But after taking with Sean and Raullen, I was able to take the first steps and felt like I was finally heading in the right direction. And then retaliate charging for normal wear and tear of a house falling apart. We have pictures too. Shameful No damage was done on the property, as stated on the invoice this is normal wear and tear. Also this is a two unit property shared garage cans. With another tenant who also used the garbage cans, where we even helped our senior lower unit tenant dump her garbage the day we moved out, And when we moved in the cans were full and we had to request it to be removed. We have emails showing the cans were full and removed with rental company. Returning property as it was found, no damage done to the property. Normal wear and tear on the invoice and some are not even real. Duck tape so rodents don't go in the house.. wear and tear! And all health issues gone since moving out Security deposit can not be deducted for no damage and just wear and tear, as seen on invoice to the property. The towel bar was like 40 years old! Sean and Cathy can kick rocks with slippers on. Extremely unprofessional and unethical.

First of all, office assistants walked me through the application process and let me know exactly what I needed to do and provide. Their online application was easy to understand complete. The office staff showed patience and a real desire to quickly get me into a home. Next, my property manager was flexible in viewing dates and times. She answered all of my questions and gave clear explanations about the property and how to proceed with the application process. She was very knowledgeable about the property and the process. Equally important, when I signed the lease, Cornerstone Properties provided a very comprehensive inventory, allowing me to make notes regarding the condition of the rental. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that I am allowed to submit any discrepancies in the report two weeks after moving in. It hasn't been two weeks yet, but I love my new home. The people at Cornerstone Properties made this all happen. The price of this rental is pretty much in line with comps in the area. I'm glad about that. I trust that the attention I received during the application period will continue during my tenancy. Their online repair and maintenance forms will make submitting requests a breeze. So, I arrived at 10.35 am, I had no contact information for the person showing the unit but I did have the office contact. I parked and walked 20 feet to the door as it was easy to find. I knock on the door for about 2-3 minutes hoping to find someone open the door. I thought maybe I got my day or time mixed up for another unit, I double checked. I find the office number and I call them at 10:40 am. The lady on the phone was completely gas lighting and her first question was "Did you JUST get there?" obviously, I had to walk from my car to the unit (which was completely visible from where I parked) then to knock on the door and then to call the office. She said she would call me back as I waited. She called back 5 minutes later stating that I was late, and they lady had left already. That she could come back but that it "would be awhile". But why would it take awhile if she just left? did she leave at 10:31am??? I was appalled and let the lady know that this customer service was unacceptable, there was no courtesy call, no grace period, no contact whatsoever on, are you on your way still? traffic? got lost? anything. I told her that if the service was like this in the beginning that I would not want to rent with noncommunicative company to begin with. just for reference, I have worked in property management for 15 years and have had people rent from me due to my customer service even if they liked other properties better. There is always as 15 min courtesy with 3 companies I have worked with and a call at the 15 mins to check on the prospect. (1 here in HAWAII) This woman had to have left between 10:30-10:35am or they forgot and because I had just called them gaslighted me to say it is my fault because I was late. Looking back at the reviews, I am happy to have made the right choice to not follow through with the tour. YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH THE VIEWING AND THE PERSON YOU HAVE ANSWERING THE PHONE NEEDS TO INPROVE.

She was telling us one thing and telling the landlord another thing. We put in a complaint to the company and bey emailed me back. I don't want to hear from bey I want to hear from who's running this that they got my complain they understand our frustration with her and that they were going to do something about it. I'm reading other reviews and there's a couple on bey alone.. so that should tell you that this company doesn't care how their employees are making a bad name for them.
