Stopped by the Starbucks in Fallbrook and had a great experience. The tea was made perfectly not too hot, not too cold, just right. Exactly what you want when you're grabbing a quick drink. Service was friendly and efficient, and the order came out right the first time. It's always nice when a quick stop actually feels easy and consistent. Idk what I did to deserve such rude behavior by one specific barista... she never greets me with a smile, always hands me the wrong straw size when I ask for one.. it's mean girl behavior! Huge spacious location and plenty of parking here at this Fallbrook location. Cashier was quick and so nice . Don't mistake this location for the SB in same plaza inside Albertsons . This one is a lot better ! Cappuccino was well made and frothy. My cold brew was smooth and refreshing especially on a dry warm day . What could be improved is the fact that they could fill the entire cup up. Starbucks has failed dramatically since the new CEO has taken over. Nothing to consistent the drive through was super long. They were having an employee.Take orders outside. I mean, just the whole experience of a coffee shop is just not vibing with starbucks anymore. I can't even speak on the inside of the store because I never go inside. But next time fill up the entire cup if i'm paying for a venti size, I expect to get a venti size. read more

We went through the drive-through here. The car moved quick were able to get in and out. Obviously it's a good place to go. See there was about six police cars outside but no one inside there vehicles. So they must've been inside Starbucks. Of course, the coffee was delicious as well as the pastries. read more

Came through the drive thru today and as soon as I was going to roll down my window to order my car decided to just take a dump and my windows stopped working completely. I opened my door and had to tell the worker the situation and they were understanding and even apologized. As I got to the window to pay and get my drink, two very sweet workers ( did not catch names I'm sorry! :/ ) came up and started asking what happened to my car. I told them they randomly stopped working and they were nice enough to offer suggestions and one even poked their head out to check out my door to see if they could figure it out! So kind. I was so mortified and anxious since I haven't had this problem before, even though it's not the worst thing in the world, it's stressful to discover as you're in a drive thru situation. As I was about to leave, I told them thanks for my drink and that I would just have my fiancée take a look at it, then one said to try YouTube. I didn't even think of that! Right when I got home I YouTubed for 1.5 hours, found my solution, and got my car fixed on my own! Did not need no man lol! Thank you ladies for your helpfulness, positivity and suggestions. Even if it didn't seem like you didn't do much, it made all the difference for me today and actually helped resolve my car issue in the long run :) and my drink was great too! I do want to give credit where it's due: within 48 hours, the district manager reached out to me. She was respectful, professional, and truly took the time to listen to everything I had to say. She acknowledged that this wasn't the first complaint about that particular employee, which reassured me that my concerns were valid and being taken seriously. She expressed genuine concern about the experience I had and explained some of the steps they're taking to address the issue and improve staff training and communication. While I won't be rushing back anytime soon, I do appreciate that someone in leadership actually stepped up and took the time to make it right. I hope that leads to real change for future customers -- because right now, this location has a long way to go. read more

When I started coming to this Starbucks a few years ago it was worthy of a one star review. One of the slowest and unfriendly Starbucks I'd ever visited. They've had a truly positive turnaround with friendlier staff, correct orders and much faster service. If the drive thru line is long, someone is outside taking orders to get it moving. A complaint to corporate...stop making them scribble names and notes on the cups. It's a waste of everyone's time and Sharpies. read more

It's my first time having a Starbucks matcha latte since they changed their matcha recipe. I went through the drive thru and got the iced matcha latte with strawberry foam (which was $1.75 extra) and with vanilla sweetener which was an add on that I had to ask for, but free. They ran out of the original sweetener that they would normally use which I thought was a bit strange considering they use the original sweeter for a lot of their drinks so I would have thought they'd be well stocked especially since it isn't a super populated area, but oh well. The cashier was super helpful with recommending different syrups and gave me a wide range of options. I had some questions about the sweetness/milky-ness of the matcha since they only recently changed their recipe to be JUST the matcha powder unless you request sweetener (which I did). The cashier explained the changes they made and gave me options. I was a bit concerned when I received the drink since it was so light in green color (a sign that usually indicates that the drink will taste like milk), but it was delicious! The barista did a great job and I appreciate their help. I hope my next Starbucks matcha run is as good as this location. read more

I've never had a bad experience here and I come here often. The staff is always kind, the drinks are always great, and the place is clean. I don't normally go inside but every time I have, they've all been very kind and the inside is very spacious and has an overall good vibe. The food is also great! I've asked them a few times to make whatever they want for my drink (with a few parameters), and it's amazing every time! They are so so sweet. Definitely recommend this Starbucks. read more

