Not only did Tucker arrive on time and assist in getting my vehicle to where it was needed, he even provided helpful recommendations on what shops were good in the area. I don't live in the area but had no choice to take my vehicle to a local shop to due a blown transmission. He really made my day better which couldn't get any worse. Call a tow through my insurance company and got connected with this one. They wanted to tow my car…read moreearly to avoid traffic and offered to keep it at their lot until traffic dies down. Mind you they picked up my car at 4:30AM. Once I called to check on the status of my tow around 8:30, they were waiting on confirmation from my insurance company (trying to get extra money for 'keeping my car'). They then said they couldn't release my car until we paid the fees and were adamant on that. HORRIBLE people and scammers. I had to call my insurance to get this resolved because they were refusing to let go of my car. I bet this isn't the first time they've done this to people. They knew they were wrong since they released the car per my insurance's orders & 'waived' the fees when there should've never been any extra fees to begin with. The owner will most likely make something up which seems he's been doing so with every other negative review, but I have never in my life had such a bad experience with a tow company. Every time I spoke with them, it was a different person which was frustrating. At the end of the day, you're a tow company & youre supposed to do your job. Hopefully USAA doesn't work with you guys anymore.
