Unable to park our trailer in the spot we pay $400 a month for because someone parked a boat taking up four spaces. Can't reach anyone to help. Horrible service and rates keep going up. read more

We stored our travel trailer here for about two years and had a suspicious break in occur causing $3,000 worth of damage to our trailer. Three trailers next to us were also broken into the same weekend. We thought this was a rare one off occurrence, however we found out that this had happened to others on a Moreno Valley community board post. We took our trailer out of storage and just wanted to give everyone a heads up. DO NOT STORE YOUR ITEMS HERE! read more

TRAILER STOLEN! Do not park a nice trailer there! My 24' enclosed race trailer was stolen in Mid March there. The security gates work interminently plus you can just follow somebody in or out. The "security cameras" are a "new system" that even the Manager does not have access to I was told.... The place has really gone downhill in the 2+years that I parked there. Now it is more of a truck stop/ junk yard, See for yourself if you don't believe me..... Amazon big rig trucks constantly coming in and out. I never leave reviews but saw another trailer this week stolen from Storage quest off redlands on the moreno valley community thread. Park your trailer somewhere else or make sure your Insurance Limit of liability is current market value. read more

StorQuest Self Storage - Self Storage Near Me - Moreno Valley, California

We decided on February 4, 2023 to store our trailer at this facility temporarily while our backyard was being remodeled. We loved the fact that you had to have a code for the pin pad to get in and to get out, there was video surveillance and that someone lived on the property 24/7. However, today May 22, 2023 we received a call from Brittany telling us that there was tampering to the gate over the weekend and that she had to file a police report this morning. It took her 20 minutes to finally tell us that our trailer had been stolen. She was so unsympathetic and really didn't seem to care. Over the phone she told us that the video footage would need to be requested and that she had NOT requested the footage (mind you its 4:19pm when we spoke on the phone), however she did run a pin pad report and she knew that we were there on Friday, May 19, 2023. When we got to the facility she then said that there was camera work being done over the weekend and she wasn't sure if the "workers" were there over the weekend but these workers also have a pin code to get in and out of the gates. Doesn't this sound fishy???? Well there's more. So obviously the police were called but Brittany let us know that she would not be staying until the police got there because "they" don't pay her overtime. By the way 2 other trailers were stolen as well. When asked "Doesn't someone live here 24/7" she defensively responded YES but I wasn't here yesterday." Wait a minute how do you know the trailer was stolen yesterday?? This sounds like an inside job. Whether we are able to recover the trailer or not I would not recommend this place based on the customer service provided by Brittany. We literally have only had our trailer here for 3 months and poof its gone! If this place was professional they would have already run the reports to find out who was there over the weekend and they would have already requested the video footage from the weekend so that they could pin point when the trailer was taken and perhaps by who and they could provide this to the police. But Brittany was not anxious to help us whatsoever. Think twice before storing your TOYS here! If I could give this place no stars I would have but in order to post my review I had to give a minimum of 1 star. read more

Very safe and clean, up to date on covid. Front desk person Brittany was very cordial and knowledgeable!

Please be careful of this place, there was a recent break in where almost $100,000 worth of tools and our entire trailer were stolen overnight. In addition, other trailers and RVs were broken into. The front desk staff was not helpful at all. The 'video surveillance' that they edited and showed to the sheriff was too blurry and almost seemed like they did that on purpose. For a place that prides so much on security and charges a large amount, you would think they would invest on better surveillance system and higher security. How could they not notice someone steal a 25ft trailer from the parking lot? A code is needed to enter and exit yet they will not let us know how the system was breached? This almost feels like an inside job given that they have someone 'working' the graveyard shift that stays on the premises. Please be careful and do not store here unless you enjoy getting your items stolen/broken into. read more

I first have to say, if you've owned an RV for a while you know how hard it is to find affordable quality and SAFE storage. I found it here. We store our 36' Class A in a covered space and have had no issues. Friendly and helpful staff and no pest issues! Highly recommend!!! read more

We have been storing our boat during the off-season for well over 20 years at facilities from Valencia to Big Bear to Moreno Valley. StorQuest Moreno Valley is a safe, secure facility, well-maintained with excellent freeway access. For boat owners, if you want to do a little off-season fishing, Lake Perris and Diamond Valley Lake are very convenient. However the thing that sets THIS facility apart from the others we have used is the manager, Tammy. She is personable and professional, competent and considerate and the most valuable component to this business. Our boat will spend the summer in the slip at Big Bear but come October we look forward to returning to StorQuest knowing that Tammy will make it a seamless experience. read more

