I recently had cataracts repaired so that I just need sunglasses. I went to Eyemagination who was able to use a fantastic frame I bought from them 2 years ago. They suggested gray optical quality lenses. I got them under 24 hours. PLUS Eyemagination discovered a promotion thus giving me $150 back. The staff is so helpful and HONEST. read more

What a fantastic store! I was like a kid in a candy store! So many selections and clothing and jewelry as well. The best part of my expereince is the owner Maureen and her partner Chris. Wonderful woman that really care and give you as much attention as you need. So blessed I found this store. It is not close to my house but I will be shopping here for my eye ware from now on. read more

It is like a small town business. They know you by name when you walk in. It is fantastic. They make you feel like your kid is the only client they have. They wear masks and are COVID courteous. Always a great experience when we need new glasses. read more

I cannot speak for the adult side, but Eyemagination Kids needs to reconsider the woman who usually works there. We went in a year ago for Miraflex glasses and to try on other types. The saleswoman made snarky comments the entire time. We were interested in a type of glasses they didn't have and instead of saying let me show you something similar she would say "oh those kind are junk, they break." Then she proceeded to tell me glasses that were way too big, fit my child. If you don't already know you should not buy glasses for children with "room to grow". A proper fit is when a child's eye is centered in the lens and it fits on the bridge of the nose. She also would say to my five year old "oh those don't look good on her". And she nit picked everything we did "those are not her size" (didn't get up out of her chair and help us) "her glasses are not properly shaped, we would shape them here" " these don't look like they were cut well". Needless to say she wanted to charge us over $300 for a pair of glasses because they don't take insurance. We were able to order the same exact frames online for $70 and pay $20 somewhere our insurance did cover to put the lenses in. I told myself we wouldn't come back but fast forward a year later and I really wanted to look at a specific brand of glasses that is only sold in Arizona in this store. I figured if we really liked them and the price was reasonable we would just get them there and fill the lenses else where. Well I could not make it through another appointment with the same woman. She remembered us from the previous appointment and instantly said oh look at her glasses they are way too big for her face I would've never fit her in something like that. Meanwhile the size glasses that she had her try on were similar if not larger. She brought this point up more than once after I told her that I am remember which glasses she wanted to put my daughter in. She then continued to nitpick everything I said or did and make snarky comments again. She once again was telling my daughter which glasses did or did not look good on her color wise which is something that she should never do. Why make a child that young self-conscious about the choices they make. That is for the family to decide. She did not have the color frame that I wanted to try on my daughter in store and wanted us to order them. I explained that I would not be buying something that I could not try on my child first. I even asked do you have anything similar? (it's a room of over 200 frames) and her response is just "no" as she continues to not move from her chair. She offered no help or other options, and actually went out of her way to find a picture of the other kind of frame I like to explain why they were not well made. And then before leaving tried to take my daughter's glasses from me so she could "clean them the right way." I've never been spoken down to/corrected so many times in a thirty minute span. If you would like over priced frames with a woman who claims to know it all, when it means spending money at their store, then look no further. If you'd like an honest and kind shopping experience please look anywhere else. read more

I've searched far and wide for a shop that had both the experience and expertise to provide me with prescription lenses in my own frames which I like a lot but can no longer purchase. Eyemagination not only helped me fill my lens prescription twice now, but each time fine tuning my existing frames, retouching them to perfection and providing fantastic quality service. It's rare to find such dedication and care to craft in any industry. I was happy when I discovered this shop, and will be a loyal customer as long as they are around to provide service. The helpful and dedicated staff are invaluable. I would recommend their service to anyone seeking honest, trustworthy eyeglass services. read more

LOVE this place! Took my 2 year old for his first pair of glasses and Maureen & Barbara worked with us. Maureen sat with my little one and was great with him! I was expecting a fight from him. I mean, come on, he's 2! But she just knew how to get him at ease and made the whole experience a good one. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for children's glasses! read more

We have been taking our entire family to eye-magination for years. With 4 children in glasses, it seems like we are there a lot. However, Maureen seems to know each one of our kids and takes such an interest in them. When I finally needed some glasses for the very first time, Maureen helped me pick out frames that would look good, be professional, and be stylish. She has a knack for putting the right frames on you so you feel comfortable with your decision. Every time we go back, she makes any adjustments that need to be made. She goes above and beyond in her customer service. This is an awesome small business, whose service is unmatched. read more

Boutique eyewear with concierge service. Not the same boring frames you can find at any corporate optical outlet. Beautiful selection of quality frames that Maureen and Steven make you feel fabulous wearing. Once you experience Eyemagination you realize what you have been missing when selecting frames that compliment your face and individual style. Also Eyemagination has fun clothes and hand crafted jewelry! Can't say enough about my great experience. Bonus-supporting a local retailer! read more

