Another group that was larger had to go up to the counter and ask how much longer it would take. We were there at 11:00 AM when there was hardly anyone in the business and no one in the drive through line. Unfortunately not everyone is retired and can wait for extended periods of time.
