We had a great and quick experience today. Our car hit a pot hole and got a flat and thankfully EZ towing made getting our car so easy to the shop. Farhad was so awesome and professional. He made sure we took pictures of the car to ensure no damages. He got our car on the lift so quick and easy too. Truly would recommend this company and definitely ask for Farhad! He was great!!

This tow company is nothing short of unethical. They towed my car at 11:30 PM for no valid reason, leaving me stranded late at night. To make things worse, I had to Zelle them $290 on the spot just to get my car released from the truck. No receipt, no explanation--just predatory, cash-grab tactics. They are nothing but vultures taking advantage of people. Any business that partners with them should be ashamed to associate with such dishonest and unethical practices.

Progressive road side assistance connected us with EZ Towing for help with a flat tire on a Sunday evening. Even given the time of day, they were out to us quickly once they got the call. Update: the only reason Fred initially got a five star review is because he refused to do anything until I opened the Yelp app to give him five stars. I'll assume all the other stellar reviews for Fred were forced under the same horrible circumstances.. Only use this company if you're looking for a tow truck driver with serial killer vibes, then Fred is definitely your guy. read more

The entire team at EZ Towing and Moe'z were absolutely first rate. Our car rolled down a hill and was stuck at the bottom, about 150 down. Jose and his crew were able to get it up and out, and it was a marvel to watch as their two trucks worked in tandem to pull off what seemed impossible. Morris with Moe'z and John in the office at EZ were both total rock stars. Never had an amazing experience with a towing company before, particularly under these tough circumstances. This is a GREAT towing/service company. I called in a panic because I was stuck in a parking lot with a dead battery. My usual roadside assistance systems were down so they referred me to EZ. I cannot say enough great things about Juan Rivera from EZ Towing. My niece was involved in a car accident on the freeway, and from the moment Juan arrived, he made an incredibly stressful situation much more manageable. He was professional, knowledgeable, calm, and compassionate throughout the entire process. My niece was understandably shaken after the accident, and Juan immediately showed genuine empathy. He shared a personal story about how his own wife had been rear-ended, which helped reassure her that her feelings were completely normal. That simple act of kindness made a huge difference. Juan made sure we were safely out of harm's way, clearly explained what the next steps would be, answered all of our questions, and gave us practical advice about what to expect. He was informative, patient, and communicated everything in a way that was easy to understand. He also went above and beyond when we realized two sets of golf clubs were locked in the trunk of the damaged vehicle. I couldn't figure out how to access it, but Juan took the time to open the trunk through the back seat so we could retrieve the clubs for my brother and sister. In moments like these, people often remember how they were treated more than anything else. Juan treated us with kindness, respect, and genuine care. He truly felt like an angel sent to help us on a very difficult day. EZ Towing is fortunate to have someone like Juan Rivera representing their company. His professionalism, compassion, and exceptional customer service deserve to be recognized. Absolutely terrible experience with this towing company in Van Nuys. They also operate under the company name Moe'z towing. My car was towed from a parking area near a bank and I was forced to pay $544 just to get my vehicle back after it had been sitting there for only a few hours. The price is outrageous and completely disproportionate to what actually happened. The entire process felt extremely predatory. It's hard not to feel like these companies are just waiting for someone to park a little too long so they can tow the car and charge hundreds of dollars. There was almost no transparency about the fees, and the final amount was shockingly high for something that took them minutes. On top of that, the experience at the tow yard was unpleasant and stressful. No clear explanations, no real help, just a massive bill you're forced to pay if you want your own car back. Situations like this make it very clear how aggressive and unforgiving private towing can be in this area. If you park anywhere near lots monitored by this company, be extremely careful -- a simple mistake can cost you hundreds of dollars instantly. This was easily one of the worst service experiences I've had. read more

I had to request roadside assistance through my insurance. After waiting about 2 hours. EZ towing showed up. This company engages in predatory towing practices and extortion. Before even checking my insurance information,they loaded my vehicle onto a flatbed. then he said your car is not covered and we can't collect our fee from your insurance. The driver then demanded an outrageous $500 to tow the car just five miles to my home. I agreed to pay him and he said I will see you by your destination address. When I asked for a moment to verify coverage with my insurance, the driver aggressively took my keys, peeled away at high speed with my car to their tow yard, and held my vehicle hostage until next day. To make matters worse, both the driver and the management ( Fred ) at the tow yard were incredibly rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional when we went to retrieve the car. In the end, they held my car until I paid an exorbitant $1,200 fee just to get it back. This business is unethical, unsafe, and completely predatory. Avoid them at all costs. read more

It was really nerve racking to have that happen but he called me back right away and was at our location in 20. It was reassuring to have him update us of his arrival time. I called this company and they sent out a driver and he arrived in a very quick and professional manner. The driver was very respectable and organized with uniform and procedure and asked me if I was fine before he towed the car away. Carmel Towing and Transport was chosen because of the location my dad was it. My dad truck overheated in Hollywood but was able to park near a Honda dealership so it was easy to get the address. Ordering the tow was great through the AAA mobile app. He arrived in about 20 minutes and put my dad truck on the tow truck. When they arrived to the house, he parked it where we wanted and give us the receipt. We had a great experience with this towing service.
