She led us to the apartment, opened the door, and stood there. Did not even try to say anything about the place to us or sell it. We needed to move in pretty soon, so we called her the day after 10 times, and never got any response (even though it was a business day, and within business hours). Her answering machine would keep saying the listing was unavailable but how would she even know who was calling and which property we were talking about? And she told us the day of that we were the only people interested? SO UNPROFESSIONAL. Would never use her as a relator. Very rude and didn't care about possible tenants. Stay away.

During the course of time, my listing has been neglected and ignored by 2 of their associates. Who were supposed to be in charge of my listing. No phone calls, no updates, and definitely didn't put any energy into finding me a buyer. They pretty much left me in the dark with little to no contact for almost a year. In their defense, they attempted to scheduled a few showings of my restaurant but neglected to confirm the time from both parties. And did not try to reschedule or made any attempt to move things forward in the right direction.. And now they are terminating my listing & contract I had signed with them, because I was told by one of their associate that she was not able to allocate time to my listing.. They wasted 10 months of my time and now they want to take the easy way out. Honestly I could go into so much more details about everything I experienced w/ CBRE. These people need to be held accountable for wasting my time and interrupting my plan of selling my restaurant. Now I have to go find someone else who will actually care about their job and their client's listing. Hopefully there are still good companies out there in the commercial real estate market. CBRE is a HUGE disappointment!!! Don't waste your time w/ them..

Just take the elevator right beside the security desk which is for the parking and NOT for the main buildings to the 6th floor to which is the highest parking level accessible you take a short flight of stairs and poof there it is the garden which is a simple outdoor area that many seem to take full advantage of for a bit of fresh air and a stunning view of Aloha Tower and a bit of oceanfront view and can just imagine the stunning sunset views as well. I was interested in a property for rent and spoke to Margaret and requested a showing. As soon as I disclosed I had an emotional support animal, she has never offered a showing to me. I have texted multiple times and she has left me on "read". I called and told her I was concerned with discrimination against me for my disability and she responded "okaaayyyy" and hung up. The rental unit is still posted as available now and she still has not offered a showing. I am over qualified in all other requirements for this rental. Stay away from this shady old lady and this "business". I will be filing a formal legal complaint.

Last summer when I had to sell my Waikele house that I rented out for over 20 years, I chose Russ to represent me, instead of the outstanding real estate company that managed this rental house (this company represented me when I initially purchased this house over 20 years ago). I needed an extra special real estate professional, as I was expecting a difficult sale in late 2022. The tenant unexpectedly passed away, the Hawaii housing market crashed, mortgage rates hit historic highs, and the house was in need of major renovations. After interviewing several highly recommended real estate professionals, including those that UpNest arranged for me, I discovered Russ. It was only after extensive interviews that I discovered what a hidden gem Russ was. The low number of customer reviews on the various real estate websites do not do Russ justice. The result? As I live on the mainland and had not returned to Hawaii for 15 years, I had to rely on Russ to handle 100% of my house renovation and house sale in Hawaii. Russ handled $100K of upgrades to the entire house -- from new roof to new everything inside. He even offered his own personal muscle power to deal with an unexpected plumbing issue that was easy enough for him to handle, instead of paying the contractors additional money to modify the work order that I already paid for. Despite the challenging market, Russ successfully sold the house shortly after opening for almost 7 figures -- much more than I expected.
