Denise A. was a life saver! Walked into the store yesterday, with hopes to do an even exchange with an item I purchased online. I was told that the online items can be a little tricky to exchange in-store, however, DENISE was going to look into for me. Cut a long story short, and after being on the phone (while in store) with their customer service department, DENISE was so kind to further assist my exchange (despite customer service denial). Good customer service is hard to come by these days, unless you shop at Nordy's or Costco , but DENISE is for sure added to that list! WORST company Customer Service EVER! Received items as a GIFT and cannot exchange for proper size!

When I walked in the store there were two associates chatting near the register, they completely ignored me until I did a full loop of the store. I explained that I was interested in the VIP and also had a pair of shorts that were a gift I needed to exchange. They acted like this would not be a problem and told me to let them know when I needed a fitting room, then went back to chatting. Once I actually picked up items I had the full attention of someone who set me up in the fitting room. Their fitting rooms are actually very nice and they have a digital screen showing your items and other size and color options, so you can request other options without leaving the room (this is an amazing feature!). I ended up selecting 3 items I really liked, we go up front and she explains the details of the VIP, I decide I'll sign up. Now I remind her of my exchange and then she explains that I can only do it if I have the account information for the person who actually purchased it.... what? She blamed it on the web SKUs being different than the ones for stores so they had to have the account. So that didn't really work out but I bought the items anyway, although after that disappointment and what I consider sub par customer service I almost did not. After I left I regretted that decision but I waited until I got home to see if their online customer service had a way to do it, because I really did like what I purchased just not this policy that can leave someone with an item that does not fit. No luck with the online customer service though. I now fully intend to return the items I bought and cancel my VIP membership as I do not want to give someone a gift they may have trouble exchanging. I would rather give my business to companies that are easy to work with. read more

Love going to Fabletics. They always have cool new styles. Their active wear makes me feel good about working out because I can look good while sweating it out. I always get compliments with the clothes. The people there are amazingly friendly and super helpful. The prices are very reasonable especially when you join the membership. They also organize free workout events. I recently attended a free zumba class at the store! so much fun!! read more

So I've been waiting to go inside this store for the longest but I'm not a big mall person anymore. But yesterday was mommy and son day and we had a few things to get. So we went in and had the best experience ever. Everyone was so nice and welcoming except one young lady at the dressing room area. My son and I spoke and she didn't speak back. So that was kinda of a turn off. But my sale associate (sorry I can't remember his name) was the best. He new what size I should try on and was on point with that. He enter acted with my son with so much patients. He was so awesome . He also helped me get my membership set up and explained to me how it works. He was the best for someone who really didn't wanna be at the mall . I will be telling everyone about shopping here for workout clothes. read more

I've always seen their advertisements online but wanted to try them on in person.... so while shopping at the Del Amo mall I stopped in to check fabletics out. I typically buy my workout clothing from LuLulemon but, recently have not been impressed which the lack of selection they have plus the leggings have not been that great. The staff at the fabletics store were so friendly and helpful! And I love love all the different patterns and prints. The Demi Levato line is so beautiful and flattering. Although I'm sad they were sold out of my size because the rose gold pants are stunning... hopefully they restock them soon :) Their leggings are very flattering! I purchased 2 sports bras that I love! I highly recommend fabletics over LULULEMON now and I can't wait to work out in all my new gear. read more

Pretty good selection at the retail store. The option of trying on before buying made me happy! I really enjoyed working with Sarah who was so much help with finding something I really liked, and would coordinate well with my athletic wear at home! She watched my kids and dealt with me. It's so important to deliver great, friendly, genuine, and individualized customer service every time. I think I'll keep coming back to browse the new styles and chat it up with the ladies here. Nearly impossible to cancel my VIP membership. I tried 3 times with their online chat session and they had me wait for an attendant for hours with no one coming to help me. When I finally started a new online chat and changed my query to "a question about my order" someone was with me right away because they didn't know I wanted to cancel. I have only been in this store twice in the 2 months, and in both times, I had an amazing experience! My first time here, the girl in the changing rooms, Sarah, was AMAZING! I tried on at least 34 different bottoms and tops and she was very patient and HONEST with me! She was never rude or impatient, always answered my questions. She found out that I'm a Fitness instructor and teach Zumba and was ecstatic! Took my information while at the register to pass on to the manager, who was not in at the time. She also gave me more information on the membership, that I would never had known. I was so happy with my experience that I came back during the Memorial Weekend dale and being a member, I had a preview of the outfits that she wanted to try on and get while at the store. Sarah wasn't there, but Karla really went out of her way helping me out. Now that I knew how to get the best bang for my buck, thanks to Sarah, I felt comfortable and not pressured. Informed Karla that my information was taken by Sarah to hopefully teach a class one Sunday morning and she hooked me up with Denise. Very helpful and extremely nice girl! On Tuesday the 27th I popped into this store to just "look around". I was overwhelmed (in a good way) by the cleanliness of the store and organization of their products. I was greeted by friendly employees and felt comfortable. Naturally I dived into the products I have heard and seen so much about. Welp, it's true, it's amazing. I tried on about 3 sports bras and some leggings as well as a couple of tops. The dressing rooms are very spacious and the lighting in there is warm. I don't feel like I have hot lights in my face. The sizing is great, which shocked me (most workout clothes you never know) but I was impressed and the prices were great! You can become a VIP member for the savings and like the other Yelp reviewer said, Skip the month before the 5th so you don't get charged. The friendly associates (Katie who I think was the Manager on Duty at the time) and the gal that helped me who moved from Philly to here, told me that too. Super friendly! Jennifer, Ashley, Jessica, and Susie was absolutely amazing. For starters I am a brand new work out person, meaning I have never stepped in a gym let alone a workout clothing store. I always walked past but never entered Fabletics in the Del Amo Mall. Well on 8/11/19 I finally walked in. The ladies greeted me right at the door and I explained my new situation and that I'm kind of athletically fat they shunned my statement and swept me through the aisles telling and encouraging me that I would feel and look amazing. I didn't want to believe them. I was scared. After approximately 10 mins of building my self esteem I was in the dressing room with 2 pairs of power hold pants & capris. Jennifer was showing me the various option of colors and even the iPad on the fitting room knew my name. Ashley, Jessica and Susie all showed me the outfits and how to mix and match them. Informed me of the perks of signing up. And I absolutely did!!! The deals are amazing for VIP members. I was even invited to a Zumba session the next day so I can try the new items out! I walked out with the Kate Edits bundle which consist of 2 sport bras, a sweater, 3 pair of pants/ capris, a pair of shorts, a nest candle (grapefruit scent), and a quilted tote. And don't forget the 2 for $24 pants. I took home 2 black long pairs. I AM SO EXCITED!!!! Thank you ladies you four have made me feel so happy and confident in my new gear and I am ready to take on the gym. I bought a few things from this place. And they automatically signed me up for VIP which I was unaware of. I thought that was pretty shady and I IM someone asking to cancel my subscription. U know I expected a whole lot better customer service including being able to purchase something without having to worry about things like this. This website is unacceptable. Please be careful when purchasing anything from this website. Plus they don't refund. Nice way to steal people's money. Especially when the owner is an actress and she seems to do this to her fans and customer. Pretty messed up read more

