We had a bad experience from start to finish. We replaced carpet and tile in our entire downstairs to LVP. There were misunderstandings about rooms being included in the quote. They damaged our cabinets, baseboards, and shower during tile removal. There are areas that don't feel properly leveled. And we constantly find quarter round coming out from the wall with exposed nails. I have little kids and dogs so this is a safety hazard and very concerning. Absolutely wonderful floor covering store! I used to work for a floor covering store myself and I know there are good stores and shady stores. This is a good one! Sales reps are prompt, knowledgeable and get the job done right the first time! They were fantastic about doing a large tile job for us and when we later wanted to tile a nearby small bath with the same discontinued tile, they helped us search for a few days to find a warehouse with the box we needed. Went into the store, picked out the flooring options we wanted and it was less than our original quote, we were told they'd send us an adjusted quote. Turned our sample back in and spoke to a lady there about what we chose. She told us that she would let our rep know and he would give us the updated quote, since we're were ready to move forward. Nothing, for a week, again... sent a text to our rep and called the place... a month later nothing. They do a good job until you need them to honor their warranty. We bought floors from them less than a year ago and a couple of the pieces need to be replaced. We have called them at least 10 times since February and they still have not even come by to look at them. I don't understand why they want to loose a good customer and get a bad review over a minor problem. Update to review. Shane came out Monday and fixed the problem. My husband ordered flooring to be installed today. We were told they would arrive between 8:00-10:00 am. The men arrived around 10 AM with a bit of an attitude. They floated the floors, unloaded the planks, and told us that they would be back in a couple of hours after the floating substance dried. We waited until 4 PM. We changed plans today to be sure we would be around. My husband has been held hostage in our living room all day today not even going out to the back yard fearing he wouldn't hear the knock as he was expecting them to arrive at any second. We never heard from the installers nor from the store about a delay. My husband called the store but didn't get an answer so he drove to the store in Tomball, but the store was closed. I would love to know why our floor was not installed today as he was told they would be, why no one has reached out to us, and what their plans are to rectify the situation. I had floors installed by their store about 10 years ago at our former house and had the best customer service I could imagine. I have regrettably recommended them repeatedly over these 10 years. I'm afraid they've grown too much to care about customers anymore. We had priced the cost of the planks and it was 1/4 the cost of what we are paying them. But we thought it was worth it knowing they'd do a great job as we had experienced previously. I regret recommending them to everyone for the past 10 years and feel the price this time was too high and not worth the frustration. Hope to get my floor sometime soon. Finally had installer call. Said he told us it would take 24 hrs to dry! Last time I had a room 6 times this size and they never left and dried the compound in 1 hour with fans but this small room needs 24 hours?!!!!! I checked at around 1:00 and it was already dry. I just went into the room and the leveler is covered in bubbles. We will see what tomorrow brings. I have another larger wood floor we want to do and I'm so glad I didn't include it in this one. Any one have recommendations? read more

First off, let me say they are very competitive on price vs other's around the Conroe area. Where my issue is, that Harrison, the sales person, came to my home, did the measurements and surveyed the area where the carpet was to be installed. The problem is the carpet layer subs they used put in the carpet but would or could not adjust a door to close correctly once it was installed. These guys took the door of the hinges and then put it back, but due to the thickness, the door is Un operatable now. I asked Harrison to have someone come adjust for this and he said that is not their responsibility. As a sales professional that took the measurements, this should have been in his purview and should have accounted for this action needing to be done. The crew they sent out should have been able to trim or sand down the door. Now I have to spend more money and hire someone else that can complete their job. I would have to really think about using this company ever again. Customer satisfaction doesn't seem to be high on their priority list. read more

