Over a period of of a year and a half, I purchased 72 different products. Perhaps 20% were a decent value and since I am a sucker for a deal, I kept coming back. I paid the annual fee to receive "free" shipping. I should have learned something when they told me NO returns when I ordered something by mistake, but I didn't! So when I ordered cleaning cloths labeled as ultra absorbent that upon arrival were thinner than a tissue paper, I should not have been surprised as the result. After several exchange emails, they actually said they could be returned at MY expense. So much for my "free" shipping. It would have cost me $25 to return a $12 item because I don't have their rate. Forget that! I canceled my subscription and for $12. MorningSave has waved goodbye to a very frequent customer. The deals are rarely special. Multiple times, I would check out Amazon and would get a BETTER buy there than for the "closeout" or "clearance" being offered. Store layout: The store is barebones and organized by pallets. The merchandise is on the floor and creates a maze for customers to make their way around. Selection: There is a wide variety of items. It changed since the last time I went here 2 years ago around Christmas. During the holiday (2 years ago), they had a lot of holiday decor and gift sets. This time around (May 2025), they had an assortment of items such as teeth whitening kit, diffuser oils, water pick, knives, winter boots, kitchen utensils, and office gadgets. MorningSave is a scam operation. They sent me the ordered item in used, damaged, non-working condition with a missing power supply. Then, under a variety of disingenuous pretexts, each of which violated their published return policy, they refused to facilitate my return. They claimed that if the merchandise is delivered damaged and non-working, then the buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping it back. This is how they operate - they ship damaged goods, then extort from the defrauded customer a waiver of return because the cost of shipping the return would be too high. It is a pure scam. If I could, I'd give them a negative rating. Avoid by all means, and if they have already defrauded you, then dispute their charges with your credit card. read more

I saw a rechargeable cleaning device on morning save.com. It was only $30 but looked like a good household cleaning item. My husband ordered it in August as a Christmas gift. It was opened on Christmas, plugged it in to charge overnight and it never worked. We contacted Morning Save via email to get either a replacement or refund. After a few days we received a response that there was nothing they could do because it was purchased over 90 days. We will never purchase another item from this company again! read more

So this place reminds me of a Tuesday Morning in a sense of they are selling name brand goods for a discounted price. For instance today I saw Calvin Klein sunglasses, Wireless Beats, Shark Vacuum, etc. it was organized pretty well into categories. bought a Westinghouse water Flosser which came with a brochure and box stating one year warranty. the gasket came off and made it unusable and I reached out to Westinghouse and Morning Save. Westinghouse never replied and Morning save would not honor anything stated on the box or in the brochure. Morning Save claimed 90 day warranty and they were zero help. never offered a new gasket. I placed an order this morning and received a message that something went wrong to try again, I tried again ,and got the same message so I phoned my card company thinking it was declined. No decline , both charges went through, then several other charges that I did not make went through! Two for $16.45 when there should be only one for $16.45 and then two fraudulent charges for 10 cents, one other charge of $6.57 a total of $6.77 needs to be removed asap!
