They raised their prices twice within 6 months to "compete with other companies" With a 89% increase in rent. Higher price for a urine smelling building with other tenants random junk sitting in the hallway for days. the only good thing about this place was their app. Opening the gate with Bluetooth straight from my phone is Pretty neat. Until the app decided not to work and hasn't been patched, so good luck with that. so as the saying goes "Abandon all hope, ye who enter here" and pay a better price for a nicer spot because this ain't it. read more

Extra Space Storage - Junk someone left - Self Storage Near Me - San Bernardino, California

First and foremost Art has no customer service whatsoever. Every interaction with him is poorly handled. My only complaint about the facility is the hours of operation. It is difficult to move my belongings in or out especially since I live and work in Los Angeles after selling my house in San Bernardino. I haven't used the facility for even a year and my rent is going up for the second time. This is ridiculous. Definitely not worth paying over $300. I now will be searching for a facility closer to my new home. read more

Great place stop by and they have the best deal in the city and nice clean units available

Extra Space Storage on Highland Ave. (Near Del Rosa in San Bernardino, CA ) provided just the right type, size, price for my storage needs. Moving & needing to store everything is never pleasant and always costly. The managers at this Extra Space Storage were professional & friendly. They honored the online Flash Sale price for a Large, Drive-up, space. They understood and helped to remove the provided lock, because I, first thing lost the key! And at no cost!! I am very pleased with this location and it's manages. Recommend with 6 Stars. read more

This storage facility is truly the best. It is safe, secure and very clean. The hours are good and detour any theft and criminal activities. I want to emphasize on the wonderful staff that works at this location. We want to say THANK YOU to Michelle, Natalie, and Steven. They are very professional, helpful, and accommodating. This is very important to my husband and I because nowadays there are many businesses that no longer give the best customer service. However, this staff goes beyond there specific roles and responsibilities. They greet you with a smile and communicate efficiently which minimizes any misunderstandings. They are thorough when giving you information regarding the different storage units including pricing, and make sure that you understand what you are committing to. Their service made our experience very pleasant although this was our first time having a storage unit. Once again, if you are local and want a storage location that will be safe, clean and has awesome staff that will give you the best customer service, look no further - Extra Space Storage at 1755 E. Highland Avenue it is! read more

In the last year of renting a storage unit with Extra Space Storage, I had to deal with a rat infestation that damaged my belongings, and I also recently had everything stolen from my unit. The thieves also used my personal documents to steal my identity. The storage facility did nothing to help me after the theft. I trusted Extra Space Storage to protect my stuff and they failed. I don't wish what happened to me on anyone. Do not trust your things with this facility. They do not care about their customers or their security. Stay away from Extra Space Storage. read more

Love the storage here easy access when I came I didn't even have to speak to anyone. I did everything over the phone. I was able to download the app and check in. I got my code and I got a free lock. They are open every day so I can go any day to get my things other storages need employees to come open the hallways so people can get into their storage. This location is great. I don't need to speak to anyone when I go to my storage. It's nice it's clean feels like there's AC in there love it here !! read more

From the very beginning Art was always helping me with any issues that came up which were few. I thoroughly enjoyed having a space at Extra Space Storage on Highland Avenue by Del Rosa Avenue. Accessing my unit was a breeze with the app which I thoroughly enjoyed!!! Yesterday I cleaned out my unit and Kendra has been the one I have talked to mostly in the past few months. She is very knowledgeable as is Art and between the two made my experience totally enjoyable!! read more

This storage place is is horrible from the customer service manager at my storage place to the fact that they do rate increases out of nowhere claiming they sent you something in the mail no phone call no email no notification that they're going to rate increase you I pay my account online why not set up a notice saying hey your rate is going to increase they don't do any of that and they raise my rent astronomically. The customer service manager Crystal at my branch is very rude she speaks to you condescendingly if asked any questions or ask to explain certain things in detail do not rent from this place. read more

So...I've been renting with extra space for a few years now but a CALL CENTER AGENT almost made me change my mind ....she was rude, and didn't listen to anything I said.I stated that I had a bad leg and she put me all the way in the back of the storage facility... I went into the office and there I found an angel.... Mrs PAOLA went above and beyond to get me a closer unit and I got it Thank you Mrs PAOLA for being and awesome employee for this company they need more like you in that reservation center!!! read more

Brian and his staff are very knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating to all my storage needs. I own a small business and need the extra storage from time to time. Great place for a month or 2 or long term storage, my valuables are safe and secure at extra space. read more

The girl w the pink hair is extremely rude to loyal paying customers. So much so I cleaned out my unit and just moved elsewhere, nobody gets to speak to me like that, even if I was in the wrong. Took my business elsewhere, kiss my 150 a month GOODBYE! They raised my rent 3 times in one year too. I never saw a no smoking sign anywhere the whole year when I rented there, and it was happening inside my own vehicle, and she just went off on us. The old saying is you give some people a little power and it goes right to their heads, def the case here, anywhere else will have a more customer friendly staff, do not rent here. read more

Horrible experience all around . When I went to pay my bill they told me I owed 2 months !!! Which was a shock to me . I asked to speak to Brian because everything I made a payment he would process it . The lady than began to tell my he was fired for stealing the ac and from storage units . I didn't want to argue with them so I paid the 200 . A few months later I go and clear my unit . And I have this girl come in her go cart and start giving me attitude saying I needed to pay 13 dollars because I was there for four days . I told her i had talk to another person in the office and I told her thank you . Than she mocks me and repeats Thank you and walks away mumbling . Than comes back and starts screaming who's truck is that ! You tailgated to come in and I explained it was my aunt truck and she was helping me clear the unit . She had such a bad attitude I finally told her to calm down and there was no need for her attitude ! I asked for her name and she got in my face like she wanted to fight ! I told her to back up . Ashley Trujillo was her name than she called me sweetie and honey and I told her not to address me in that manner because I was neither her sweetie or honey . I went into the office to tell the manager and she said the reason she got in my face because there was a helicopter flying above !! Lol ! That way I could hear her name . A bunch of bs !!!! What can I say it's San Bernardino !!! read more
