I'd contacted a couple of other companies to do the job, but was told that the waitlist was long and work wouldn't begin for months. I walked into floors & more on a whim, while shopping at the nearby Lowe's, and I'm really glad that I did. I have zero talent for interior design...ZERO. I had no idea how I wanted the new shower to look, just a bunch of ideas from Pinterest. Immediately Jacquie was asking to see my ideas, offering tile pairings, even allowed me to take a bunch of store samples home to think it over. Best of all, her guys could get started on my project in a week or two! After settling on which tile to use and the general layout, I paid 50% up-front and the job was scheduled. The guys spoke just enough English for us to communicate, but I wasn't always confident that they understood me. I'm not one to hover over people, inspecting their work, so I pretty much just trusted that what I wanted had been clearly explained to them, and that they knew what to do. For the most part, that was the case. There were only a couple of installation hiccups, which were handled quickly by Jacquie. I was also pleased that the guys in the demo crew also installed my tile, so the number of new people coming in and out of my house was minimal. The guys were very respectful and polite. Jacquie also was very accommodating when I didn't like the floor tile that arrived, and wanted to change it. From demo day to completion, my project took about two weeks; the only delays were due to shipping time for my special-order trim, and also by ME because I didn't really know what I wanted or what I was doing. It's been almost a year since my new shower was completed, and still, I am very happy with the work done by all floors & more. In the future, I plan to tear out the bathtub and put in a tiled shower in my guest bathroom and hire them again for both ordering the tile and the work. I feel like their rates are very reasonable and they were very easy to work with, and patient with me. I appreciate that so much. I'd definitely recommend all floors & more.

Jacquie has been nothing but incredible as was the installation team. So a few things stood out to me with this whole experience. First, I saw the pricing of our existing LVP (we wanted to match it in the bedrooms after removing the carpet) on the manufacturer website at a specific price but when I got quotes elsewhere, they all upcharged in varying amounts but not Jacquie! Second, the team who came to install the flooring was employed by this company, not a contracted out group which to me means they take pride in their work as it reflects directly on the company. They were on time, very professional, cleaned up any footprints along the way, and in one difficult spot they took the time to really figure out how to make it work correctly the first time. My husband actually used to lay flooring years ago and even he was impressed with the quality of the work! We are so happy to have consistent flooring now throughout the house and I can finally relax and have guests stay without worrying about carpet holding smells that I am nose-blind to! I will add better photos once our house doesn't look like a war zone with moving furniture and we put down the fancy baseboards we ordered! My white marble kitchen countertop was etched and stained. We honestly are afraid to use it. We decided to get it honed (removed the polished look) and I absolutely love it. It looks better than the day I bought my house! I can't stop looking at it! They also did great with my travertine tile floors in my bathrooms, bedroom and hallway. My floors definitely needed some TLC and they gave it just that.

We had Octavio come refinish our existing floors and install new flooring in our living room…read more While self leveling was quoted, the finished living room was not level and was very evident when we started installing baseboards. A stain sample was provided on our existing floors that had been sanded and we chose "Coffee Brown" which was also going to be applied to the new living room floor. However the finished stain of most of the house is more orange-reddish and did not match coffee brown sample which was done on the same floor. You can also see a stark difference between the existing floor and living room floor colors in attached photos (we understand some wood absorbs stain differently and can be difficult to match exactly but this seems very different). The new living room floors weren't sealed properly and felt very rough. When he came back to finish the job and install trim pieces, we brought all these issues to his attention. He agreed the stain did not look like the one we choose and provided us options to reconcile the issue. He left to get supplies to finish the job and we never saw him again. He completely ghosted us and never responded to another call or text. We tried multiple times to contact Octavio to come and finish the 5 trim pieces and never received a response. On top of all of this, they took no measure to cover any of the fans, blinds, etc. during the sanding process. We had to wipe down everything once a day for a whole week as the dust kept coming back and it's still there. We had to have a second contractor come out to finish the trim pieces and apply another coat of polyurethane to the living room and they explained all the shortcuts Octavio and his team took.
