I had a flat tire today, and AAA sent a gentleman from Angelos in Studio City to help. When I called, I let the rep know I didn't have my purse with me but did have a photo of my driver's license. She said that would be fine. When Danny arrived, I explained that I had rushed out of the house to pick up my daughter from work. We were only about 10 minutes away, so I didn't think to grab my purse. He reassured me it wouldn't be a problem. He first filled the tire to locate the leak, but the hole was too big, so he recommended switching to the spare. Luckily, I had one, and there was no charge. He was fast, efficient, and really friendly. At the end, I apologized for not having anything on me to tip him, and he just smiled and said, "Don't worry, save it for the service you're going to need." And he was right... I went to Just Tires afterward, and it's going to cost me a few hundred dollars to replace the tire Thank you, Danny, for your kindness, honesty, and professionalism. The world really needs more people like you.especially these days! read more

Angeleno's Towing did a great job on a difficult tow for me today. The vehicle has not run in a couple year and need to be moved. Max the tow truck driver was super friendly from start to finish. You're definitely in good hands. read more

It's difficult to speak to some of the issues that others have had... I can only judge from my singular interaction with driver Hratch after he (Angeleno's) was sent out via AAA. Hratch was a combination of mild-mannered, friendly and communicative. He called before he came to tow the car, he called after he dropped it off and always in a really great tone/mood. read more

I had an amazing experience with AAA Roadside Assistance, thanks to Christopher! I ran out of gas in the mountains where there were no nearby gas stations, and I was worried and unsure what to do. Christopher called me first to make sure I was safe, which immediately made me feel much more comfortable. He arrived incredibly quickly with enough gas to get me back on the road safely so I could make it home. Christopher was professional, kind, compassionate, and truly went above and beyond. His quick response and genuine concern for my safety turned a very stressful situation into a positive experience. Thank you, Christopher, for your outstanding service and for helping me get home safely. You truly made a difference, and I will always be grateful. AAA is lucky to have someone like you on their team! read more

Quick response and great service. AAA dispatched Angeleno's towing and the first truck arrived within 15 minutes. I needed a flatbed instead and that took about an hour to arrive. Max was very helpful and towed my car with care. read more

I had a very poor experience with the Angelos service arranged through AAA. After waiting more than three hours at the BMW dealership, the tow truck driver arrived and informed me he was unable to service my area and that I would need to wait for AAA to dispatch someone else. This caused significant inconvenience and delay. I recommend AAA review their vendor selection and dispatch procedures to prevent situations like this in the future read more

There telephone covieniantly does not work so they can add more charges. They have to wait for Nancy to be in the office to release car

This is my email complaint to AAA after they sent out this clown car: That guy should not be allowed to be sent out on your behalf to help people. He couldn't change my tire and he blamed my tire key not being the correct tire key. But it was the correct tire key. He had his buddy with a flatbed tow me to a tire shop and dump my car there. The whole experience took forever and the guy at the tire shop changed my tire for free in less than 5 minutes using my tire key. Additionally, that first tow truck guy appeared to be annoyed by me. He was annoyed that I thought he would change my car on the off ramp. Once he said it's not safe I drove very slowly to a spot where I pulled over at the off ramp out of the way of other cars. He had no patience for the situation. He was ready to call his flatbed tow buddy right off the start, when I pulled over to the spot at the off ramp, then again he suggested calling a flatbed tow truck when I couldn't find the tire key, and finally again after finding the tire key and him giving it a half ***ed attempt to use the tire key to lower the tire he said he couldn't do it - blamed it on an incorrect tire key. He was horrible. He made me feel bad for no reason and he was incompetent. He probably charged you twice for 2 tows and he didn't even change my tire. What a fraud. I called him back and told him that the tire key worked for the tire shop and they were able to change my tire in less than 5 minutes. He said : "I tried my best". Not good enough AAA! Look at how many reviews from disappointed AAA customers had to be screwed around by this company. read more

Angelenos let me down after being scheduled with them thru AAA totally flaked on me. Juana did not get the job done.

