We sunk a lot into moving my mom's belongings into this place (many many antiques) b/c it was "climate controlled". We'd see water everywhere, which is a sign we should have moved out. When we finally moved everything out, the walls had mildew on them and ALL OF OUR FUNITURE did as well. I brought it up to the manager and she said you have private insurance and offered no apology. I spent roughly 14K to store my furniture there for several years. It shouldn't be my insurance's responsibility for their negligence and poor upkeep. Do not store your furniture here. Waste of time and money.

Cars got stuck , he would offer to get them if they paid him. Rats are a huge issue . No one is ever in the office at the times posted on the door . Thanks for the 5 PM restricted access time. Paying 3 times what my agreement started at. Steep incline with massive curb to get into unit. Not safe or practical for anything heavy. Took me twice the time to battle the incline to move heavier items by myself and is the reasoning for getting stuck inside after hours. Try explaining that to someone. They don't care. The only thing they care about is finding every possible way to nickel and dime you. Last straw with this place was my Amex on autopay expired and I mistakenly forgot to update with PS. They charge me a $60 late fee for a unit that isn't even worth $100 but somehow are charging me $300. Regardless 20% for a couple days after my due date. Complete nonsense. Can't wait to get out! More than a few places in the area for a fraction of cost and 24 hours access with property managers approval. Stay away for this place.