Really amazing service for kids! They truly took the time to help me with my 2 year old. She was so personable and had great kid skills

Working with Maureen and Stephen took buying glasses from drudgery to delight! If you value a great customer service experience, this is your place. One of a kind, and unique frames, along with honest feedback about what actually looks good on me is what I got. That alone is worth parting with my hard earned money. Maureen quickly sizes up your personality and style and starts pulling frames that she feels will look good. Ran all choices by Stephen and narrowed our decision. I ended up doing a really cool lens shape and then went on to create the bridge, connections, and stem colors from Italee. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. There will not be another person on the planet that has glasses like mine. I'm thrilled and will be back the next time I need glasses. read more

I have always had a hard time finding frames I love, so I am SUPER excited to have found Eyemagination. They carry really interesting frames, and the owner won't just sell you a pair of glasses, she wants to help you find THE pair that is perfect for you. Thank you thank you!! read more

Wonderful. Highly recommend. Great for all kinds of families and needs. Extremely nice and willing to work with you.

If you had 100 stars, I would click on the 100th. They are that good! Their main concern is you. True. That's why I give them 5 stars plus. Maureen, the owner, is incredibly gifted in reading people and understanding their needs. Of course her talent extends into knowing everything about creating the perfect eyeglasses for you from gathering the necessary information about your vision to what looks best on your face. Yes she is a style expert. You will look fashionable if that is your wish or studious if that is your preference. Whatever you wish she will accomplish for you. Oh, keep reading because it doesn't stop there. First I am not an old friend of hers. I am not writing a faulty review to get you into the shop. I am not being paid or taken to dinner or whatever. Her abilities go far into fashion as well. She has a keen eye for what looks good. You will find beautiful accessories to go along with your glasses if you are so inclined. These would include scarves, tops and jewelry, many, many fun things. I have not done her justice yet but you will be the judge. My ophthalmologist referred me to her 7 years ago. Only this year did I go back for new glasses. You will not regret going to Eyemagination. I hope you do. Anna Marker read more

This store is AMAZING! Maureen is very knowledgeable and helpful AND you will find unique and truly one-of-a-kind frames in this store. Don't come here if you are looking to find 2 pairs of frames for $99 - that is NOT this store. Also she doesn't take any insurance BUT this store is the kind of place where you can find frames that are unique and you will definitely find a pair of frames that make a fashion statement. I wish you could give a place 10 stars!!! read more

Went in today with a friend who needed her glasses repaired. The folks at eye-magination were lovely and helpful and fixed her glasses promptly. They didn't even charge to do this. I will definitely be going back the next time I get glasses. I noticed that their selection is beautiful, with many unique frames. read more

I recently brought in a pair of non-prescription Maui Jim sunglasses to Eyemagination for them to change out the lenses to prescription lenses. Maureen was a great help in describing the various options in lenses. She was extremely knowledgeable of the pros and cons of the lenses available and spent considerable time with me to ensure I received the best lenses for my needs. I learned they have been in business for 35 years, so they must be doing something right. She sent my lenses to the Maui Jim factory and even called them to follow up on the order. I had my prescription sunglasses back in just over a week. Great service! read more

Amazing and helpful is an understatement. We took our now 5 year old son to get his first pair of glasses at Eyemagination when he was 11 months old. The staff was incredibly helpful with picking out the right pair, the right size for his face, and even the most flattering color. They were also great at explaining the type of lenses and what they recommended for my sons extremely strong prescription. A couple of years later when it was time for our son to get big boy frames we returned to Eyemagination and once again the staff helped us with picking out the right frames for our sons activity level and age. Since then my sons prescription had changed due to a stigmatism, this happened right when COVID-19 started. I contacted Eyemagination and they let me do everything over the phone and through email so myself and my son didn't have to step foot into the store. When the lenses were ready we were able to pick them up quickly and safely as everyone had masks on. We definitely have appreciated everything about Eyemagination and would highly recommend them! read more

My eye doctor had a bunch of business cards that represented places his patients had recommended for glasses. One caught my eye because it was colorful and looked neat! It was for Eyemagination. I was really pleased with the selection of frames offered and Maureen and Stephen were wonderful! Their suggestions were invaluable and I really wanted something different. I found several but chose one frame that I really love! You will not go wrong by working with Eyemagination. The interest, care and flexibility they offer is helpful and comforting. Don't hesitate - great place! And, what a lovely shop! read more

