Classic Cheesy Double Stack
Talesha C.

We arrived around 6:55pm on a Thursday and didn't quite get an order in before happy hour ended. We ordered the harp-bartered chicken tenders for appetizers and it took 30 full minutes for them to come out. I'm not sure why the kitchen was so slow but I saw many tables receive food before we did. Though it took forever for the appetizer to arrive, the tenders were tasty. We ordered the classic cheesy double stack with bacon. It was really good. I just had to add mustard and because our waiter was slow coming back to our table, I had to go to the kitchen to ask for it. After adding mustard I was able to enjoy the burger much better. The fries were great. No complaints about those at all. Also we were in the restaurant until 9:50ish and the waiter never refilled our waters. He was very slow. I had to go find him and ask him to bring water to our table. Overall the food was good but the service wasn't great.

Cool vibes! Nice indoor and outdoor seating options. Pet friendly! Great service and food was amazing. Definitely recommended!

It was a little slow getting somebody to come to the table and had to ask for it to be wiped, but it was nearing the end of happy hour, so I'm sure they were just pretty busy. By the time we ordered, it was technically a few minutes past, but they still honored happy hour pricing. Everything was delicious, served quickly by a friendly young lady. I had the cabbage rolls which were even better than I expected and my husband had the fish tacos (that I sampled) and they were also wonderful. My son had the shepherd's pie that he gobbled up as if he were starving, but he did verbally say it was great. He didn't eat the salad, but I ate some and it was very fresh. His friend had the fish and chips cup and he really enjoyed that. Music was decent and good volume and the decor was fitting.

We came here on St Paddy's day this year to start the day off right with an irish breakfast and some drinks. The service was the low point. She got our drinks out quick (a pint of Guinness to start the day) But then took forever to come get our food order. And we were starving! But the food got there. We got a full irish breakfast with eggs over easy. It was a great meal! I enjoyed every part of it! It was a busy day, so I hate to beat on the service too bad. But the food and drinks were great. The menu looked awesome! I would like to come back and try some different food.

Came here one night when it was cold and rainy, and this place was warm and cozy inside. Had some great comfort food, the Shepherds Pie, which was likely the best I've ever had. Unfortunately, the "side salad" I was served with it had much to be desired. Full bar with lots of draft offerings, including some of your favorite Irish brews. Service was adequate.

Food was amazing. My family and I just split some of the appetizers. The fried goat cheese was my favorite !! The jalapeño honey is perfect with it. We sat outside since it was a beautiful day. Ambiance inside is best as the patio is a little small, but didn't mind. Patio is dog friendly and they even had a doggy menu. Lastly, my mojito did not taste like a mojito at all and was a little disappointed. Irish coffee was really good. Will be back!

The service is pretty bad. Snotty attitudes all around. Came in with a large group, some at the bar some had a table. Understandable that service would be a bit slower, so we chose to go up to the bar. Bartender saw we walked over from the half of the group that was seated at a table and turned us away saying "you have a server" after us waiting 10 minutes for her to even acknowledge our presence. In a different circumstance, yes I would understand it being tacky to leave your table to go to the bar but we had just arrived and were only saying hi to that half of our group that was seated. Nonetheless, we brushed it off and returned to the seated portion of our group and stood beside them waiting for the server to make her way around to us. She was blonde and snarky too, just said "what's up" with a less than smiling attitude. We still smiled, politely gave her our order and she turned around to fetch our drinks. The next time she came around she was double checking if anyone needed anything and when I hesitated looking to my boyfriend to see if he needed anything she gave a nasty "hurry the f*ck up" gesture to which we said "oh never mind we're good". She gave a stank face, rolled her eyes and walked away. Being flustered with a large group is understandable but we are bartenders/servers elsewhere and cannot possibly understand how you expect to make any money with such a shit attitude. 0/10 would never return

Service is mediocre. This is a bar you go to when life is over. it's dim and dull and needs a revamp.

Ask the Community - Fadó Irish Pub

Where is the best spot to park?

Underground parking across the street

Is it kid friendly?

For dinner, toddlers I don't think so, older kids like 10 and above perhaps. But overall my opinion is the place is better for kids during lunch. Hope this helps.

We got some buffalo wings to start with. They were really good! It was nice and hot too (temperature wise and flavor wise.) They were literally steaming for a good 5 minutes after our server brought them. My wife got the blackened chicken salad wrap with fries for her main, and I got the fish and chips lunch portion. Both tasted INCREDIBLE. Her wrap was really good, I had a few bites. It was packed with toppings and the chicken tasted really good. My fish and chips were GREAT. I got the lunch portion, which comes with one piece of fish, but the dinner portion comes with two I believe. I didn't realize it was only one piece for the lunch portion, otherwise I would've gotten the dinner portion...I was hungry!! The fries we both got were nice and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I got some BBQ sauce to dip my fries into. I also doused my fish and chips with vinegar...you got to to do it that way! Our glasses of Guinness were fresh and poured really nicely too. They were also nice and cold! Our server was really friendly too and was always checking on us. We really enjoyed ourselves, and we'll definitely be back! We have been to this location a few times, and also the one in Buckhead. We have been to the Buckhead one more, as we used to live right in Buckhead, not too far from that location.

If you're in downtown Atlanta, add this to your list!…read more A group of us attempted to visit on a Wednesday night, and it was a 1.5-hour wait! Then, I successfully visited once for lunch right when they opened at 11:30 AM on that Thursday and again for late-night snacks/drinks that Friday. The pub was enjoyable empty for lunch right when they open, so I recommended that timing! We received a warm welcome; undivided attention; and the just-opened vibe where employees are cheerful and ready to talk about specials in an energetic and authentic way. The vibe is cool---definitely fits the bill for a pub: dim lighting, wall decor, wood paneling. The service was excellent. Our server took time to explain the menu and specials and accommodated our substitution requests with grace. My chicken BLT with no B ($18.00) and extra avocado and extra spicy mayo ($0.50) was delicious, fresh, hot, and a good portion. It came with fries. I would definitely order it again! The second time I visited was with a group of people for drinks around 10 PM. We got a private space in the back with TVs, fans, and thrones (yes, thrones), which was cool. I forgot to take photos. I ordered the Meehan's margarita ($14.00) and sweet potato fries ($6.50). Both tasted great and hit the spot!