I was a little hesitant because of the monthly commitment, but she assured me that I could skip at any time and not be charged. Ellen also has great recommendations. So been a faithful customer since they opened location and online store ,I stopped going inside store obviously cause of covid and wow brand new staff for years I was used to such a great customer service girls were always so nice and beyond helpful and I was there last week and they have brand new staff it looks like they have a brand new manager that walks around snobby micromanaging the whole place I asked her for help a couple of times and she was so rude not helpful not paying attention and when someone else was helping me she made sure to pay attention and correct the girl right in front of me and from the body language she was terrified like scared to even help me cause this manager chick is just there staring everyone with the face of death I'm not sure if she is even a manager but she's an idiot and her customer service is Sh*** she's the only short black girl with curly hair sorry didn't get her name but yeah she needs to go find a less snobby place to work cause she's not cutting it and her behavior is totally rubbing of the rest of the staff I'll Also like to add that this one gentleman that works there also started helping he was kind and helpful also and there she was again and I can totally see him almost shaking I'm telling you micromanaging in front of customers is so disturbing and it needs to stop bring back the sweet staff you had before covid I don't remember her name she was a tall Latina girl went beyond helping customer and now you give us this ! I wrote a review below where I gave Fabletics a single star due to their lack of interest in my problem. Since that time I have been contacted by a representative of Fabletics and my issue has been resolved at a reasonable point. Fabletics erred in not reaching out to resolve the issue when it arose. The VIP plan was signed up to, but they were unable to locate the account when it was to be cancelled. However the monthly charges continued. Fabletics couldn't find the account in their system, but did nothing other than say "I can't find it" each time we tried to cancel. Thanks to my previous Yelp review I was placed in contact with a representative who made the necessary effort to resolve this issue. I have received a combination of refund and store credit. While not perfect (I wanted a full refund) I am satisfied with the resolution. The Yelp rep, Cathy, was courteous and professional. The other phone reps need to learn that when a customer has a problem it wont just go away if they can't personally fix it. read more

I'm not a fan of this brand and their customer service. They make it very difficult to cancel your membership and their clothes are poorly made with cheap itchy materials. Their clothes also do not work well for curvy girls. I have tried both their capris and shorts and both were too big on my waist to the point of falling down. The bottom hem of both the shorts and capris do not stretch well so they cut into my skin leaving a red impression and causing pain. I have one sports bra that I do like but it's extremely basic, so that's probably why. Also the capris were patterned but the pattern was just printed onto white fabric and did not stretch well at all leaving white patches on area that are tighter such as my thighs. I was very disappointed especially considering the price pint and that it is Kate Hudson's brand. read more

I was excited to make my first purchase with fabletics, but it has turned into a time consuming NIGHTMARE. I ordered 4 pairs of leggings (in my correct size). After wearing a pair only 1 time, my mom and I were out for a walk and she noticed a HUGE hole right under my butt! Okay, maybe it was just bad luck? So I called to make an exchange. They emailed me the return label, but before I could even ship those back, I wore another pair of my new leggings and BAM this time the hole was in the seam on the side of my pants. So incredibly disappointed! I now want my money back all together. I have called customer service 3 times and although I feel the representatives are nice and friendly, the shipping label I used came back to my address after dropping it off so I had to call AGAIN to have a new one sent to me....who the hell has time for this? I will NEVER buy anything from them again. Poor quality and a huge pain in the ass!!! read more

Total scam they have nothing in stock and when you finally settle for the only that they have you get a email a couple days later saying sorry we thought we had it in stock but we don't.
