John, Matt, and Lorenzo showed up within 15 minutes of the 1 hour time window initially given to me and were beyond helpful, respectful, and took great care to wrap my furniture and get things to the next location without any mishaps. These 3 went above and beyond just moving my belongins and John even fixed my dresser leg that had been broken from previous movers without my asking. :-) They all worked their butts off in the 100 degree weather and never stopped until we were finished. I highly recommend San Antonio Moving Guys and if you're lucky try to get these 3 to move you because you won't be disappointed. I tipped them for their hard work as well and they were beyond appreciative. Thank you San Antonio Moving for a successful move into my new home!

Its the lack of the speed of putting things up and making lots of small talk, adding up time. Im not made of money and paying 400$ because your movers wanna spend 30+ mins talking in between furniture and somehow get lost and take longer to get to the destination. Its unacceptable. Your movers need to be more efficient in speed, also how they carry stuff cause i now have to pay damages to my apartment that had nothing in it, let alone in the way for them. Its two of them, team work, no other excuse. Lastly, i understand getting lost on the road and driving cautiously to the place is a 5/5 but taking 20 min to get there when its 10 mins away is odd.

    I had an out of state move with them. The communication was good and we ran into issues the day of…read morethe move. We were overweight, Laura and Aaron came thru and got us a second truck. Thats when things went bad. The crew refused to take my pressure washer and water deionizer because of hazards. They took my backpack blower which had no gas in it, the pressure washer was completely drained. They are now stuck 600 miles away. The first truck crew was absolutly the best. They were a pleasure to work with. The second truck showed up to unload, the driver opened the door and it looked like a storm had happened. Things were not secured and things had bounced around. My air compressor was on its side, they had not protected a table. We had a $15000 Twin Eagles grill that a pop up tent had been against it. The door and drawer were damaged, they filled out a damage report and said someone would be contacting us in 2 days. We had not heard from them. I sent Aaron the assistant manager a text with everything that had gone on with pictures. I have talked to Jay the operation manager who was suppose to take care of the damage. I have attempted numerous times to get Aarn,Laura and Jay to respond. I have left voice mail,emails and called. They are ghosting us, we spent over $12000 on the move, after they get there money thats when they are done with you. The damage a was $700 on the cart, they also damaged the cover. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Look at the reviews and they suck!

Since you're unwilling to adjudicate this matter? STOLEN ITEM(S) -- DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY Save yourself the stress and frustration! DO NOT hire Two Men and a Truck for your move. You're far better off hiring family members or paying extra for a company that values integrity and accountability. During my move with Two Men and a Truck on November 1st( 7634 Reindeer Trail San Antonio, TX 78238), one of my personal items went missing while in their care..a pair of Gucci Platform Slides valued at $800. The item didn't just "go missing", it was taken. There is video footage of the incident, clearly showing the last person who handled the item and sketchy behavior. K.L( initials of the individual) was seen in the footage going into the truck, coming out of the truck and closing one of the doors, going back in the truck for 6 MINUTES, you can then see him rummaging through one of my shoe totes, after 6 minutes he comes out and opens the truck door back up. What was also weird was the totes were not wrapped up in any way in the footage, but when I was unpacking, one of the 2 totes were wrapped up in tape. It doesn't make sense for them to wrap items after they already moved to the new location, especially just one of them. For privacy reasons, I am withholding the footage AND full names of the individual(s) for now, but I will not hesitate to share it publicly if this continues to be ignored. Management, specifically Damien and Joe, provided me with the full names of the moving crew involved in my move. They even acknowledged that the video footage was sketchy and claimed that they suspended the individual. This information has been included in the official police report I filed. Despite this, Damien has made no real effort to resolve the situation. Every time I call, I'm told he has "stepped out of the office," and my attempts to reach him go unanswered. They apparently can't do anything about it since they don't have footage on their end on him taking them( which doesn't make sense for them to suspend the guy if they have nothing on him.. unless I'm being lied to). This is theft, plain and simple. I have taken all the proper steps. I've filed a police report, gathered evidence, and notified management. Yet I've received no accountability, resolution, or compensation. Each individual working ( 5 guys) were tipped $100 each on top of the hefty payment, I do not appreciate your employee going through my personal belongings and taking things as they please. I haven't been able to sleep at night because I live with the fear that they may have taken other things. Until this company takes responsibility and makes this right, I will continue to pursue this matter through every available channel. Consumers deserve to be warned.

