I wouldn't not recommend this place. Just ran into a tow truck driver with a car on his truck driving recklessly. Cut off 2 drivers and was going at least 70 in a 35 swerving. read more

I don't know what took me so long to leave this review. We have been using John exclusively to tow customers' cars for our business for decades, and I have used his services numerous times for my personal cars when needed. He is the nicest guy, always makes time and is always prompt. Very careful and professional, and also reasonably priced! What more can you ask for? read more

I very highly recommend HI Towing. The gentleman that came to help me tow my car was very patient, thoughtful and helpful. My Prius was dead in my parking garage after months of not being driven. He came quickly and helped me jump start the car, push it out of the garage and drove it to the shop in 100 degree heat. I am so grateful for all the help he gave me. I will definitely use HI Towing again! read more

My driver came quick and made sure my car was properly taken care of and went above and beyond to help get my car to the shop.

Very friendly and personable. Only took about 45 minutes from calling to getting to me. Service was very reasonably priced and didn't have any additional fees. He really helped make an unpleasant situation much easier and tolerable for me! Also let me ride with him in the truck to the mechanic. 10/10 would use this tow service again! read more

Jon was a lifesaver! I called several towing companies around me and they had the best price and we're also the most friendly over the phone. They took me all the way to Costco to change my tire, even offered to change the tire himself. And they were there In under ten minutes. I sent him my location and he was on his way. This is my first using a towing service, and it surpassed my expectation. Even on the drive over to Costco, Jon was so hospitable and friendly making sure I was okay and comfortable. If I could give this towing company ten stars I would ! read more

I needed to get my car towed out of my parking garage so I could donate it to charity. For whatever reason the other towing company wasn't able to do it but John came through! He was early and super helpful. Gave me tips about where to park it to make it easier for the other towing company to pick it up later. Highly recommend! read more

Was in a pinch and my man John came through!! Arrived when he said he would, loaded my precious Del Sol onto the flatbed and got it off carefully, very polite, very humble, ask him about his classic car collection :) Anytime your car needs to be towed, it sucks, but a guy like John makes it suck a little less. read more

John is a honest business man that can be trusted. I called for a tire change and told him I couldn't afford him, he took the time to call me back to make sure I was Ok. He came to where I was and ended up unscrewing my bolts and putting on my spare because I told him I couldn't get them off myself. In this day and age that is unheard of. I would call him for any service I need that he offers. Thanks again for being a good human being and genuinely caring to make sure I was Ok. read more

Today was an unfortunate day for me. I had a flat tire on the 170 fwy during my working hrs. I am a pet mobile groomer and drive a heavy van which is all equipped with water and electricity. When I called two other towing companies to request their service, they came to help, however, once they got to where I was, they told me they couldn't assist me because my truck was too heavy. Unlike these other towing companies, John from HI towing was very professional, helpful, and friendly. He provided a great service, and took me all the way to the tire shop without any hesitations or any problems. His towing truck is capable of lifting heavy vehicles like my. I totally recomend his service 100% to the LA community. read more

Scheduled a appointment tow and was right on time. Cheap and fair price. Will definitely use again.

The battery in my 2001 Jeep died overnight, so I called HI Towing and in 20 minutes, John arrived and saved the day. Not only that, when my car died less than 10 minutes later in the middle of the 7-11 parking lot (my fault, not his), John helped push my car out of the way, re-jumped it and gave me a solid recommendation for an auto repair place to look into the issue with my battery. John did it all with a smile on my face, which is exactly what I needed on a rather high stress morning, also very reasonably priced. If you ever have any issues with your car, I HIGHLY suggest using HI Towing and hope that you're served by John as well. Thanks again for everything, John! :) read more
