I've been sitting in the drive thru for 25 minutes and I'm not close to ordering yet. I wish I could get out the line, but there are cars parked making it impossible to move. I will wait to send the full review until I see the service, sense of urgency and try the drink. We are at 30 minutes, there is no oat milk, the girl who took my order was really sweet. Almost 40 minutes to get one drink and the most frustrating part is that there was zero sense of organdy from 3 out of the 4 many 5 staff members. Definitely the worst Starbucks I've ever been to in my whole life. This location consistently gets orders wrong and closes at random hours because of an apparent ongoing issue of being short staffed. The wait times are often in excess of 45 minutes even when you have a mobile pickup, and frankly overall very unreliable. I have been late for work on multiple occasions because of this, even when I do my part and leave the house extra early to account for traffic. This has been an ongoing issue even after complaints. For instance, today I will be late again because now I have to wait in a long drive thru line just to pick up a mobile order that should have been ready. Do yourself a favor if you're considering going here, go to the one inside Albertsons instead. They actually got their shit together. This location is a joke. read more

Have been a regular for many years. Team is friendly and the drink quality is consistently good. Unfortunately their hours are very inconsistent. They leave the lights on at the drive-thru, but you just wind up sitting there and don't know they're closed. Supposedly they're cnow closing at 8 p.m., which is two hours earlier than they previously closed.If the Albertsons Starbucks is closed, you have to go to Oceanside or the 24-hour Starbucks in Temecula. read more

I have been to Starbucks in Fallbrook several times and each time I find the cleanliness an issue. tables needing wiping down, booths needing to be cleaned. in the bathroom there were paper towels on the floor, the soap from the dispenser was stuck to the wall and the floor needed mopping. I rarely write reviews but I have to because I took a job in FallBrook and was excited to see that there's a Starbucks nearby so I don't have to stop in Temecula but HOLY GUACAMOLE this location sucks! I've only been here 5 times and my drink has never been made right and all I get is an iced coffee with toffee nut and extra cream. They either forget the extra cream, don't add all the pumps and one time I ordered a venti and got a grande. ‍ Today my drink was made with hazelnut instead of toffee nut. I can't stand the hazelnut syrup so I recognized the taste immediately. They're so nice here so I gave them two stars for that but the drinks suck. read more

Slowest Starbucks ever. Second time I've waited 15 minutes for a cafe mocha. Staff and service need some organization and training. Expect long lines both in the drive through and inside. Staff seems oblivious to the issue. Its nice to see the place is busy, the interior is roomy and products are well stocked. It is unfortunate to see lack of training and organization behind the counter. I am sure things will work themselves out, especially if a regional manager can step in for a while. My suggestion? Check back in a couple of months after the new kid on the block syndrome is gone. read more

I did go in to do a homework assignment and there was a ton of seating+ outlets+ wifi! Didn't get the name of the barista that helped me out but they had super rad orange hair (james...??) I've had only good experiences here before today. Jole Lynn was my cashier, she did not once smiled and she really looked like she hated her job. Her answers were very short and again with no smile. I was getting a mug off of a rack that read "end of summer sale 30% off" so I asked "is this on sale?" Her reply "no", I still got the mug, but how do you just answer "no"? without smiling or explaining what the sale items are?? Or at least apology for the confusion? Or even just have a some kind of facial expression?!!! Just a plain no-emotion face saying "no". And then it got worse when I ordered my coffee, I've been hooked on their iced cappuccino with salted cream foam and have been getting it everyday at multiple different locations, and I've been paying $4.95. It's fairly simple to ring that up in my opinion, it's just -grande iced cappuccino $3.95 -add salted creme foam $1.00 Is that so hard to do??? Am I asking you to not pay for the added cream? No! Why can't you just ring it up as is? and if they ring up differently which usually comes out to be $5.75 (it happened couple of times), I tell them and they had no problem fixing it. But this girl had problem with it, she tried to argue that she is right and I'm wrong. That it needs to be rung up as a cold foam cappuccino $4.75(which comes with plain cold foam) and add salted cream for $1.00. I explained that I'm not getting even getting their regular cold foam which taste like nothing, so why am I paying for something I'm not getting? Why can't it just be cappuccino price plus $1.00 extra for salted cream ? She wanted to argue more that it needs to be rung up that way for the special lid and such, I didn't bother listening to her and told her, "just ring me up as a grande iced cappuccino with salted cream foam" she shook her head and finally shut up and did it. Please don't argue with customers. (And plus, if you really want to ring me up as a cold foam cappuccino at $4.75 just punch in "SUBSTITUTE salted cream foam" for regular cold foam then it should be $4.75.) read more

