This tow company is nothing short of unethical. They towed my car at 11:30 PM for no valid reason, leaving me stranded late at night. To make things worse, I had to Zelle them $290 on the spot just to get my car released from the truck. No receipt, no explanation--just predatory, cash-grab tactics. They are nothing but vultures taking advantage of people. Any business that partners with them should be ashamed to associate with such dishonest and unethical practices.

Helped me maneuver the vehicle even though it was not drivable. dropped it off at my local mechanic without issue and had the foresight to put it in an ideal spot for the mechanics to maneuver into their garage. This is a GREAT towing/service company. I called in a panic because I was stuck in a parking lot with a dead battery. My usual roadside assistance systems were down so they referred me to EZ. I cannot say enough great things about Juan Rivera from EZ Towing. My niece was involved in a car accident on the freeway, and from the moment Juan arrived, he made an incredibly stressful situation much more manageable. He was professional, knowledgeable, calm, and compassionate throughout the entire process. My niece was understandably shaken after the accident, and Juan immediately showed genuine empathy. He shared a personal story about how his own wife had been rear-ended, which helped reassure her that her feelings were completely normal. That simple act of kindness made a huge difference. Juan made sure we were safely out of harm's way, clearly explained what the next steps would be, answered all of our questions, and gave us practical advice about what to expect. He was informative, patient, and communicated everything in a way that was easy to understand. He also went above and beyond when we realized two sets of golf clubs were locked in the trunk of the damaged vehicle. I couldn't figure out how to access it, but Juan took the time to open the trunk through the back seat so we could retrieve the clubs for my brother and sister. In moments like these, people often remember how they were treated more than anything else. Juan treated us with kindness, respect, and genuine care. Absolutely terrible experience with this towing company in Van Nuys. They also operate under the company name Moe'z towing. My car was towed from a parking area near a bank and I was forced to pay $544 just to get my vehicle back after it had been sitting there for only a few hours. The price is outrageous and completely disproportionate to what actually happened. The entire process felt extremely predatory. It's hard not to feel like these companies are just waiting for someone to park a little too long so they can tow the car and charge hundreds of dollars. There was almost no transparency about the fees, and the final amount was shockingly high for something that took them minutes. On top of that, the experience at the tow yard was unpleasant and stressful. No clear explanations, no real help, just a massive bill you're forced to pay if you want your own car back. Situations like this make it very clear how aggressive and unforgiving private towing can be in this area. If you park anywhere near lots monitored by this company, be extremely careful -- a simple mistake can cost you hundreds of dollars instantly. This was easily one of the worst service experiences I've had. read more

Ez Towing was request by Mercedes Roadside Service with a link to them. The driver Farhad immediately sent me a text message status on arrival time with his location all along the way. I loved the communication with his exact location especially after picking up my vehicle & towing it to Merceds Benz of Valencia. Fred at EZ Towing was a lifesaver. My car broke down as I was getting on the onramp of the 101 with my daughter in it. It was really nerve racking to have that happen but he called me back right away and was at our location in 20. It was reassuring to have him update us of his arrival time. About a week back, I got into an incident with my lowered 2017 Ford Mustang that required immediate attention. I called this company and they sent out a driver and he arrived in a very quick and professional manner. The driver was very respectable and organized with uniform and procedure and asked me if I was fine before he towed the car away. This was unexpected because I regularly use the same card without any issues, including for high-value purchases, and I have never had problems with it before. This company is a joke, the driver who showed up a an accident scene today was an absolute jerk who threatened an innocent bystander who was trying to take a picture of the vehicle he was in an accident with.