** They May Have Been Dropped By AAA For Battery Service ** Beware - Unprofessional - Angeleno's Bait & Switch AAA Battery Service!! Before the technician arrived, I asked if he had a Part 65 Battery (which has an 850 CCA capacity). T. Boluordi said he did. When installing the battery, I noticed that it was a Part 65-C version with 750 CCA version or about 13% lower in capacity). He said that they were using this lower capacity battery now, but it was above the manufacturer's minimum. He also said that I could complain to AAA later, and they might or might not do something. Trying to slip a downgraded battery at a premium price is bad and unprofessional business, and AAA is now investigating this company's practices! ***** Update: ***** Investigation complete! Total reimbursement! AAA found the company at fault and reimbursed the full price of the downgraded battery from Angeleno's plus the additional cost of a battery which matched the original in capacity plus the cost of installation! read more

I'd like to send a huge thanks to Lyonel Loudermon, who took care of our flat tire on Saturday morning (Sept 13). Lyonel is polite, courteous and did a great job getting us out of a jam...just as we were getting ready to leave for a trip to Encinitas. Thank you, Lyonel! read more

Do not use this company for any car repair or towing. They are dishonest and disrespectful. I plan to report them to the Better Business Bureau. This was the worst experience I have ever had. I am filing a complaint with AAA to ensure no other customer ever has to deal with this type of situation. Angeleno's towing has been out three times since December to fix a battery. They broke the battery casing upon installation. When they returned, they tried screwing the casing in to make it fit. After it became clear that this was not going to ensure the battery worked, I was told to go to the shop to have them look at the car. Upon arriving at the shop, I was cursed out by the owner Nancy, who is one of the rudest people I've ever encountered in my entire life. She accused me of lying, even though she fired the employee that installed the battery and broke the casing in December. Clearly he was not following protocol and therefore was let go. Nancy screamed at me, harassed me, and used the F word multiple times. Her company wrongly installed a battery and broke my car. Instead of taking responsibility she was extremely nasty. I do not recommend anyone use this company ever again. I am even trying to get it removed from AAA. If you're in the service industry, you should help people. You should not curse them out with the F word and refuse to correct a problem that your company created. read more

Angeleno's Towing - Here is a picture of the broken casing and the screw job this company did to attempt to repair it. - Towing Near Me

The tow truck driver himself was professional and courteous--no complaints there. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the back office. When the vehicle was delivered to my driveway, the tow truck caused clear damage to my property. We have security camera footage of the incident, and the driver never denied responsibility. Despite this undeniable evidence, the company dragged its feet for weeks, completely ignoring my attempts to resolve the issue. When I finally received a response from Nancy, she said she got approval to cover only half the repair costs--an insulting and unacceptable offer, considering we had nothing to do with the damage. The lack of accountability and professionalism from the company was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Angelenos clearly does not stand behind its action and should not be associated with AAA. read more

I had a great experience with this company. Professional, courteous and fast. The driver (Issac) helped me get my car in the driveway and was just as careful with my 33 year old as the transport companies that handle my nicer cars. I understand about the narrow driveways and streets and where my car was parked, the driveway is only 71/2 feet wide. No problem for me but even the narrowest tow trucks can not get up this driveway. They tried for another car (actually spent 20 minutes trying to get up the driveway and got stuck ) and had to come back the next day. They came back, towed the car from the street it was on without damage. I think these guys are great. read more

I had a flat tire late at night on Sepulveda, was on hold forever with AAA, but Angelenos towing turned everything around - they came within less than 10 minutes, really nice guy, and knew a ton about car issues so exactly what I needed. He suggested a tire place open until 11 pm (!) and thanks to him I ended up doing a quick and easy repair in just minutes, home and car good as new. All due to Angelenos (and the awesome tire place, on Kester btw). Thank you for such professional, fast, knowledgeable and helpful service. read more

Personally, they are my number one preferred choice. When I call AAA. They have always arrived within 45 minutes, very prompt and professional! that is the most important to me because I was stranded on the side of the road, for over 3 1/2 hours once because a different towing company lied and said it would be 30 minutes. I absolutely cannot say enough wonderful things about them. They are amazing. read more