Very good experience here this morning. Staff were great! Got an iced coffee in a plastic cup with a plastic straw. Loved it. My local Starbucks in Carlsbad switched to all paper and I've never gone back to that location. On Saturday, September 20, 2025 I went to this Starbucks. Upon placing my order, I was advised that they did not have change for a fifty. This seemed probable as it was only after 5 in the morning. We wanted Starbucks before hitting the freeway back to LA & because we're lazy we wanted a drive thru . Found this location & it was close ... MICHELLE (all caps cause I don't want you guys to forget her name, she's awesome) I messed up ordering & MICHELLE was so cool about it . She helped me get my drinks right & we had a good laugh . My dad was in passenger seat . He's been a business owner for over 30 years . He commented how her energy and personality made the whole experience a blast and she's a valuable asset and her efforts make getting coffee fun. One of the dirtiest Starbuck's around. The front doors and the glass panels at the counter are disgusting. The service area floor behind the counter is just as dirty. Restroom frequently dirty. More dogs in there at times than at the pet store. Baristas petting the dogs then going behind the counter to get my order. When I questioned that, I was giving a very strange look. . . like what's MY problem, as it's okay to pet dogs then get drinks and food. I literally walked out and did not wait for my order. On top of that, if you want the rudest Barista with consistent attitude, be sure to speak with Stephanie, who really needs to retire. Sat in the drive thru for over 30 minutes . I am pretty sure this is the slowest Starbucks drive thru I've ever been in. I should have read the reviews before going into the line. I have been inside once and the service was slow but the staff was friendly so I wanted this review to reflect that. Something needs to change with the service. Yes, their drinks are pricier than McDonald's or Burger King or even 7-11 but you get what you pay for and that's great tasting, quality coffee that will give you enough pep to make it through the day or even night, depending on when you come in. With a new push to promote their Happy Hour, more people find themselves coming twice a day if not more. This location isn't as busy as other Starbucks spots that I frequent. It is off the the beaten path and tucked away in a corner deep in Fallbrook. Service is fast and drinks are always satisfying. Their food offerings are also always fresh and tasty. Once in a while I'll grab a protein box but often find myself buying a breakfast sandwich. The drive thru is kind of tricky though. If you choose to not use the drive thru, make sure to not park on the side of the entrance, since you can run the chance of getting stuck if the line gets backed up. The inside is spacious and has tons of seating. Once in a while you'll see a student set up for hours studying or doing homework, utilizing the free wi-fi and AC lol. Remember, when visiting Starbucks, use their APP to get more points and free stuff. You can thank me later. read more

Drove thru with my Daughter to grab some cake pops and my kid can't decide how to get one of her drinks made. She asked the woman taking our order, Michelle, to make it the way she likes it....general hilarity ensued as both women were saying they hate to make decisions ... In any event, I ordered a simple Venti drip with cream and Stevia....my Daughter changed it to cream and Sativa which got the whole store laughing. Fantastic energy and a nice fun moment. Do not come to this location in the morning. The staff can not handle to rush. Drive through is your best bet if you do come. Order ahead is just a wish. My drinks were ready 20 minutes after the app said they would be ready. When my order was ready it was missing a ice tea drink. The barista did not know where it was when asked for it. That's unbelievable. When I tasted the drink that was ready, it tasted like water with a splash of coco. I took the drink back. This place needs more employees and more training. If you are in the business of morning coffee, you should have drinks ready in a timely manner and taste right. The barista re-made my drink but it still tastes bad. On my frequent road trips heading to San D iego to see my doctor I will sometimes stop by here to get a cup of coffee to stimulate me to keep driving. I love that Pike Place coffee with nonfat milk and Stevia. It's just enough to get my brain waking up again. I sometimes wish it was only coffee they offered. Overall the service is great but when i come in to sit down, have coffee or snack the staff has the radio/sound system speakers full blast. I can't even hear myself while i'm using my own head set to hear a program online or have a conversation. I ask politely to the staff to lower the volume and sometimes i have to ask multiple times. I'm not sure why this particular starbucks has to blast the radio so loud. I wish they would stop doing that i don't know any other starbucks that does this. read more

The wait even with a mobile order takes them an additional 40 minutes after the time available to pick up on the app. They're always closed different hours due to low staffing which has been going on for a couple years now. This particular Starbucks continues to support a trying environment due to the manager and her actions. She takes over communal tables to loudly conduct business and to train employees, irritating all the customers. She talks loudly, speaks fast and non stop. She just won't stop! As such, not only does she exhibit poor leadership skills and poor training skills, but all the customers have to listen. Her conduct and her speech is distracting to all the customers. This morning, three separate customers moved to different tables to distance themselves from her.
