Dr. S provided a better Rx and even personally called the pharmacy to make sure they had it. Within 48 hours my husband had some much needed relief from his eye pain and Dr. S even went above and beyond to follow up for 3 days (including Sunday) to make sure he was good. The initial exam for glaucoma and retina was very thorough, handled professionally and much better than I'd previously experienced. Then Dr. Nguyen came in to do the exam and check my eyesight. WOW! He was exceedingly thorough and to make certain that the results from the "viewer" were accurate, did a manual eye vision test (lenses in a glasses holder) to double check that what I saw through that "viewer" were accurate. Between the two I was in there for 45 minutes. Well spent 45 minutes. Then went to the area to work with the optician to order the exact lenses for my glasses. My eyes are scratchy and irritated as I work on several monitors daily. THIS time I go to get my eye exam and even purchased frames and paid in full at that time. I called once again. I was informed Dr. Nguyen was in as it was when the clinic opened. I requested a call back. I never received the call back, the young lady that initially took my request "never even put the request on to the doctor. I spoke with Anna the second time and she took all of the information given to the first young lady. I informed her I received a message that my glasses are ready for pick-up. But I've still not gotten my request confirmed. This is a mess, I will be finding someone else in the future.

The owner replied below, but I have no idea why she inserted that she is a minority as that has zero to do with my review. How odd to use your ethnicity status as a reply to a potential customer's poor experience with your company. She was more concerned with emphasizing that I am not a patient (which, I never would be after my experience with them), instead of addressing my complaint in my review which was related to the encounter I had with her rude staff member from the second I walked in the door to the fact that I had to email multiple times in order to get a response from them. She is correct that I was referred to them by my husband, but he was so upset after hearing about my experience that he now refuses to go back to their facility.
