He can mix friendly with professional. Its amazing how he finds balance between the two. We were his tenants for a year and during that year, he made everything easy and comfortable for us. Im planning on starting my own rental portfolio and I definitely would Darren to be my manager too. read more

We contracted One Team to manage our property in Makaha earlier this year. The service they provide is excellent, and the cost is well worth it to us. One Team has helped us through a very challenging spalling project at our property in Makaha. Liz is an exceptional communicator and ensures that everything between the construction team, our tenants, and us owners, go smoothly. She is sharp and efficient and excellent to work with, as is Darren the Owner. We highly recommend these folks! read more

Darren Holbrook at One Team Reality, LLC, was the Property Manager of the 4 bdrm, 3 bath, 2092 sqft, 3 car garage single family home I rented for the past 3 years 3 months located in Ewa Beach Hawaii. The active communication and professionalism displayed by this business is unmatched. The company made the move-in/move-out process extremely painless, every routine inspection simplistic, and they operated a web portal that was extremely easy to navigate for bill pay, document review, work request and more. I appreciate the effort they put into ensuring customer/renter satisfaction. I wish this LLC the best and strongly recommend this team of highly knowledgeable professionals. Darren, Liz and Alex are uniquely poised for continued success. Thank you for putting my family first! read more

Darren and Liz were absolutely amazing during our rental period, kept in contact and communicated in a timely manner. I would definitely rent thru them again in a heartbeat. They were there to help make sure any of our maintenance requests were taken care of, they honest and always made sure to help us with any questions we had. Thank you two for an amazing two years! read more

I have been one of One Team Realty's tenant's for 7 years! I can't thank Darren and Liz enough for all that they have done for me and my roommates. They were always extremely responsive when it came to any issues or problems with the home. They would have repairs completed in a timely manner and by reputable service providers. Their online services made rent payments, maintenance requests, and keeping track of all my rental information very easy. I'm very thankful that Darren chose me to rent from his team! I wish that I could continue to work with them but the only reason I moved on was because the owner of the home I was living in decided to sell. If I ever had the opportunity to rent with One Team Realty again I would in a heartbeat. Thank for everything One Team Realty! read more

After almost 5 years with One Team Realty, we have nothing but positive remarks. As a tenant, we were well taken care of especially when our unit had issues (dishwasher, or A/c problems). They would send repairmen right away. They send out helpful reminders, like filter changes and what not. You can always be sure that you'll get an answer from them when you needed help or assistance. So communication was no problem. We enjoyed their services, and you can tell they care about their tenants! If we needed to move again, we would go through them again. Shout out to Darren and Liz for making the move and transition go smoothly :) read more

Renting a property is HARD if you don't know where to start. After 2 different property managers that hardly got back to me, I did what anyone would do, I yelped to find a new one. I was determined to get help. I thought I would never get my place rented. I found Darren through Yelp. He was able to help tell me what things needed to be changed/fixed/painted to help improve my rental property. He did a walk through pointed out things and also had some ideas to cut costs on any of the improvements. I'm so glad that I was able to find an awesome property manager for my place! He not only is great as property management, but he can also tell if a contractor does a bad job in renovations. He spotted all these bad mistakes from a prior contractor I had hired. Luckily, he had contacts to a handyman and painter to help get the job done. I was able to contact reliable people to get the improvements done. It helped so much that I was able to get the renovations done and rent my place in a couple of months! If you are looking for a RELIABLE property manager, I recommend One Team Realty! You will not be sorry! read more

Wow... this is the place for property management! Darren has integrity, goes over and beyond, and takes care of his clients (both property owners & the tenants). Absolutely amazing! He streamlines his systems (as automated & digital as possible). Plus his customer service is excellent and he fixes things quickly (usually within 24 hours). He makes it win-win for everyone! He's definitely got your back. I highly recommend him and his team! read more

Oahu has it covered with One Team Realty. Darren Holbrook and his team has been a true asset for handling my property while i continue my contract in the US Army in the mainland. Knowing I can have a peace of mind while Darren and Liz take care of the tenants at my property makes the Aloha spirit live on. I am truly happy with their services and recommendations because they identified what needed to be done to make the tenants happy then executed within a matter of days. Darren and One Team Realty are top notch. We had problems with our previous property manager, and were mainland at the time. I found Darren online. He took time to talk with me and discuss everything. He truly works for the owner, while taking very good care of your tenants too. He has plenty of experience, and offers great advice, but always allows you to make your own choice and decisions. He noticed and addressed several things that were neglected at our house, and helped us to get them fixed. He also got new tenants in asap when we were left in a tight spot, and helped us make sure our house was open when we were ready to move back. We are now about to move back in, and so happy that Darren helped us prepare for it! read more

