Just moving into the neighborhood my son asked, "What is Family Dollar?" I told him it was kind of like a Big Lots but not as good. He asked, can we go? So against my better judgement on a Friday after school we went. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised, after I politely told the homeless person standing outside I did not have any cash. The area seems a little sketchy. They had my Starbucks bottled White Mocha coffees for $2.49, my son's favorite Tasty Kakes and $.95 Lunchables. (Which we purchased with the addition of a $1.00 box of granola bars and a $.85 bottle of Gatorade for person outside). They have a trove of hidden treasures just waiting to be purchased. Some of it cheap and some of it can be found elsewhere for a better price. I think this store will be a keeper on my list if I need something quick. Several aisles devoted to grocery and home goods. A small apparel section with some pretty good deals. And all of the staff that work there are all pleasant and efficient.

They came fully prepared with all the right tools and took great care to protect my home. They laid down a runner to keep floors clean and even padded the doorways to prevent any damage. ADM was one of the companies that we reached out to for quotes, and I was (as silly as this might sound) impressed with the quality of their .pdfs and the professionalism of their emails and voice chats. I know that sounds stupid but I'm a sucker for well-drafted forms. Their rates were reasonable, so we scheduled the move. On the day of the move, three gentlemen rolled up and got right to work. They were really extremely pleasant, and they hustled nonstop in the humid July monsoon hell. Everything arrived in perfect condition, and it took longer than we anticipated but it turns out that we just had a lot more stuff than we'd thought. Their rates at the end were absolutely reasonable, and all-in-all we had a great experience. Keep the boss happy!

Never received it. They never intended on doing so. Since then, I had contacted BBB and they are not even accredited, even though they claim to be.

I'm disappointed with how quickly my rental rate increased after signing my contract. In just two…read moremonths, my monthly cost went up by $65.09. That kind of jump so early in the agreement feels unreasonable, and it raises concerns about whether this will become a pattern. For customer loyalty and trust, rates should be locked in for at least a year--especially when customers enter a contract expecting stability. Sudden increases like this make it hard to feel confident in continuing service. I hope CubeSmart reevaluates how and when they apply rate changes so customers aren't caught off guard.

Please don't. Just.. don't. Convenient? Yes. Friendly? Yes. Cheap? Only at first. The first two…read moremonths that is. After that, expect the rent rate to double at a minimum.. then what will you do.. spend money to hire people to move you entirely out? No. They got you, and they are allowed to do this. Is it right? No. Other places don't do this, like U-Haul, Self Storage... they are pricier up front but when you average it over 12 months.. take the mean cost.. it's cheaper. Then.. have you ever missed a payment on ANY bill in your life? You think the contract follows govt rules? Bet again. This location specifically will violate your rights and flat out lie about it. They will give you the run around, specifically gave me a phone number "to corporate" that was out of service, then made me speak to a poor girl on the phone that had no idea what was happening she was just a front desk girl, the coward manager wouldn't talk anymore because she knew she was in the wrong... missed one payment and THEY AUCTIONED OFF EVERYTHJNG. I got a text message saying "thank you for being a loyal customer". Oh I'd say they should have probably picked someone more ignorant than myself to do this to... but then again I would also guess they do this a lot. Just so happens I am a fantastic record keeper and have a lot of time on my hands as well as resources. Do YOURSELF a solid by going somewhere else, though. Because ethics matter when you store items that matter.. otherwise you wouldn't be storing them, right? You'd just give them up in the first place. This company has an entire side business making money off auctioning off units. If it's part of their annual revenue, and they rely on it... don't do it. They either take your money through rent or they take your money by selling your stuff and they don't give a sh*t. No f@cks given. Don't take the chance. It's like a dental office that gives you a candy bag on your way out.