This is probably the least friendly Starbucks I've visited. Really would not frequent this coffee shop at all if a few friends didn't insist on meeting here. Even when not busy the staff choose to ignore customers. My last 2 visits here, After ordering I sit at one of the several tables which are approximately 20 feet away from register. I asked cashier if they'd call my name when order was ready and she assured me she would. Just like the previous visit I sat with friends and after not hearing my name I walked up to find my order, and my friends sitting on counter. I asked if they called either of our names and she replied yes. I asked if their policy was to call a second time, or maybe louder, if they see an order sitting on counter. She replied curtly that they normally do. There are 2 locally owned and excellent coffee shops here in Fallbrook, Fallbrook Coffee and Brooktown. Both make sure their customers get their order promptly, in fact Fallbrook coffee and walks your order to your table. Both shops have extremely friendly staff. I might meet my friends here again but will not be spending my $ here. read more

I've been going here for a couple months now, newer to the fallbrook area. I've been inside and LOVE the cafe! Starbucks is improving on their layouts for sure. I know this was an "evening store" at one point which would explain the restaurant style seating, so overall great ambiance. As far as the service goes, I know Karin and absolutely love that sweetheart. She trained me how to run a drive through. No matter what situation she will give you undivided attention and take care of you. Yesenia manages the store and has really straightened it up and she does an excellent job at connecting with every customer equally. Over the time of coming here I've had great experiences and all the partners are RELAXED. I think that's the most important part in setting the environment for your business. We are very lucky to have a local sit down Starbucks! The place is clean and the service goes as fast as one would expect for a smaller town. The drive thru can get backed up pretty easy and as they usually only use one machine to make all the drinks on it can be a bit. However they are always friendly and we enjoy going here read more

I was in the drive through waiting at 9:47 There was a car in front of me (I pulled in at the very same time) they took their order and than said they were closed when it was my turn to order. Roseline explain to me how her drive Thur shuts off 5 minutes before close yet I was trying to order at 9:53 I told her this and I also told her to look at the current time and it had just turned 9:56. Unfortunately this location has gone down quite a bit. This is the third time a simple coffee order has been botched. Went through the drive thru and asked for an iced decaf americano with cream, got to the window and received a plain coffee. I let the young lady know I had asked for cream and she went back and poured cream on top and handed it back to me overflowing and unmixed. I asked her to please mix it, as it would spill all over me in the car. I get the coffee back, still overflowing, but mixed so I headed out. I pulled out of drive through and realized I was given a regular coffee instead of the decaf I asked for. I proceeded to go in to the store, and the girl at the register was nice as can be. She gave me a $4 gift card and asked the girl who first took my order at drive through to make the correct order. 15 minutes later I get the same exact coffee! I gave up and decided to give the coffee to my friend since I can't drink it, I tried to grab napkins to clean up the cup, but no napkins! I can forgive the wrong order, but getting a sloppy overflowing cup will put me in a bad mood. Please wipe down the cups, It really sucks getting coffee all over yourself and the car. read more

So walking in is sometimes better than waiting the long line to order coffee through the drive thru. If you do go in side everyone says hello which I find very pleasing. When you first walk in it looks like a normal Starbucks! Right around the bend is a huge seating area with booths and a grand table for studying. On their black shelves are beer and wine glasses and a menu with solid appetizer options. The staff here is so wonderful and they definitely have to be with how big this location is! Ive been in Fallbrook for a year now and I go on a weekly Starbucks run to this location. Every experience I've had here has been good. The employees are pretty friendly. I generally put in a mobile order and drive through to pick it up. The wait time has never been terrible and my order is always correct. The one time they did not have what I ordered they offered an alternative and made it very quickly. I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews, but my guess is that there had been no grace for service workers during this pandemic. read more

This is the address for the Starbucks on the corner where the Temecula Valley Bank used to be. The other is the in-Albertsons Starbucks. I've been here once, seemed legit. Had a few hipster baristas that looked like they knew their stuff and a few new baristas learning the trade. That said, this is a NEW location, so there's going to be a few kinks. The only negative was my drink took a little long to be served, but that didn't bother me. It tasted great! So best of luck to all the employees, I'm sure they'll make this a go-to spot! This Starbucks doesn't even deserve one star. I ordered a Venti Iced Cafe Americano with 3 pumps of Hazelnut and 2% milk. First, they made it a tall hot drink. Then, they remade it into a iced but still put it into a tall. I told the girl that I ordered a venti. Pretty obvious since my total was almost $5. So there she goes to "remake" it into a venti. But in reality all she did was put it into a venti sized cup and added water. DISGUSTING. As soon as I took the first sip, it just tasted watered down. First and LAST time going there. To top it off, I had to wait 25 minutes just to get a garbage drink. You're better off going into the Starbucks that's inside of the Albertsons that's in the same shopping center. read more