Facts: I came to my unit November 6th to acquire winter clothing only to discover my unit had been burglarized and vandalized. The office personnel were not on the property, but I reached an individual the next day by the name of Samantha (Since terminated), who informed me that my unit was discovered without a lock on November 1st. She explained that someone had attempted to contact me [A lie- I have had no missed calls, voicemails or emails on the matter.] and promised to review the camera footage and compile the applicable paperwork for me then she would call me back. I never received that call. I returned a week later and was given keys to the replacement lock the property provided, along with the paperwork. (I've been very busy and unable to wait the now hour plus I've been waiting for an officer to be dispatched to place my report.) I returned December 4th and used that very key I was provided by the property to unlock the lock the property had provided only to discover my unit had been burglarized yet again!!! Two new office employees were available, one from a different location and one in training. They informed me that all the previous staff had been terminated, that they do not know how to access the camera footage and that they have been getting yelled at and confronted by other disgruntled renters who also have had their units broken into. While here today, speaking with yet another employee as I await an officer to submit my police report. I am being told that there have been no other reports of burglary recently at this location. Literally, as we were discussing this, another gentleman comes in and expressed his very recent experience of having his unit burglarized. Just facts....Take it for what it is worth. Awfully suspect to me. This is not the least expensive storage in the area...and most certainly not the most secure. Do your research. This property should not be one you consider.

Philip and Jerry were our crew guys and ensured our furniture was properly wrapped and packed to be transported from house to house. We appreciate their hard work and taking the time to disassemble and reassemble furniture and appliances that needed the attention. They made the dreaded move go so smooth, with very reasonable pricing. Note that they do charge extra for using wrap but it's worth it to protect your furniture. We will be using AAM again if we should ever need to move. Mike & Monique

While the movers were very polite and maintained a professional demeanor, they damaged our entertainment beyond repair. The movers were apologetic and assured us that they would take care of it since the company had insurance. Our entertainment center cost over 800 dollars and the piece that was broken was a vital piece as it holds our entertainment center together. Later, they stated that the insurance covered 43 dollars and the owner ever so graciously (insert sarcasm) offered to pull out of his own pocket 7 dollars to make it an even 50. We told him the amount to replace that piece and asked to replace it instead he did not agree to replace what they damaged. We have a storage that needs moving and asked for services to move a few boxes from storage. He offered it at a discount. The discount they initially gave us was 60 an hour. They do not stick by their word on their website to protect us and our property. Their insurance is worthless. We tipped their guys 50 dollars for their courtesy and kindness and their assurance to take care of the damages. I would not take their offer to move our tiny storage because I figured what if they damage something else. we are actually losing money by hiring this company. I do not recommend this company at all. I wouldn't even accept a free move from them any longer (if they even offered that) with how we were treated...as if our valued things are none of their concern. we weren't asking for something unreasonable just to pay the price of the broken piece for us to order or them purchase the part that they broke themselves. My resolution was 50 dollars.

    I hired Evolution Moving for a whole-house move on May 21…read more Before the move, I explained the contents of the house during the estimate process so they could estimate the scope. On moving day, I emailed additional instructions because I would be unavailable by phone. I provided my partner's contact information and specifically requested that all garage items be packed and moved. Daniel Rios confirmed that everything was received and that the movers would contact my partner before leaving the house. Around 11 a.m., my move-out cleaning crew informed me that a substantial amount of property was still in the house. My partner had not received the load-up call, and I had not received any updates from Evolution. After I contacted the company, I was told only a few open boxes had been left behind. When my partner arrived at the new apartment later that afternoon, the garage contents were missing and fewer items had been delivered than expected. The crew stated they had not been instructed to move anything else. When I contacted Evolution again, I was told there had been a misunderstanding. I was then offered a separate two-person crew to complete the move, but only as a new move with additional charges. When I arrived at the apartment that evening, I discovered that the dining room, kitchen boxes, and entire garage had never been moved. My friends and I ended up completing the move ourselves. It took three days and six truckloads. Afterward, I found that beds had been placed in the wrong rooms and not assembled, furniture had been left partially disassembled, room-labeled boxes had been piled in the kitchen, furniture had been scratched, and the hardware for my son's bed was missing. Justin Rodriguez later located the missing screws in the back of the truck, though some were badly bent. I emailed Daniel seeking a response and he replied with a completely ai-generated email blaming me for the misunderstanding. To Justin's credit, he came to my apartment on his day off to help move furniture into the correct rooms and assemble it. Throughout this entire process, he was the only person who consistently communicated with me and attempted to help resolve the situation. What ultimately disappointed me most was the lack of accountability. I repeatedly had to initiate communication myself, and after the move I called the owner every day for a week and left a voicemail seeking a resolution. My calls were never returned. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Evolution Moving.