I had a great experience with Angelenos and am shocked to see some of these reviews. I had a senior moment a few weeks ago and had to get my car towed and then it needed a repair. They showed up very quickly and towed the car to Ventura Place. In addition to the tow, they had the skills to do the necessary repairs. Delivered the car in a shorter time frame than they had estimated and at the price they estimated. Very nice group of people and would use them again should the need arise. read more

My Chevy 2500 vehicle was broken down, these clowns showed up with their flatbed and stated that they cannot tow my truck because it's too wide and because it has a ladder on it? What a weak towing company! Called ADJ towing and they gladly Picked up the vehicle and delivered to the dealer for Repair. Super reasonable and have real Flatbeds! Angelino or however you spell it, get some real big boy towing trucks over there! What a disappointing Buisness! read more

Oscar was very helpful and efficient. Would highly recommend Angelenos for quality service and timeliness.

If you live in a canyon or have a narrow road or driveway and need towing help, DO NOT call Angelino's towing or let AAA route you to Angelino's. Their drivers will refuse to tow on any road that isn't wide and straight. I am in Topanga Canyon. Driver refused to come up my entire street. Their driver also said that they won't tow out of narrow driveways. My street fits fire trucks, UPS trucks, massive telephone line equipment trucks (they recently replaced some telephone poles on the street), and fully loaded cement trucks. Many houses have been built on this street in the last 80 years, the lumber and cement for those houses all got here on trucks much larger and heavier than Angelino's measly tow truck. Do yourself a favor, avoid Angeleno's. Insist that AAA route you to any other tow company. Finally called West Valley Tow. They were out to my place and took care of everything in 15 minutes. read more

This is a review for how caring and quick Victor came to save me from the middle of the road when my battery died Friday midnight. We were referred by AAA and he arrived within 15 minutes, jumped my battery and gave us instructions on how to avoid it dying until I could get replaced the next day. THANK YOU VICTOR. read more

Absolutely do not use this towing company. They damaged my car with a dent and scratches and are denying accountability. DO NOT USE

EVERYONE at Angeleno's Towing in Studio City (AAA Affiliated) is so great !!! I have an older truck that needs tender care. I call Angeleno's often for a new battery, a flat tire or a tow into their shop. Everyone who responds to my calls has gone the extra mile to fix any problems with patience and everyone is extremely knowledgeable. I can't recommend Angeleno's Towing Service (across from Trader Joe's) in Studio City enough. Courteous, experienced and I trust everyone there to resolve what ever problem arrises. How could Angelenos Towing have a 2 1/2 stars??? They are AWESOME. Manny showed up, a super SWEET human being, took my car and left me with a smile on my face. These guys are awesome!!! They called and gave me a 15 minute window. Manny showed up, is super kind and friendly, rowed my car and the entire experience was a 10!! Sorry people who gave them bad reviews. You're either just all around nasty horrible people, or just miserable horrible people. Angeleno's Towing is the BOMB. And no!!!! I'm not related or married to someone. Our experience with Angeleno's Towing today was totally positive, unlike other reviewers here. Got assigned to them by AAA when our car broke down at a busy intersection. Angeleno's was responsive, came as quickly as they could. Their tow truck driver was efficient and cordial and got our car out of the busy intersection and to the garage we identified. The dispatchers (we dealt with two) were both courteous and communicative. read more

I called AAA and waited for 1 1/2 hours for their assistance to free my car from the mud on the roadway. Instead of helping me to get on my way, they punched a big hole on the driver's side rim with the towing hook and disabled my car. After I called them many times, a female (possibly the manager) finally told me that they were not responsible because that was not tow related. What? I filed a complaint with AAA without much help. read more

Excellent service, via AAA. Quick to arrive when my car needed towing and took the time to help me find a suitable repair shop.

I had to get help with my spare tire change after I got a flat on the freeway late at night. I wish I would've written down the driver's name as he was extremely helpful, friendly and quick! This was through AAA so the cost factor was irrelevant for this review. Great experience for it being such a prickly situation! read more

HORRIBLE! AAA keeps doing business with them. 4 hours and waiting for tow service. quoted 45 to an hour.. apparently they been stuck in traffic for almost 4 hours. Initially it was a flat tire but they showed up with no tools saying they dont have the tools to change a flat and no the tire doesn't have a lock i had to call again aaa and they sent them for tow so i can take it to a shop.
