Horrible customer service, I even tried to make small talk but the lady behind the counter was not having it.

The taro bingsoo was super light and fluffy. Not overly sweet, which I actually appreciated. It's definitely a good shareable dessert, especially if you want something refreshing instead of heavy. The taro with creme brulee was the standout for me though. The layers were really pretty, and once mixed, it had that creamy taro flavor with a slight caramelized richness from the brûlée topping. It felt a little more elevated than your typical taro milk tea.

I asked why what was being offered didn't match what was advertised on the menu. The employee looked at me like I was the one speaking nonsense, then hit me with a shrug and, "I don't make the rules." Cool. You may not make the rules, but someone sure made this menu--and apparently nobody bothers to make sure it matches reality. If your customers need a decoder ring to figure out what's actually available versus what's printed, that's not a customer problem. That's a business problem. Do better. Or at the very least, update the menu so it stops catfishing people. Seriously... WTF."

We tried the Campfire Mocha and the Banana Crumble Latte. The mocha was pretty sweet but I love a sweet coffee. They were out of cold foam unfortunately. The Banana Crumble Latte tasted more like just a sweet coffee. The banana was very subtle and we couldn't taste it much. I also don't think they put graham cracker crumble on top so maybe they were out of that too. If I came back I would probably try a different one.

The matcha latte I ordered was very mid, literally about a 5/10. The matcha didn't taste that good quality, and it's preparing or balance with the whole milk might've been off, because it had an unusual aftertaste that almost reminded me of Splenda. Yeah, kind of a turn off. It was one of the first matchas in a while that I almost couldn't even finish. Again, the staff were very friendly and proactive, and the atmosphere was good. It's really the quality, preparation, and balance of the iced matcha latte I had that brings me to give them an unfortunate 3/5 stars.

First time visiting this location. A friend and I had lunch. I'm glad I made a reservation because…read morethe indoor seating was fully booked by the time I checked in. To me, the food was 3.5 to 4 stars. I ordered the thai and basil soda mocktail which was super refreshing and not too sweet! The spicy tuna and crispy rice was really good! I ordered the harvest bowl ($26) and added 3 oz. of steak for an additional $15. I didn't think that was a good value for roasted veggies and a small portion of steak. Some of the steak was extremely chewy as well. My friend said the hot honey chicken sandwich was good but there was a lot going on. I did take a bite of the molten butter cake while it was hot and fresh (I ordered it to-go) and the caramel really elevated the cake. Five stars for ambiance and service. The vibe here was smart casual. I did enjoy the aesthetic. Service was A+ with Emily. The manager came over a couple of times to make sure we were comfortable which was super sweet! I would definitely return. I really want to visit for brunch one of these days!