I would first like to start by saying the current on-site employee Brittney is a very nice lady and what I'm about to say does not by any means is directed to her but to Storquest only. I first rented space here over 10 years ago. It has many covered out door parking. It has no dumping bay, no ice machine and no place to wash your RV. 90% and this is my guess is covered by dirt. The spaces are all dirt with if at all a minuet amount of gravel. When it rains the parking area is a mud pit. When it's dry season your RV is blasted with dirt. So I decided to return 10 years later to see if anything has improved. I would love to store my RV here since it's just a few miles from home but to my surprise after 10 years the only improvement noticed is on the entrance and exit which is a very small patch of asphalt. 10 years ago Storquest indicated that the entire lot would be paved. In terms of price I found a location fully pave same size 10x40 for about 10 dollars less with more amenities. I'm also told that other Storquest locations are also pure dirt but I didn't confirm that myself. In short I was disappointed to see no improvements since I really wanted to rent space here and I'm hoping that this review will put Storquest on notice that their sites are substandard and needs major improvements. Hopefully all current folks will notice my review and realize that they can store their Rv for the same or less price that is paved clean and full of amenities. My advice to all seeking to rent here is avoid it because it's just a mud pit. read more

Came to this storage looking for a more affordable place to keep our travel trailer and boat. The manager, Brittany, at the Moreno Valley site was very courteous and knowledgeable. We selected a covered site for both vessels. The sites are tight with gravel rock. We got pretty muddy the day we brought the trailer and it took us awhile to get into the space. They offer no frills but that is fine with us. Update-just to clarify, we got muddy because it had been raining so much otherwise it wouldn't have been an issue. Brittany was willing to have us come on a sunny day and she told us it was muddy ahead of time. We haven't brought the boat over yet but we have the reservation without charge for a limited time. read more

I am confused,we contacted Customer Service 15 minutes ago and they stated your Company is not interested in any further action. I believe these statements are self serving on your behalf and your company is only interested in lying to the consumer to have them believe you are seeking resolution. If your Company is truly interested in a resolution, please call myself or my husband. your company has our phone numbers. read more

Very courteous and helpful office staff. Had spaces available to store our RV. Have both covered and uncovered spaces. Competitive pricing. No propane or dump station available. read more

It is very seldom that you encounter customer service as good as I received at this business. Jerry stayed 2 hours past closing time to park my boat when I was coming from Las Vegas and was stuck in a traffic jam. I don't know how many people would do that. The mamager is very helpful and friendly and I will do business with them as often as I can. Thanks Jerry and Tamela!!! read more

This is a really great Storage facility. I had a large covered unit for my 25 ft boat with a high tower on it. There was plenty of room to get the boat into and out of, as well as staying protected from the sun. The site is very easy to get into and out of with access to your unit most of the day. More importantly, the onsite manager is great to work with, very customer centric. The only drawback (if there has to be one) is that the facility is on dirt. It would be much nicer if it was paved to cut down on the dust a bit. read more

I have stored at this facility for almost 4 years. It is safe and secure and a great value. I've never had any negative issues. The site manager, Tamela, is extremely competent and very pleasant to deal with. She will go above and beyond to assist you in meeting your needs. read more

StorQuest provides a convenient, secured, covered storage for my travel trailer.....but Brittany is the main reason I am giving them five stars. She went above and beyond to provide customer service. I am a novice RVer but Brittany patiently explained every option and walked around to help me to find just the right spot. She was friendly, patient, and very professional. read more

Great place for RV storage . We feel our motorhome is safe and secure at the location in Moreno Valley. Also the onsite manager, Tamela is very professional as well as being very willing to help with any questions that may arise. We have access to our RV anytime that we need to use it . read more

Brittney was very nice and helpful when i got my space, showed me different spaces and prices. I ended up choosing the buggest covered space they had available which is 30 feet at $148 for my 27 foot boat trailer, this was more then i wanted to spend but it was close to home, figured i would be well within the space i paid for and in a secure covered facility so i should be good. I was definitely wrong!!!! Not even a week in the storage yard and i had damage to my trailer, dropped the boat off on sunday after a day at the lake, was well inside my space. Came back Wednesday to take the boat out and not even a week in the space and someone either hit the tongue of my trailer or moved my property causing damage to the trailer jack and the boat not as i left it. It was now 3 feet into the space behind(luckily the jet drive didnt get push into their property), trailor jack shaft was bent and fell off screw, wheel was bent almost in half. When I notified Britney , Showed her the wheel, She acted like it's no big deal any care or show any concern just said she would notify corporate incorpore would have to look through the videos. For 5 days later I get a message from are stating that corporate don't see anything out of the norm normal , saw no further reason to investigate it further And I could file a report with my insurance company but I wanna get very much. At this point I just went and picked up the boat call to cancel the storage I didn't need to get an apology for the damage to my property. It's not about the cost to replace the broken parts about the principal to choose to rent a space there be very careful and mindful of how you leave your property read more
