I went to get my eye checked out here. The doctor was awesome! Then Alex helped me pick out some glasses that I love. I am very picky when it comes to picky out things for myself so we went through a bunch of frames and he was very patient, which was nice. He wasn't rushing me or anything. Today was my day off work and so I decided to get new glasses. Called in and accepted walk ins so I came and got my eye glasses exam and contact exams pretty quickly, dr. Nguyen was very professional and down-to-earth, he answered all my questions and gave me tips to take care of my vision. Dr. Nguyen was great! He is very kind and takes the time to explain things. I did not feel rushed by him when I was asking questions and he was very thorough. I had a contact exam and he gave me a free trial pair to take with me. I assumed it would take at least 2 weeks for my glasses to be ready, but I took them home with me the same day. Tony was awesome! He is the kind of guy that gets s**t done! He showed me frames within my budget and I liked 90% of the ones he picked out (They had a pretty fair selection). Once I chose the frame, he had my glasses ready in about 30 minutes! My overall price was reasonable compared to the estimates I got at other places. Today I left with more than just my prescription; I left with a new pair of glasses and a pair of contacts for a fair price. Oh, I also was able to get an appointment the same day I called. You can say I am very much satisfied with their service. I would come back to this place in a heart beat! The only downside in my experience was the parking. It is very crowded so don't bother looking for parking up close, just park in the back or on the street. read more

Price-wise, I do not know if these services and offers were expensive or not. Though I wish for a greater range of glasses selection. I was looking for a good optometrist for an examination/fitting for contact lenses. I live in Laguna Beach, but in reading the outstanding Yelp reviews, I called for an appointment. This business is outstanding from point a to point b, etc. Starting with the professional follow-up of Nancy and others in the front office. Most important, Dr. Ngyuen was the consummate professional. One receives great value and professionalism here. Parking can be a challenge, but the office is located right inside the rear entrance off the main parking lot. Hard to beat! read more

It has been three years since my last eye exam, and I thought I would Eye Smart a try since my sister had such a pleasant experience. This is my first experience with prescription contacts and I had a little trouble putting them on. But luckily, Andrian was able to help me while informing me about the current status of my eyes. Everyone was extremely funny and friendly. The moment I walked in, Kevin (aka Pookie) made me laugh without failure. Alex especially had me laughing nonstop until I left their store.