Correct your issues within your company and you won't receive bad reviews. Know your workers and know their level of expertise. First you accused me of trying to get out of paying you. Then you stated that I was telling lies and agreed to not give you a bad review. We DID NOT DISCUSS A REVIEW, because you didn't know I was going to do one. Are you buying customers' reviews? Because if you are you should have a sign placed in the window that states, "WE DO BAD WORK, BUT WE PAY TO NOT TELL!" Let me also state, if I was was the owner and a customer had an issue, I would go directly to them myself. Excellent customer service and superior installation of my flooring, BOTH times! I used All Floors & More 4 years ago for carpet replacement in the second floor and master bedroom of my house. The carpet was installed quickly. The installers did a fantastic job, and even cleaned up after the installation so well that it was almost shocking that so much work had been completed because all dust and mess was cleaned up so well. My carpet still looks brand new! I used All Floors & More again recently for the installation of new flooring in the addition to my home. Carpet, tile and laminate was installed. We selected All Floors & More in Tomball after seeing an ad in our local neighborhood magazine in Atascocita. Chris worked us up a quote for a porcelain tile with the wood look. After meeting him in person at the store, my wife decided on an upgrade option. We set the install date and they began work on October 12th. Two weeks later, they had completely removed all of our existing flooring on the 1st floor, all carpet, ceramic tile and all hardwood floor. A total of about 1600 sq. ft. They completed the install of the new floor on October 24th. We also had the kitchen backsplash, master bath wall, front bath wall and our fireplace redone. These guys are beyond professional. I am glad they took their time to get it all done properly. We would not have wanted a rushed job just to get them in and out quickly. Any minor issue was quickly addressed and corrected to satisfaction. We will definitely use them again!! read more

There are so many places to choose from when purchasing engineered hardwood for installation. The last thing most people want to deal with is a 'used car salesman,' unless they are buying a used car...certainly not when they're buying hardwood flooring. The salesperson at the Tomball store was just that...called while I was at lunch (not a problem) but I told him I would call back when available. Then received two more calls within the next 1-1.5 hours. I answered the 2nd so I wouldn't continue to be interrupted. I ask about pricing on another product that we actually prefer more and then discuss installation dates...I had my dates off by a day and am trying to tell this guy what the owner had told me the day before...this guy is telling me that date will not work. When I finally get to say something, I tell him his boss/owner said it could, then he completely shifts his story and the whole day is open on the schedule (what?)...now, based on some feedback I read on the BBB site about issues with installation dates, etc. (whether they are a member or not, doesn't really matter), I start to wonder about this place and ask a few more questions. Well, salesperson doesn't like that, begins to talk over me, I get irritated and explain that talking over me when I'm trying to ask questions is not the way to secure a $3000 sale...he basically tells me he feels 'bullied' and will not take that kind of treatment...what?!? I'm pretty simple on these decisions and try to trust my gut feeling...if it doesn't feel right and isn't a smooth process, it's probably not a good idea... I tell him we are not interested in doing business with All Floors & More and that his demeanor/attitude just lost the sale... Within 30 minutes of that call, I have since received a call back from the sales person telling me that his company will not do business with me (thought we already made that decision??) and demanding his samples back (they were dropped off yesterday, dude). I've also received a call from the 'owner,' who called because he has an issue with the review I left on their website that refers to the BBB...we're not a member of the BBB and these are the reasons why (blah, blah, blah)...He does not call to try and save the sale, NOR apologize for his salesperson...he wants to state his reasons that BBB reviews are not valid ...really?!? Oh, and regarding the conversation I had with the salesperson, he says, 'I'll review the recorded call, because all of our calls are recorded...' Go ahead...doesn't really matter b/c this is the last place I'd ever consider doing business and will make it a point to relay that feeling to all I know and come into contact with...unless I need to buy a used car... read more

I do not recommend using All Floors and More for any wood flooring process. We hired them to complete our laminate flooring in several rooms of our home and to install hardwood stairs and white risers. The team that installed the laminate was good, they were done quickly and did a great job. It was the stairs that got messy. I was told they could install stairs and have completed this type of work before. Unfortunately the same installers were sent to do the stairs and they did not turn out well. The bottom stair should be rounded and instead they put an angle cut. The painting was so poor we had to stop the process and will have to get a painter in to fix the job. We paid almost as much to do 12 stairs as we did for the rest of the flooring and the job was not finished properly. Some of the stain on the stairs is coming up and they smeared some of the white into the stain. So if you need laminate they are OK if you need flooring I do not recommend you use this company. When I spoke to the sales team they said they would send the installers back, but the installer even admitted they weren't painters, they laid flooring. We didn't want them back to create more problems, so they gave me a $100 credit, which will not cover the painters we now have to hire to fix this work. Instead of being pleased and excited about our new floors I cringe when I look at the stairs knowing how much we paid and how poor the end product looks. read more
