I'd highly recommend both things I got (Reuben sandwich and mac salad) The reuben sandwich had a perfect amount of meat, perfect taste to it and had just the right of fat (cheese) as well as acidity (sauerkraut!) I would drive from Poway just to get this. Yes, you read that right. The mac salad is a nice add to the meal, the noodles are still very al-dente. The taste is identical to a traditional potato salad except swap the potatoes with al dente mac salad. Owner was super nice and had a lot on his hands but he managed to take 3 or 4 orders in during the time he made my sandwich. And take care of his daughter! I'm definitely coming back. The Reuben sandwich I ordered looked fairly ordinary but it was excellent. I loved it and literally wolfed it down. The basic turkey and cheese sandwich was fresh and delicious. The Italian sandwich (which included your usual assortment of Italian meats) was great. All of the breads used and ingredients were very fresh. I saw them scooping fresh avocado onto the sandwiches. That is what I like to see. They are not skimpy with anything here. These sandwiches are not life-changing but they are very well-made and delicious. The generosity with their ingredients is appreciated. Well worth a visit.

I came in specifically to stock up on sunscreen during my visit to San Diego county as I had forgotten to pack it in my luggage. When you're in sunny San Diego, you better lather up before you burn! As I walked in the store, the staff greeted me and as I was browsing the aisles, they inquired and directed me to where I needed to go for the sunblock options. I appreciated them taking time out of their morning restocking and inventory runs to help me out. The sunblock section was organized and had nearly every brand you could have wanted including the Blue Lizard one we typically use. Sprays and lotions were available with varying SPF ratings. To top things off, many of them had deals to earn you additional CVS cash that can be used at the store for future purchases. When I went to go pay, they primarily had self checkout kiosks. It was quick and easy but should you need any assistance, the staff are at the ready to get you sorted. Overall, CVS shines in its convenience and this one is well stocked for all of your everyday needs. What truly makes the difference for me was the level of customer service offered from the first step in the store to the checkout process. I was satisfied with my experience with the store because of its friendly staff and the abundance of options for each type of item. When the need arises, CVS has what you need when you need it!
