These folks wrote the book on Customer Respect and Service! In 2019 I had an older Ariens 1024 and because I'm mechanically inclined decided to replace the broken discharge chute directional mechanism. I purchased the part from Charlie at Nouveau Packaging and for the life of me even with You Tube couldn't get it to work. So, off I went to NouVeau Packaging and asked Charlie what I was doing wrong. I'll be damned! Charlie's took it... put it together and handed it back to me refusing any payment for his time and service. In August of 2020 I decided to purchase a newer model so after wasting my time with several other dealers decided to check with Nouveau Packaging. Beverly asked what I was looking for and I told her what I had (they don't make it anymore) and needed something a little bigger (and that I was having a knee replacement in November) and wanted to make sure I'd be all set for the winter. She showed bye several different models and explained the differences and I decided on the SHO 15Hp 30" model. Why? Because I (you) can literally turn it with one finger because of the new technology Ariens has in this model equated to less strain on my body and easy use. Beverly spent the time helping me decide and complete the paperwork that she even re-scheduled an existing appoint with a (pushy) Sales Rep. Beverly even made sure that I qualified for 0% financing!! We purchased moving blankets off the web rather than rent them. The driver came with the container on a ramp truck and placed with the precision of surgeon exactly where we wanted it and just inches from a 10' driveway lamp. It was 20'-30' away from the house and with the sea-seal rubber gasket on the doors, this thing is dry in a Cat 5 Hurricane; and we got to test it a few times with torrential driving rain and everything from our piano to our mahogany desk was snug as a bug in a rug. It was close if we needed to add or remove something and it was a lot of cubic feet. We had looked at pods but even the larger one was not as big cubic foot wise as the container which also was half the price of a pod. With steel walls and sealed doors the new container was just perfect. I really can't say enough good things about this very progressive company who I have since learned have tons of different sizes and buy them new and bring them in like Russian boxes; all nested inside each other. So whether you're storing a lawnmower or a 2 ton truck; they have the size to fit. We called and left a message on Sunday that we were all set and they could retrieve the again empty container any time and they showed within 24 hours and happily and SKILLFULLY plucked it up and took it away. I cut an 8x8 landscape timber into four sections and put one under each corner in an attempt to save the grass under where this sat from August until January. Worked like charm! Again the driver was so helpful in positioning the container exactly where we wanted and needed it. If I could give them 8 stars I would; they were that good for us! Thanks MiniWarehousing!

So corporate is not advocating collecting rent, the managers are apparently. The manager told me corporate sets the monthly rates. But the CEO says it's the managers who set the rates.
