My friend and I made the mistake of sharing one and immediately regretted it. Lesson learned: order your own. The Baby Back Pork Ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender and hefty - big enough for 1-2 people to share. The Pan Seared Chilean Sea Bass was firm, flaky, and a rather small portion. I needed more than just a drizzle of that amazing lemon beurre blanc! Save this spot for your next brunch outing or dinner date! The outdoor patio felt calm and cozy, while the candlelit indoors buzzed with energy. The warm, enthusiastic staff made every visit feel welcoming and fun. Final verdict: Order the Original Ribeye Melt & don't bother sharing!

We decided to give it a try, and I'm so glad we did. From the moment we arrived, the experience was amazing. The food was absolutely delicious, but what really stood out was the exceptional customer service. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, and helped make our celebration feel even more special. To top it all off, the live classical music added such an elegant and memorable atmosphere. We came in looking for a place to celebrate a big moment in our lives, and Queensview Steakhouse truly delivered. We had an incredible time and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for great food, great service, and a beautiful dining experience.

Although we had a window view, we weren't quite facing the ship. We were facing more towards the lighthouse. And I was kind of disappointed. But because it was a weekday and the tables by the window left early, our server let me get some pictures of the view of the ship. We were seated right away. We already knew what we wanted to order. I noticed they had zero proof alcohol and I was excited about that. I ordered a cucumber crush. It tasted more minty than cucumbery to me. We then started off with bread in the house then ordered 1/2 dozen oysters. Mmm the oysters we so delicious. It came with a side of horseradish, cocktail sauce, and vinegar. Our server, JJ, recommended the prime beef carpaccio. My husband isn't a fan of raw meat, but when he tried this with all the side toppings of the mustard-yuzu aioli, crispy shallots, capers, and maitake mushrooms on top of a cheese toast, he loved it. The capers and crispy shallots and toast give this dish texture and brings out the flavor of the beef carpaccio. My husband and I got the surf n turf. He ordered the 30 day dry-aged bone in ribeye and I got the 6 oz lobster tail with a side of Brussels sprouts. My husband got his ribeye medium rare. He said it was delicious. It cut so smooth and easy, like butter and was well seasoned. The lobster seemed a little too fine for me, but it was delicious with the butter and lemon provided. The Brussels sprouts were tasty, however we didn't care for the Gorgonzola cheese and ended picking it out. Our server JJ was so kind and provided excellent service. We were the last ones there and he was still able to provide us with a celebratory dessert of crème brûlée. And even took great pictures of us. I definitely recommend this place if you wanna have a beautiful fancy date night.

This place popped up, and it was happy hour. So we thought why not. We got lucky and found parking close (rare for that street). And walked over and immediately loved the vibe. We walked in and were greeted immediately, and then brought upstairs. The decor on the way up was awesome. The old school nature, with paintings and abstract vintage pieces.. love. It felt like we were in an old industrial building. We were surprised that it was pretty empty when we got up there. We sat at the bar, and love the decor upstairs too. There's a view of the street from up there as well that's beautiful. The bartender greeted us fairly quickly, and we each ordered a speciality cocktail on their happy hour. Both were delicious. I will say that the prices are a bit steep for me. Very glad we came during the happy hour. But really want to return to try the food and more drinks. Maybe on a special date night out!

We were immediately greeted by our server and we ordered cocktails and drinks. I ordered the brown butter old fashioned. To sweet for my tastes though the Smokey flavor was great. My usual is the Dirty Goose and I think I'll stick to that. Instantly we had bread and butter and water followed by our drinks. Everyone was enjoying their drinks and then our order was taken. The server did a fantastic job of explaining the menu and various options. Wife and I can't eat so much so we split our meals. Ordered a Cesar salad, 11 oz filet and jumbo lobster tail, and the sweet potato casserole. They make it into two salads when you share and the split is more than enough for both of us. The Cesar had something off this time. I think they changed the dressing. I'd be happier with the wedge, but my wife dislikes blue cheese. The entrees and sides arrived. The sweet potato casserole was amazing as always, the lobster tail was larger than their normal side offering though I question that it's really 7 oz. It was tender and tasted great. Normally order the rib eye but ordered the gilt this time. Perfect medium rare, very tender and flavorful. Everyone else enjoyed their dinners greatly. They had also spread little decorations on the table for my stepdaughters bday and greeted her as the person having the birthday at both the host desk and by the server. They brought her out an additional desert. All told, the food was delicious and the service was top notch. The server and staff really went above and beyond and were very friendly and polite. Fantastic evening and great job by both the kitchen and wait staff.

