Bobbie is a great property manager, was attentive and kept us informed the whole time. We paid on time and always made sure to communicate any issues. This review is about the way I was treated when I went to pick up my keys for my studio! Upon arriving I was told my realtor was not in and they started looking for my keys! Bobbie Sawai came out and said what is the problem? I told her I was told to pick up the keys and no one can find them. After getting questioned on when I was supposed to get the keys and who told me to get it that day, I tell her this is not okay as I took off early and had people helping me move! She tells me we are trying and we don't really have to do even that! Her words "we can just say we don't have the keys and not even look"! Poorly organized internal management; unstable personnel employments and low quality of Human Resources; lack good skills and proper courtesy when communicating over the phone, especially when they hear you are actually just a "renter" （and not a seller, buyer, owner, or other kinds of potential client?)！ After two, three months renting a residential unit from them (under a one-year lease agreement) someone from their office suddenly called to tell you that from now on it will be your responsibility to pay for the unit's AC (centralized in the building) and they will be forwarding the monthly bill to you which is originally addressed to the owner. She made it sound like a threat, regardless of the fact that such charge was never clearly stated on the rental agreement in the first place! Of course she did not succeed her mission (and is never heard again) until two weeks later someone eles from the top tried hard to be reasonable, then the extra added condition was eventually forcefully accepted. More than a year now, it has been different new person assigned for this AC bill matter, but still, unbelievably, various mistakes have been created by the office, hence you just can't help but constantly feeling this is such a helpless company! Or they are simply paying their attention on a more profitable segment- the commissions gained from sales of properties?? read more

Stay away from these people. Bobbie Sawai, our property manager was rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. She would always ignore the maintenance request the first time and it would take weeks to fix something. After we moved out, she charged us for something we're not responsible and she even agreed that we're not responsible but didn't refund and was giving excuses. Just to avoid getting into this hassle, we chose to stay away from them and leave this review here. Please make sure you have all the proofs of the damages before you move-in. For sales, Ivy knows how to watch and read the market and on several occasions getting higher than listed price. She stays on top of the entire transaction schedule from first contact 20th her, through financing, and completely through closing. She doesn't leave anything to chance. One of the realtors, Bobbie Sawai, had her vendor come over to my neighbors house to check on a job. He hit my car without leaving a note and I contacted Bobbie but she was no help at all. It seemed as if she was trying to hide her vendor and not have him pay for damages. I had to get the name of the person who hit my car from another vendor who was here the same day, Marcus Plumbing. I contacted Bobbie about the whole situation and she did not provide me with any help and ghosted me. I got an estimate for the repairs and it came out to $1,400. Shady as they say. Thanks for that. As a landlord, this company does not submit the rent money in a timely manner! They must hold it. I even contacted my tenants, as to why it was late again (not my job!). and they had sent in their rent! I am trying to submit a letter to them, that I no longer want their business. But no response! And I can't find an e-mail address. But a heads up for those who have not met Amy. She has been there representing me as my property manager. Kathy is a great leasing agent, but the company and the owner does not think about its tenants. We only had a few months left on our lease and they pressured us to move out before the lease was up. If they really cared about their tenants, they would have waited until our lease was up before putting us in these uncomfortable situations. Called Mikki Kim on a Friday, she apparently works for this company...or at least advertises that she does and upon my research she seems like a reputable agent. Seemed like it was a bother that we were calling about an advertised apartment ewa, but said she could meet Sunday at 1, I asked if she could meet later cause I worked until 2. She agreed to 6 on Sunday. We called her at 5...5:30...6....6:15 and 6:30. After half an hour of waiting, no call and no show we left. I must give props to this company! They stepped into a very difficult situation as we with the help of another realty company purchased a new condo and were unable to sell our original condo. We had to float 2 mortgages! Marc Kumai and his team did everything possible to come to our aid. They were very professional and efficiently rented out our new property and then formed a strategy to eventually sell our original property. Once we put our condo on the market the first person that looked at it took it at our asking price. Marc priced the unit well and the buyer's bank approved the loan!The transaction was seamless and Robert and Dan handled the day to day details with the buyer's agent well. Everything stayed on track and we closed on time. It could not have gone better. In addition, they are very friendly and down to earth people. Deserves zero stars. Worst company out there. Cant answer a single question about anything, everyone working there has their head up their ass. Prop manager told me owner was coming to replace the cabinets, he blew me off 3 times in a row so i was left waiting around for him. If i am told i will be called back i expect a call back, I cant count how many times i was told i will call you back and never receive one, ever. Every time i called the office they had no idea about anything. Never kept me updated when it was occupied after i broke lease, so i had to call to find out myself. that bring me to my refunds, i left that unit september 29th, and now november 18th i still have no received my prorated rent check. This company owes me almost $500 that i should have received 2 months ago!!! A friend warned me about this company, unfortunately too late, and she was right, she told me about her very bad experience with them as well.