Darren H. and his Team are awesome! One stop shop!!! The only Realty company you'll ever need! Darren was our property manager for a couple years and did a phenomenal job at that... Gave me a sense of ease knowing our home and Tenants are taken care of! Communication is on point! Home issues fixed and/or replaced in a affordable price in a timely manner. When it came time to sell... Once again Darren and his Team delivered! Our Home didn't last no more than 5 days before a deal was done! If we ever decide to move back to the islands Darren will be the first I call to find my next home! Thank you One Team Realty for going above and beyond!!! read more

This review is made by a tenant. Darren was great from start to finish during the year at the rental. During our lease, we encountered numerous maintenance issues and Darren resolved these issues very quickly. The repairmen that came out were just as professional as Darren and he always followed up to ensure we were taken care of once the repair was completed. We were lucky to find a property that Darren managed and I'll absolutely refer my friends to One Team Realty for their rental or property management needs. read more

Darren and his team are the absolute BEST! I've been investing in real estate around the country for over a decade and finding quality property management is always difficult. One Team Realty has gone above and beyond and we know our property and tenants are in good hands, giving us peace of mind back on the mainland. Darren is honest, professional, and a straight shooter. His communication is top notch and the management systems he uses make everything streamlined for both landlord and tenant. I HIGHLY recommend! One Team Realty is the management company you need. Deal with confidence! read more

I wish I could give Darren more stars if Yelp allowed me. My husband and I struggled so much to rent our unit for 5 months, out of desperateness we looked for a different property management company. We interviewed several property management companies to make sure we choose the company we go with very carefully this time. Long story short, Darren got us the tenants in less than a month. I have never seen any property management company put that much effort and time to bring results. Darren is a man of integrity and he is an honorable man before he is a business owner. He is very through with everything he does, and he does it with incredible professionalism. We feel very happy to work with Darren. read more

This was our first time renting out our home and we were so nervous about it. One Team Realty really helped throughout the entire process, from getting our home rent ready to finding a great tenant. One Team Realty streamlines everything online so we know exactly what is getting taking care of. From rent, to repairs, to our taxes, Darren really handles it with the utmost skill and professionalism. We highly recommend One Team Realty. read more

Darren is the most patient and professional realtor/property manager/handyman of which I know. Our business relationship started when Darren accepted an offer to manage my Wahiawa property. It was a run down home in need of repairs. This didn't phase Darren and he even assisted with some repairs (at an awesome rate) during the duration of having "not-so-great" tenants on my property. When it was time to "release" the tenants, Darren patiently worked with me and the tenants in finding a definitive solution. After "releasing" the tenants, I decided to put my property up for sale. Darren exemplified a very high level of expertise and professionalism as we closed very quickly with very little complication. If you want to be "hands-off" as much as possible or if you want to micromanage every little bit, Darren will work with you and will probably beat any expectations you may have. If you are looking for an EXTREMELY trustworthy, reliable, and professional agent to represent you or your property in real estate transactions, property management, or even handyman services, look no further and get on the phone with Darren. read more

If I could give Darren a million stars I would! Darren helped us with renting out our condo and then eventually selling it! We saw he had great Yelp reviews and decided to go with him! Darren was absolutely outstanding in taking care of us! All we had to "worry about" was moving to the mainland. Not having to worry about having to rent out our condo was an enormous relief, he removed this burden off our shoulders. We moved to the mainland in 2019 and not long after, he found a wonderful and responsible couple to rent our home. Any small issue that arose he took care of right away! We knew and began to learn right away that this was someone to trust even from far away! Truly! Everything went smoothly and then Covid hit! As I began to worry, I remembered that Darren would take care of everything, and he delivered in so many ways even during such an unstable time period for the whole country. As things started normalize our renters were ready to move on and we decided to sell our home. Right away, we thought of Darren taking care of us in selling our home, again, even from far away! Darren has an intuition and brilliance to his work ethic! We ended up selling over the asking price and we were so very thrilled! All the paperwork, and process went smoothly. Any questions we had were answered quickly and thoroughly. With Darren you can depend on him getting things done! You can eliminate any worries you may have, because Darren gets things done! You can trust Darren even if you are off island, far far away, because DARREN GETS THINGS DONE!! We are truly greatful to Darren! Many Mahalos!!! Sincerely, The Harveys read more