Kin was one of the only restaurants open until 10 PM. We were seated right away, and somehow the five of us sat in a private room. It was kind of late for me to eat anything really heavy so I just have my usual salad and it was the beef tenderloin salad. They serve it up with a lot of beef and less veggies. The beef itself was a little chewy and in large pieces. I prefer the meat to be cut a little smaller and would like more lettuce and cucumber. I got a little taste of the spicy fried rice, which was really good. Some of us ordered Thai tea and didn't expect what we received, which was the tea with a Thai tea popsicle. What a treat! The Thai tea itself was pretty standard, but that popsicle was like the icing on a cake. The places, modern and clean. Staff is helpful and nice. Trying several items on the menu provided us a nice sampling of what they have to offer. We enjoyed everything we ordered. The final item ordered was a mushroom pasta with shrimp. The shrimp were fantastic with a light char and perfect flavoring. The pasta was good. It was a bit to spicy for me with the chili oil so I only had a small portion. The inside is simple yet inviting with an open layout. It did look quite busy on the patio when we checked in with the hostess. We were informed that it would prob be about 20 minutes or so for a table and if we wanted to wait at the bar. Exactly what we did. Bar area had maybe 5/6 hi top chairs that look onto the bar. Gabriel and Francisco who were working was knocking the drinks out one by one. Sitting there and just watching them create magic for everyone, it was quite amusing. Seeing how it's made and presented with precise detail, it was an art. While waiting for the table we started off with the raspberry lychee martini and the spicy margaritas. Both were great. The right amount of kick with each sip. Gabriel was knocking them out one by one and man was he busy. Fransisco took are of us while we were eating which we ended up just having our dinner at the bar instead. The last time I remembered the chicken Parmesan which was excellent. So we started off with the grilled prawns as a starters. Five prawns in a skewers and grilled with a delicious sauce accompanied. It was tasty and quite delicious. Decent size and meaty for each bite. Entrees was a little mishap as our meal was mistakenly given to the party next to us which they enjoyed. Honesty mistake but we laughed it off. Kitchen was informed and a rushed was put on our order. We weren't in a rush so it was fine with us. They apologized and graciously offered us a dessert after dinner. Something simple but very graceful for the honest mistake. Entrees, the wild mushrooms pasta which was quite tasty and pretty decent in size. The cream sauce which wasn't too over powering the meal was great. Each bite was very tasty. Then there was the chicken Parmesan which why we were here and expecting. The last visit it was excellent with grilled broccolini, slices of tomatoes on top and mozzarella cheese and onto spaghetti pasta. It was great. Thinking it would be the same this time which it wasn't. This visit, it was just served with squash pasta and buffalo mozzarella on top. Honestly it wasn't what I expected, somewhat of a little disappointed. Chicken was good don't get me wrong. But the hot meat with sauce and then you have literally COLD squash pasta paired with it. It was a little underwhelming. Overall, we still had a nice experience. The place was pretty full and of course the lakers were on so it was fun seeing everyone cheering them on. Bar seating for a meal was great as we had fun conversations with both Gabriel and Francisco. Plus they were cranking them drinks out one by one. Excellent in what they do. The drinks were great, grilled prawns and wild mushrooms pastas were excellent. Chicken parm, this time was a miss. Overall, we enjoyed our meal and cocktails. Also the dessert, highly recommend the Cinnabon with vanilla ice cream. Wow, it went down very well. Hoping next time will outdo this.

Visually, the burger was impressive and looked exactly like something you'd want to dig into. However, the salt level was overwhelming to the point where I genuinely could not finish it. What made matters worse was that our server was not attentive with refilling our waters, and when you're working through an extremely salty dish, hydration isn't optional. I left the meal feeling dehydrated and honestly a little frustrated. The bright spot of the visit was the Brussels sprouts, which were genuinely well done and showed some real kitchen care. If I were to return, I'd probably stick to the vegetable sides. For a restaurant with a 4 PM lull and minimal table traffic, there's no excuse for that level of inattentiveness. A simple water refill and a quick check in would have saved the experience. As it stands, the combination of an over salted entrée and absent service made for a tough sell on the value. If you're in the area craving a burger, you might want to save your money and head down the street to Louis Burger instead. Ellie's may shine in other areas; I've heard good things about the pasta, but this particular visit missed the mark.
