Omg I don't usually give reviews but I had to this time because EZ towing literally saved my life. I was stranded at 12:00 am got off the phone at 12:15 and by 12:50am my car was being towed. I used roadside assistance through my chase app since it is a benefit I have on one of my cards and that is the way I was connected to EZ towing. The entire process was extremely simple, they gave accurate ETA ( which I was actually worried about after reading all the negative reviews.) I'm extremely glad I didn't cave in to the negative reviews because the service was exceptional. The young Latino man who arrived was very professional and nice even though I was a little frustrated. Such horrible, dishonest service coming from the owner himself who pretends to be helpful, straightforward but that is far from the reality. Had two horrible experiences, the first one he attempted to make right by it but the second tow in less than two months showed true colors. This company works side by side with food for less to tow anyone they deem fit even if they are legally allowed to park in their lot during open hours and state law says thirty minutes after business closes your car cannot be towed. First tow of of our son, The staff made it clear all calls are recorded and that's why I asked Moe to go back and listen to the calls to justify standing by the price offered not the charged amount taken of over 600.00 for first tow and then on the second tow the owner claimed no calls were recorded and that he himself took the call from our son who said he was "getting his hair done" on a call late at night. The second tow holding the car less than two hours was 580.00 and witnesses said our son literally ran to the truck and the driver as he was completing the tow and they had verbal exchanges but driver refused to take the car down off the truck. Of course owner stated on a call, that they prefer dropping the car down off the truck for a fee and going on to another tow but that's just a complete lie. The lack of honesty, consistency, is appalling no matter the customer's circumstances or situation or trying to target one individual, it's a sleazy towing operation. To justify charging a kid 580.00 for two hours of taking a car legally parked during open business hours or parked within the time of the business closing for state law towing requirements is just shady business. It's such a dishonest towing company and completely unethical. read more

My car battery died and it was on the bottom floor my parking garage underground. EZ replaced the battery for me at a better rate than the shop. I called them 2 years later when my car starter when out because I knew they could access the low clearance garage. Amazing service! read more

EZ Towing deserves every bit of this recommendation. Late at night on a busy Los Angeles freeway, my rental car ran out of gas and left me in a dangerous spot. EZ Towing showed up quickly, and even when the first truck didn't have fuel, they offered to tow me at a very fair price. I declined because I believed the rental car company should handle it. I ended up getting the runaround from the rental company -- but EZ Towing didn't leave me hanging. They actually called me back and said, "You're in a bad spot on the freeway. We're coming back to help you." And they did exactly that. They returned, towed me less than a mile to a gas station, made sure I got fuel, and sent me safely on my way. ez towing worked with CHP to get me safe and sound. EZTowing literally saved my night. Let's be clear. This business is very unprofessional. As stated before money was stolen. The owner refused to give me my vehicle and tried to keep it. He got upset when I threatened to call the cops to file a claim for missing funds. When I said I would call the cops he said he's keeping my vehicle. This owner can choose to reveal false information about me, but be very careful when getting your car towed by them because they are not legit and will keep your vehicle or make sure to run up as many charges as possible. My vehicle is a brand new dodge charger scat pack. So of course he wanted to keep it . If you have a nice car , be aware of them. read more

When your vehicle is towed for illegal parking, you don't get to choose the towing company, leaving this review quite useless, However, I will leave the review anyway as a sense of comfort for others who, like me, have had the displeasure of dealing with these unprofessional con artists. My friend and I, two young women, entered the establishment. I handed my ID and explicitly stated from the get-go that my family owns the vehicle. I was then allowed to go into my car to retrieve my registration. The vehicle's registration and tags are up to date, but the physical copy of the newest registration was unfortunately not in my car. The worker who escorted me to my vehicle told me that it's okay, that I can bring the old registration and a new insurance card and it "should be fine". Great! He then went home for the day, leaving me to deal with his miserable colleague who spoke to me condescendingly and dismissively. He saw two young women in distress and used his inflated sense of "authority" to patronizingly tell us that I cannot have my vehicle unless one of the two individuals listed on the registration are present (one being a deceased family member and one being an 80 year old woman with dementia and a broken leg). He did not allow me to go back to check in my arm rest for the registration as I am not the owner and the vehicle could be stolen, to which I questioned whether I look like someone who'd steal, to which he replied, "yes, you do". Apparently, a 21 year old well-dressed girl is the archetype of someone who'd steal her family's car. Or, perhaps it was my Armenian last name and this was an instance of blatant racism. But I believe the most likely explanation is that some individuals are just extremely unhappy with themselves and the person who looks back at them in the mirror everyday, and sadly they take out their internal misery onto the rest of the world. As requested, my mother and grandmother showed up, and they forced my grandmother to walk with her broken leg into their office when she could have easily shown her ID from the comfort of her car. Even after that, they still would not release my car because of the "old registration" even though they know the tags are up to date. They were hoping to keep my vehicle for as long as possible in their tow yard to raise the fee. Once we called the police and told the incel and his colleague (the owner, I assume) that the police were called and that the registration was verified by RIGHTFUL law enforcement, these two sh*t themselves and, wow, a Christmas miracle! They released the car to us after charging an absurd amount. I see that the owner likes to condescendingly reply to all the other reviews here, which only tells me all the reviews are read. Rest assured there is no possible reply you can give me that will relieve you or your pathetic employee from your deep rooted misery and hatred of yourselves. read more
