Came by today to get an emissions test (twice actually if you count my morning trip)…read more Was super excited to see they opened at 7; so I swung by at 745; but their sign said they didn't do state/emissions inspections until 9; so I went to work. On the way home stopped by and was helped by two gentlemen who were super polite/friendly and easily helped me with my emissions test. I was expecting quite a wait; but they said about 15 mins and I was probably already back in the car in that amount of time. Next time I have a car issue I'll be back to get mechanically work done if I needed. January 2023 update: called to see when their emissions bay closed and was told if I made it in the next ten mins he'd help me. I rushed here as fast as I could and they were happy to help. Turning customers away right after I pulled up. Super excited to see this place is still having excellent customer service!

My daughter had a horrible experience just trying to get a refund on a faulty overpriced usb cable…read more The employee didn't believe the cable didn't work, tried to get her to exchange it for another cable, then when she said she just wanted to get a refund, he laughed at her and called other customers up. Made her wait, while he assisted other customers, instead of just doing the refund. Wasting 20 minutes of her time just to get the refund finally taken care of. No respect, just because she is a young woman, like her time is not just as valuable as every other customer.

Unfortunately during my most recent visit, I found out that my front brakes were not in tip-top shape and wouldn't pass inspection without getting them replaced. They gave me an immediate quote and told me they'd be able to get the parts and fix it up within a few hours (on a Saturday, no less.) It was a much cheaper quote than I'd recently paid to the dealership to get my rear brakes replaced, so I said yes and went on my merry way. By the time I called back later in the afternoon, it was all ready, and the pricing came just about to what they had quoted me (a little bit more with taxes but whatevs.) Not money I was glad to be spending, but I was glad to have gotten it all taken care of with no fuss and no muss. I do wish they had given me a call when my car was ready (I left all my info), but all in all, no complaints and I would continue to come back here for sure.

However, over the past week I have had a series of issues, alongside extremely poor customer service. I purchased a car wash alongside my gas a few days ago. It was late at night (~10:30pm). It was $8.50. The receipt in the machine did not print, so I could not get my code to use the wash. So, I parked my car, went up to the kiosk, and there was no one there. Waited, I kid you not, like 3 minutes for the guy to come to the front (there was a buzzer, I made sure to hit it when I needed service.). Finally, he printed the receipt for me. With the code on it! But my troubles were in fact far from over. I pulled up to the wash, started entering my code, and the machine said "OUT OF SERVICE, CONTACT MANAGER" on display. Darn. You'd think the guy printing my receipt would tell me that, but things slip peoples minds constantly, so whatever. So I go back to the kiosk. This time I don't have to wait for the guy. He is actually walking out the back. I stop him, tell him that the wash didn't work, and he said something about it missing a part. Okay. I asked for a refund. He said no. What? It's late. I don't have time for this. He told me the code was good for 2 weeks, and I could come back at any point. Okay. Fine. This place isn't far. I'll live. Fast forward a few days and I stop to get my long awaited car wash. Lo and behold, The wash is cheap and bad. It did not use any soap. There are still water marks and pollen stains all over my vehicle! It was no better than just letting my car sit in the rain. Well, crap. So I assume that there's an issue with their car wash, and that I didn't get duped because I like to give people the benefit of the doubt. So, on my way home, I gave them a call. The guy on the other end says there's nothing he can do. No refund, no credit toward another wash, doesn't even want to look at the car and see if something genuinely went wrong. Hangs up on me. How foolish of me! I expected soap, in my car wash. I might still buy gas here. But if I find a place that offers similar prices and has even mediocre customer service, I will start going there in a heartbeat.

They confirmed that all of the lights were working properly and that the vehicle was in good condition. Despite no significant time passing and no changes being made to the vehicle other than the requested repairs, I was then told that three light bulbs needed to be replaced instead of the original two. This inconsistency has raised concerns about the accuracy of the inspection results. Additionally, I requested an itemized receipt but was only provided with a standard receipt that did not include a detailed breakdown of the findings or charges.
