3.5 out of 5 I came here to dry the Dubai Sundae but they ran out of ice cream. The worker created an alternative Dubai Milkshake using pistachio and chocolate ice cream. We received great customer service but I was disappointed the ice cream ran out. They did have Dubai ice cream bars but it was $9.99 for one. One of the bars looked weird too for some reason. Went to Baskin Robbin's for a scoop of ice cream. There was a good amount of people in the store so I patiently waited for my turn. I watched the employee serve ice cream and then handle money from customers. When it was my turn, I asked the employee working if they wear gloves and she told me yes. She then proceeded to give me a sample and scoop my ice cream without washing her hands or put on any gloves. Money is dirty!!!! I told her I asked her if she wore gloves because she had just been handling money. She acknowledge my comment and proceeded to serve the next customers without washing her hands. And they ordered cones. Just saying I would rather you wash your hands after each customer if you're going to also be handling money. read more

Don't recommend this location. Staff are always very rude. We never get greeted and when we try to be friendly they are short answered. Beware when ordering drinks from here. I ordered the turtle and Oreo cappuccino blasts and the girl made two originals. When she was done I told her the drinks didn't look correct because the Oreo blast comes with Oreos on top and she argued with me claiming it never comes with Oreos on top and wanted to charge me extra to add them. Later I looked on their website and to my discovery she had made both of my drinks incorrectly. She didn't use the right ice cream or the correct toppings. It's Baskin Robbins, what's not to love? I've been to this locations more times than I care to admit. Every time I've gone, I've been greeted by friendly employees. The place is usually clean (and only sometimes not spotless because it's busy and as soon as a group gets up another sits down). I love the ice cream and there's really nothing more to say. This is a busy Baskin Robbins store. That being said I'd give 5 stars if there was enough staff to service everyone. We were in with 5 grandkids and ourselves of course. I've come to this place .. well.. A LOT. They somewhat-recently had a make over and it looks a lot nicer now. The ice cream, oh my gosh it's so heavenly!! They are always changing up their flavours but make sure to keep the classics ;) they also seem to have more than 31 flavours haha The staff here is so super friendly, especially Ashley! She seems to always be there while I stop by. They will give you samples of whatever you want and if you're taking a while they still make you feel valued. I love baskin robbins ice cream but this place was different then the others. The ice cream was not fresh. .my marshmallows in the rocky road was hard and very few may I add. The pralines and cream was not as tasty. In addition the scope portions were so small compared to the other baskin robbins. Children's size scopes with adult prices. The staff is nice, and that's why they got the 3 stars. I would have given t more but when I ordered they had to bring the bucket of ice cream out to scoop, Bc it was full and rock hard. After they got my my portion out the whole bucket of ice cream dropped on the floor. The girl in charge and I made eye contact as we covered our mouths. I thought she'd sadly say, "throw it away", and be bummed about the product loss. However, she told the other employee to scrape part off and put it back in the freezer to sell to customers...gross! By the looks of their floors, that ice cream definitely should have been tossed. However they were young kids working, so I took that into consideration. Only giving 2 because sometimes I get what I want. They go MONTHS sometimes over A YEAR with a broken soft serve machine and never have an answer on when it will be fixed. Stopped by for some ice cream today. The girl that helped us was named Victoria. She was sooo freakin rude!! I'm not a complainer, I'm really not. I understand things happen all the time and i know customers can be obnoxious sometimes so I usually brush things off. But honestly, this girl had such tone and attitude towards us. We could clearly tell the difference because there was a guy who was applying for a job and apparently she didn't have a problem speaking to him extra nicely. I get it, you work customer service. It can get annoying! I've been there. But honestly there is a way to speak to people. It's called being respectful.