I love this place and the people are AMAZING!!!! We were very nervous when we found out that we had to get our three-year-old daughter glasses. We walked in and felt right at home. My daughter played and tried on glasses for nearly an hour before she decided on a pair that she fell in love with. They had the lenses in stock and the glasses were ready within the hour. Thanks for your service Eyemagination, I wish everyone had the customer service that you have!!! We will never buy glasses anywhere else! read more

A huge collection of unusual and interesting frames you won't find elsewhere. Maureen is great at telling you what looks good and what isn't flattering. My prescription is very strong and they take the time to make it right, every time. Stephen is an artist when adjusting frames. You won't leave until they are perfect and he's satisfied that they are exactly correct. I've been coming here for 20 years and I hope they never retire! read more

Wonderful eyeglass shop (with little boutique in store). Most professional and BEST job I ever had being assisted to find glasses I love and also the first time I was truly fitted properly for eyeglasses. Having progressive lenses, I previously had areas of blurred vision in the outer edges of my glasses. I no longer have this problem. I can now see clearly, even in the edges of my glasses. Fantastic selection of eye ware that you won't see in any other store. I highly recommend them. A bit hard to find but worth searching for them. read more

Best place for kids glasses hands down. My son had to get glasses right before he turned two which I thought would be a nightmare. They recommended a great pair of glasses that worked wonderfully. He loves going into the kids side of the store to pick out glasses. Plus, they helped us fix his glasses when the little guy decided to take the side pieces off. Definitely the best place for kids glasses. read more

I am very choosy in selecting eyeglasses and I searched many places but didn't found any of I would choose. Luckily I found the best eyeglass I could imagine with a very cool frame. They have a nice variety of trendy & modern frames with pocket friendly prices. read more

Eye-magination is a one of a kind store. I thought I would be overwhelmed because of the huge selection of frames, but Maureen knew exactly what would look good on me and picked things out right away. The entire staff is very knowledgeable, and couldn't be nicer or more accomodating. Their patience is amazing. I love my new glasses and sunglasses, and will definitely be back when I am ready for new ones. I recommend this store to anyone looking for unique frames and helpful staff. read more

Excellent place to get your glasses. Very knowledgable and reasonable for the service and expertise they provide. I used to go to to a high end custom glasses place in the Chandler Mall. They were very good, but this place is even better and more reasonable. I replaced my reading glasses and my sunglasses. They were perfect and need no adjustments. Maureen and Stephen help you find a style that flatters your face. They won't tell you something looks good if it doesn't. Thanks so much, I love my glasses. read more

I have been using Eyemagination Kids for a couple of years for my 5 year old daughter. Linda on the children's side couldn't be more kind or helpful. I enjoy my visits with her immensely and am very pleased with the help she gives. She never tried to up-sell us like traditional glasses/lens stores do. They have the best selection of children's frames I have ever seen and I am always happy to recommend Eyemagination Kids. Now I am pleased to say I can recommend that adult side of Eyemagination as well. My husband got a new prescription and we went to Eyemagination so he could get some help selecting frames that would look good on him. Maureen recommended frames that looked fantastic within a few minutes. Once again the selection of nice, classy frames is excellent and they didn't pressure us into getting any features we didn't need and spelled everything out for us. read more

This is THE BEST place to go for eyeglasses! Maureen and Stephen are the best!

These guys were fantastic. They really know their stuff and took great care to help me find something I was happy with. Rose and Steve made my decision making process an easy process. We traveled to Eye-magination from Goodyear for my favorite brand, Kawasaki. My husband also needed a repair on his glasses. I can honestly say that this was the best buying experience ever for my eye-wear. Stephen helped me and his honesty was refreshing. After the sale Maureen called me to follow up and that had never happened to me! Wow! You will not be disappointed and the selection is wonderful. read more

I have used Eye-Magination for years. the service and technical work is wonderful. I can't imagine using anyone else for new glasses

There is no better eyeglass store in the greater Phoenix area serving children - hands down. Both of my children started wearing glasses at a young age -- 2yrs old, and 4yrs old. They are now 13 and 10 -- and they still look forward every year to our Eyemagination visit to pick out new glasses. They have the BEST selection for kids -- which is so important when you are trying to get kids to adjust - and even get excited - about wearing glasses. And Maureen is truly a "glasses whisperer" with my kids. She doesn't speak to children as if they are children - she earns their trust and has a special knack for giving kids guidance on what they need to know, and also dials into just the special type of style that they are looking for. We've also gotten to know Stephen over the years and he has also been wonderful to work with. Any time I have considered "straying" to one of the chain stores, it has been a disaster experience. Eyemagination has my utmost loyalty. read more
