Movers didn't shrink wrap the mattress, didn't unscrew nightstand legs which are now broken, and the tv stand is damaged because movers asked to add items inside even though I had it empty. Their way of helping was refunding $150 to get a temporary mattress from Walmart and told me the claims department would be in touch in 3-5 business days. In the end they only compensated me $900 despite the thousands of dollars of damage. In addition to the damage, one of the movers the company set up for the CT delivery made inappropriate sexual comments to me while I was alone (I'm a young female). Do not use them!

The cashier actually talked me out of it and recommended I go to Staples or Walmart/Target. I thought Staples was too expensive, and since it was further, I stopped here. However, the box I was looking at here was $9. It was only $5 and some change at Staples so I did end up making a further drive for it. I appreciate that she didn't want to sell it to me since I wasn't shipping there. She had also explained that their boxes are super heavy duty for shipping, but since I just needed something for storage and/or donations, I could use a different one. Since this location isn't too far from where I live, it's my go-to location when boss man wants me to drop off a package for him. I've never had any issues dropping off boxes.

She refused to help me with my notary because her shift wasn't scheduled until 10 supposedly and I had asked her for her manager's number because of how rude and uncaring she was she did not give me a pleasant UPS experience and I have been using UPS for years and now I am going to switch over to FedEx due to the fact that they have better customer service that was just terrible and I hope no one has to deal with that. Anyways, calling a manager at this local won't resolve the issue because he failed to resolve it in the first place. All I wanted was a receipt in my possession for money given as a deposit. Clearly, he wanted to do something with the money. Now, I'm fighting with the 3rd party involved, StorageTreasure to return money they took for the sale of the unit at ExtraSpace. Storage Treasures says they have reached out twice without a return call. Again, show misdeeds. Management is being vindictive. My experience here isn't a good one, and I would not recommend dealing with management here.
