I've had Ariens Snow blowers for over 40 years and done business with Ariens Dealers from Norwood to Plymouth and parts in between and none ever provided the time or level of service as the fine people of Nouveau Packaging. These folks wrote the book on Customer Respect and Service! In 2019 I had an older Ariens 1024 and because I'm mechanically inclined decided to replace the broken discharge chute directional mechanism. I purchased the part from Charlie at Nouveau Packaging and for the life of me even with You Tube couldn't get it to work. So, off I went to NouVeau Packaging and asked Charlie what I was doing wrong. I'll be damned! Charlie's took it... put it together and handed it back to me refusing any payment for his time and service. In August of 2020 I decided to purchase a newer model so after wasting my time with several other dealers decided to check with Nouveau Packaging. Beverly asked what I was looking for and I told her what I had (they don't make it anymore) and needed something a little bigger (and that I was having a knee replacement in November) and wanted to make sure I'd be all set for the winter. She showed bye several different models and explained the differences and I decided on the SHO 15Hp 30" model. Why? Because I (you) can literally turn it with one finger because of the new technology Ariens has in this model equated to less strain on my body and easy use. Beverly spent the time helping me decide and complete the paperwork that she even re-scheduled an existing appoint with a (pushy) Sales Rep. Beverly even made sure that I qualified for 0% financing!! Great customer experience received at Nouveau Packaging & Power. My small generator recently stopped working and required service. Do not under any circumstances bring your equipment to Nouveau Packaging. I had spoken to Beverly on the phone about service to my Husqvarna lawn mower that was under warranty. I explained I would need the mower delivered after service and she agreed. She told me I needed to bring the original proof of purchase and warranty information with me. When I showed up with the info she asked for, she started complaining about taking on the warranty work and whether they should even take the job (2 days after our phone call.) Her husband told her he'd take it. They did however complete the repair faster than their original time table, which I was happy with. But when Beverly called to tell me the service was finished, she complained about how much time and money they lost doing the work for me. When I reminded her the mower needed to be delivered, she said she had another customer on the line and had to hang up abruptly. When I spoke to her the next day, she said that the person who does deliveries is on vacation so I needed to figure out how to come pick up the mower and then again abruptly hung up. When I called back to express my disappointment about how this transaction had occurred, she got defensive and said it was my fault I was not informed enough to have purchased my mower from a better dealer. She continuously spoke over me for 8 minutes until she finally said the conversation was over and that she had a customer she had to go help. Dropped off my craftsman snowblower to get fixed they called up and I decided not to fix it because it was too much to fix it's old so I went back to pick it up and got attitude and no help Part of the machine was disassembled and they wouldn't put it back together I do not recommend this place. Bad attitude towards the customer is not good. I own my own business and would never treat a customer this way. read more
