We need a pick up towed to the nearest Chevrolet dealership. After calling 3 different companies and receiving no answer, Apple Roadside pickup the call! I quickly explained what we need and he had a quote right away. His quote was below what we were estimating. So we called back and made the arrangements. They arrived on time in a clean and I mean CLEAN Ram flatbed tow truck. You can tell they took pride in their work(I'm a previous tow truck operator, I'm very selective) They quickly loaded our pick up and they were off. This guy totally helped me out. My battery was fried ( could not jump start). My Mercury Roadside assistance told me if I go get a battery, they would send someone to replace it. So I took an Uber, got the battery, and Ubered back. Called Mercury. Now they tell me they don't do that. But they would tow it. It's 9pm now. I don't need a freaking tow! Screw You Mercury Roadside. I searched yelp, saws these guys, called, and he was at my place on 15 minutes. Took out the old battery, put in the new one, for a nominal fee. Thanks man! I made the mistake of trying a different company before this one. After waiting for a whole day and a half for someone who was always "45 minutes away", I finally cancelled and looked for another option. I wish I'd started with Apple Roadside Assistance first! Sam told me he'd be 25 minutes and he showed up in 20. Right there I'm ready to give 5 stars! And then he was quick to get my car started again (even had to climb around my cramped and dirty car because Prius batteries are in the back), and informative about what was going on the whole time. My girlfriend got a flat late at night on the way back from her parents house. Her parents were asleep and I was an hour away. Gave these guys a call and they were extremely friendly and helpful. They got to her in about 15 minutes and got her back on the road in even less than that. I had AAA a few years back and best case scenario it was 40-45 minutes until someone arrived to help. Sam tries to get a good description of what happened to your car so he can arrive with what you need. I only needed a jump when I called and he got to me, he recommended that I get a new battery. I didn't have time to get it done right then and there but he's 24/7 so it wasn't a big deal for him to offer to meet me where I needed to be. Sam was the person who helped me. He came within 15 minutes to jump my car because the battery had died. I took the car to auto zone to get a new battery and after purchase, the person who was to replace it for me said he couldn't get the battery out. I called Sam back and he was able to get me a car battery, met me at auto zone and also exchanged the battery for a cheaper cost. All of this took less than 20 minutes.
