Drove through at 5:30am the lady working was super rude and it took 7 min. to get a regular coffee with cream. Not the friendly vibe I expect from Starbucks baristas. I usually go on Yelp to check out spots and check out reviews so I can make a good decision on where to go but I have to make a quick comment. This is the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. I go early in the mornings so not many people but the wait always seems to be insane. If you're in line forever you can't even get out of line because there's a barrier, so you're stuck. I wasn't surprised to see how many poor reviews they have. The staff is rude and unfriendly. They don't look you in the eye. They ignore you while you are standing there waiting for mobile orders, they call out your name without making eye contact. They know why you are standing there....I'm the only one! Employees have been nice and courteous. I come here twice a week (drive thru in the mornings). Just make sure to ask for your receipts, I have been charged twice for my coffee three times now. I didn't realize it until I checked my bank account. :( Starbucks, you owe me $11.85 :( read more

I LOVE this store .. i like the big spacious store, me and my friends love to go in there and get some coffee while we sit down in their very comfortable seating. The baristas are always very nice and welcoming with great attitudes! My favorite barista is Yesenia, she always has a big smile! The drive-thru is always quick, which is perfect for my before work morning coffee. I love this place and I am so glad we have something like this in town. I am a happy loyal customer. read more

I quickly became a regular here and never had I complained. The drive thru has been taking a bit longer than normal so I started doing placing my orders with the app and go in and pick it up. Three times I've placed an order and go in and they tell me they are out of what I ordered which I understand happens but I've also placed mobile orders at other locations and they have it updated with what they have and don't have. There was on occasion where they took 22 minutes to make my drink. I asked them multiple times about my order but they continued to tell me it was being made. I'm not sure if they changed staff but it's definitely not the amazing staff from the drive thru they were always friendly and worth the wait. Unfortunately this location has now become my last resort for coffee. read more

This starbucks is very spacious and mostly has good customer service. There are a few employees here that give poor customer service but for the most part I have had more good experiences than bad. I have been coming here since it opened and have realized in recent months that the internet has gotten very slow. I don't even bother using it anymore. I just use hotspot for my laptop while studying now. Overall it is a clean, roomy location with decent customer service and prehistoric bandwidth. read more

It's a Starbucks. Nothing exciting. I'm 99% sure I could plant, grow, harvest, grind and brew my own coffee faster than it takes them to do literally anything. This location is the absolute worst. There customer service is horrible, and you can guarantee your order will be wrong. I live here in fallbrook so have gave this location a few try's but time after time they rush you, are rude and will openly make comments about you to other coworkers. I will no longer be a regular customer at this location and will be switching to fallbrook coffee company or the Starbucks location inside Albertsons and suggest you do the same. I do agree with most of the reviews about the Starbucks having terrible customer service. most associates don't acknowledge that you're even standing in line or waiting for a drink. They walk right past you and make sure to avoid making any eye contact. It would be nice if for name badges so we can at least acknowledge the kind employees. If they do I've never seen them since I constantly look for the name tag. Unfortunately this is the only Starbucks in town not considering the one inside Albertson's which actually has better customer service and they are actual Albertson's employees. I'm just curious to know if corporate even looks at these reviews? anything is even done about service provided at this location? ZERO STARS!!!!! This location never had (had=past tense, won't be going back) all the ingredients that goes into my drink. When you pay hard earned cash (or WASTE rewards), you expect to get what you order. Nope, they will slap your drink together and hope you don't notice. I've noticed TOO many times. Yes Starbucks, that was my wasted reward that I brought back and left on your counter. Thanks for nothing. I took the higher road and didn't throw it across the counter. This is the WORST Starbucks I have ever been too. I have been here a total of three times. Two out of the three they have messed up my order! Not only did I wait over 10 minutes each time in the drive thru; the people were rude on top of it! Came to this Starbucks a few months ago right before they experienced a power outage and was told they would get me whatever I wanted as long as it had no espresso. The manager then came by and told me rudely that they would NOT serve me and that they were SHUT DOWN. No apology, nothing. Between that and the insanely expensive prices, I've taken my business to a local coffee shop who has always treated me kindly. I stopped by to get a coffee traveler and was given a hard time because I didn't call it in and it takes so long. I understand it takes time to brew that much coffee, but I didn't mind waiting for it. However, they made me feel like it was such a hassle and that they don't usually do it unless you call ahead...There was one other person in the store and an empty drive thru! The baristas were busy joking around with each other. I would've gone elsewhere but it's the only place in town that I knew had travelers. read more

It's a regular Starbucks. Nothing extra special about it other than the extremely, and by extremely I mean molasses in January, slow service. I stood waiting for my drink for almost 20 minutes and there wasn't anyone in line. It was around 5pm and four people on staff. Tell me how it takes 20 minutes to make one drink when there isn't a lot of business. Unreal. All I can say is no thanks. I've tried the drive thru and it's just as bad. Ive always been happy with my drinks, food, and service at this Starbucks location! It is ALWAYS busy, so expect to wait a little while when the line is 10 cars deep. I always place a mobile order and walk in to grab my drinks. The parking kinda sucks, since the drive through line goes right through the parking lot... but that's Fallbrook for you. Your run of the mill starbucks. If you are they type of person who enjoys going to starbucks because it is like every other starbucks, this store fills that criteria. It is a nice place to sit and do homework, but doesn't exactly give that "home town cafe" feeling. They did as good as they need to do as a franchise coffee shop. read more

I ordered two grande Carmel Machiatos this a.m. As I drove off, I drank some and it tasted like water! This is the second time I've ordered the same drink and it was watery. Years ago, when I would order Carmel Machiato, it had a really good flavor. I then asked the barista (this a.m.) to replace the drinks with White Chocolate Mocha. It was better but just a step above watery. The accountants must be at work taking taste out of the coffee drinks. Yuck. I'm going back to the coffee drive through up the street, Java Time. Their coffee drinks are much more consistent and have real flavor. And the people working there actually know your name! read more