Darren has been our property manager for about 8 months. He found us tenants for a 3/1 twice. I have had no problems with any of the tenants. I don't discuss anything about the rental with the tenants. Darren takes care of all that. He's good at dealing with the tenants and owners such that everybody's satisfied. He knows a lot about rental law in HI. Hawaii is very pro-lessee. There's a lot of things that owners can get in trouble for that we didn't know. If we ever have to evict someone he will go to court for us. He's hands on. He always comes when needed. I have never had a problem getting in touch with him. His accounting is organized. I know where every dollar is going. He's also a good handyman. I don't have the time or energy to property manage myself. For me Darren is totally worth it bc I don't have to deal with any of it. read more

Darren and his team at One Team Realty have been amazing when it came to managing my property. He promptly addresses any potential concerns, ensures everything is in order, and does a great job at ensuring both tenant and property manager are well taken care of! Even if you move off island he still makes it a point to take care of your property needs. The professionalism and quality of work that comes from Darren's team is second to none! read more

I am one of the tenants in a property Darren manages. He is very responsive, practical, and so far has sided with getting things done right, and getting them done quickly rather than caring if the landlords are inconvenienced (i.e., have to pay for something they may have deferred if they were still in the house). As a tenant, I appreciate that he looks at the maintenance issues much like it is his own home, and protects the interests of the owners as well by making sure repairs are made on time. If you get into one of the houses he manages, good for you. If you can get him to be your property manger, great for you! read more

We trusted Darren to manage our rental home when we moved to the mainland back in 2013. We have been extremely pleased with the service he has provided. He takes care of everything from finding tenants, collecting rent on time, handling repairs and HOA matters, to preparing property related taxes. Whenever an issue arises, or if we have any questions, he is always prompt in his response. We have nothing but great things to say about Darren! Highly recommend for all of your rental property needs! read more

Darren was wonderful! We had trouble with our last manager and they could not get the AC repaired for several months. We terminated their contract and hired Darren. Within hours he had the AC going for a temporary fix and within a week we had 3 estimates and a new 4 Ton AC in the attic and outside the home. The sprinkler system and plumbing all repaired within the week and landscape done as well. A breath of fresh air for us as we are off -island. It is nice to find someone who communicates fast and tells us what we should get done. Thanks One Team Reality! read more

Simply the best! My properties are promptly rented, well cared for and when repairs/replacements are needed they are taken care of with both the tenants and my needs considered. Darren goes above and beyond to provide the absolute best property management services. He makes us feel that our home is in great hands as he is extremely knowledgeable and professional and provides thorough care for our home. I've been in the military for 16 years and One Team Realty is by far the best realty company I've dealt with. I was a tenant in one of the properties for 3 years. The owner of the company is understanding and flexible. This is the first time that I've seen a realty company that's equipped to take care of the needs and demands of the property owner and still be able to ensure the tenant is taken care of as well. I've passed there number along to any and everyone that was PCSing or moving to Hawaii. A truly remarkable company. read more

We enjoyed working with Darren at One Team Realty. We purchased a house on Oahu and selected Darren to manage it because of his personal touches. Things like the conditions he writes into leases, and the checkups he does on houses for us, and even things like checking our mail until things were setup properly. He was very responsive and quick to respond to all of our concerns. We used email & text & phone as required which made it easy with the time change. We had some setup glitches with the accounting software and Darren spend a lot of his own time resolving the issues. After about a year, we decided that our rental property in Hawaii wasn't for us, so asked Darren if he could sell it for us. Darren took care of everything and sold the house smoothly. We really enjoyed working with him & will definitely do so again if we are in the neighborhood in the future. We've worked with a lot of various realtors and property managers over the years in many states & we like the personal touch that Darren has. You can tell he cares. read more

Darren is the property manager for a Hawaii rental in Ko Olina that my family visits on an annual basis. He's always available to help, does a great job, and makes sure that we're in and out with ease. Feels like I'm coming home every time I visit. As a customer of a rental vs. being an owner I'd recommend Darren and One Team Realty since in the end property management is not just about keeping the owners happy it's also about keeping your customers (renters) happy and coming back! read more
