Darren has been our property manager for about 8 months. He found us tenants for a 3/1 twice. I have had no problems with any of the tenants. I don't discuss anything about the rental with the tenants. Darren takes care of all that. He's good at dealing with the tenants and owners such that everybody's satisfied. He knows a lot about rental law in HI. Hawaii is very pro-lessee. There's a lot of things that owners can get in trouble for that we didn't know. If we ever have to evict someone he will go to court for us. He's hands on. He always comes when needed. I have never had a problem getting in touch with him. His accounting is organized. I know where every dollar is going. He's also a good handyman. I don't have the time or energy to property manage myself. Darren was wonderful! We had trouble with our last manager and they could not get the AC repaired for several months. We terminated their contract and hired Darren. Within hours he had the AC going for a temporary fix and within a week we had 3 estimates and a new 4 Ton AC in the attic and outside the home.
