This Starbucks is housed in an Albertson's. We were coming home from Julian and right before Fallbrook my BF asked me to look and see where the nearest Starbucks was. This was the one. This was a fail. If you are driving up the 15 freeway like we were, STAY ON THE FREEWAY and wait til you get to Temecula. If you decide to go to this Starbucks, you will exit the freeway and then drive for what seems like an eternity down a windy, dark road (well, it was night) just to find out you are being led to an Albertson's. Don't do it!!! Okay, their location and the fact they are in a grocery store aren't reasons to knock them. But these reasons are: The employees are beyond slow. I asked the cashier for a hot chocolate and he said "is that the kind without coffee?" Wow. My BF's drink was "disgusting," he said the coffee tasted old, and we ended up going to a drive through Starbucks in Lake Elsinore and throwing his Fallbrook drink away. I'm sure if you are local, this place makes sense, but it is totally not worth stopping if you are looking for caffeine on a long drive home. read more

We stopped in on Black Friday-a nice little break from the craziness of holiday shopping! It is always so cozy and quiet here and definitely prefer an inside visit rather than the drive thru at times. The drive thru can get a little hairy at times; the parking lot is small and can be awkward for cars parking near the drive thru entrance. Otherwise, as I said-this is a really nice location to go into and have a little quiet time with some coffee or study. Also, they serve beer and wine from 4 to 7 PM! read more

Some super fun and extremely engaging baristas! I want to thank them all for their hard work and dedication to an almost constant steady line. I am grateful for this close to home location. Stopped in on Thanksgiving day - so conflicted because while I was two seconds away from a sure fire caffeine headache and thrilled they were open to save me, I was also bummed out for them having to work on a holiday. They were cherry enough about it though, so Starbucks, I'm both thankful for you making my brain not explode pre-feast and also thankful for our employees - who, even on a holiday, spelled my name right and provided service with a smile. This particular location is rather large! Plenty of room to study and hang out too. Fallbrook is putting on some big kid pants lately, Starbucks are usually a sign of city growth - so snag up that real estate everyone. The tell tale premonitions have begun. read more

This yelp listing is so misleading. It's not a stand alone Starbucks; it's in Albertson's. But, it is the only Starbucks in town which makes it special. I'm sure you can get coffee anywhere else in town, but with the hours that Starbucks keep, you can bet this store will remain open beyond the others found in town. LOL read more

Slow workers, horrible customer service. You can't redeem or charge using your cellphone. I waited while the girl made two fraps and an iced coffee before my drink, when i was ahead of those orders. They didn't even give a crap about their line or their customers. read more

11-13-16 at 4:12pm I've got to say this was the worst trip to get two cups of simple coffee. Cashier was a total airhead and didn't pay any attention to the order I took. She had to ask twice what it was that I ordered because she was too busy talking to some other employee the whole time about when her break is. You'd say something to her and it was like she didn't even hear you. Anyone home in there? It took five minutes to take my simple order and another five to ten minutes to get the coffee out cause it was somehow busy. It was only me and one other lady in line! Favorite Starbucks in the Temcula valley area!! I love this brand new Starbucks!! The staff is super friendly and always very outgoing. The place itself is bigger than the average restaurant!! Lots of parking available outside as well. When you walk in this Starbucks is very classy from the floors, the seating, the paintings etc. I love coming in on my lunch hour to get work done!! This is the Starbucks inside of Albertsons. Not to be confused with the stand alone drive thru in the same parking lot. I am always happy with my service here. I am there often and am treated very well. Avoid the "real" starbucks at all costs fellow fallbrookians. They will straight up ignore you for days while walking past you. This isn't really a real Starbucks it's just an in-store Starbucks stand at Albertson's. I couldn't complain too much because it is the only Starbucks in Fallbrook! However, the lines are always long and they are slow since they only have 2 employees there. But- worst of all- is they don't take Starbucks cards on your cell phone which is the only thing I use for paying and earning my stars. read more

It starts out with the lady scratching her hair at the register and this is the second day in a row they made my banana chocolate smoothie without protein powder and when they re-blend it with a protein powder along with the wrong amount of mocha it tastes like crap along with being treated with no respect. This is located inside the Albertson's store. I passed it up the first time because I was looking for a stand alone Starbucks. They DO have a tiny SB logo in the Albertsons sign but llike I said I was looking for the familiar SB stand alone shop so I completely missed the tiny logo on the sign and drove right by. Once I found it though all was good. The barrista was very cheery and helpful and the coffee was hot and fresh and thats what counts. read more

I am the first to check in. Attending a pre Grand Opening" and this place is big even for a Starbucks. Looking forward to coming many more times. The manager, Michelle, is personable, experienced and showing the friendly confidence of someone who knows what she is doing. Great excitement. You can see it in the nervous energy of the staff. Customer service needs to be better! Went through the drive thru and felt like I was rushed to order! If you ask me if I need anything else, please give me a chance to say "yes". When I had to ask to add a couple things, she told me to hold on and another employee took over and finished up my order. First of all, people, let's decide whether were are reviewing the free-standing Starbucks store, or the Albertsons Starbucks...both in the same shopping center. I'll go with the actual Starbucks store...although most of the employees are 'newbies', they have stood up to the challenge of a new, high traffic, store and are rolling in a positive direction. This location is huge...lots of booths and tables. I, personally, prefer more of the 'lounge' atmosphere. You have to ask for coffee grinds, although they have a dedicated bin. Best part...open 'til 10pm! BTW: ALL Starbucks drive-thru's close the store at 9pm...You can drive thru only from 9-10pm. Thanks, Howard, for opening in Fallbrook! read more

Most of the people who work there are very courteous. But there is one young woman who pretty much ignores what I tell her. I got a free coffee once because she messed up my order. Last time, as I was telling her my order, she looked away and carried on a conversation with a co-worker. Not too professional. read more

I had 2 Starbucks gift cards, so wanting to use them I went to the Starbucks in Fallbrook. So disappointing! Thumbs up for ambience and cleanliness, however it doesn't negate the fact that the service is the worst I've ever had. I thought it might have been just me and felt that maybe I was being too judgmental so I asked another customer if this was normal and she said yes. She preceded to tell me that she goes to the Starbucks on the 76 in Oceanside frequently and they are very friendly, know her by name and the service is excellent. She also went on to say that she uses this Starbucks at least 2 times per week and they don't know her by name or drink and they are always this slow. Guess we are lucky to still have our local coffee house and in need of another. read more
