Then I asked if they had any break ins in the past year. Answer was no, however a customer who was moving his rig to another storage center told us it was broken in to recently. So much for honesty. Price is good, but another example of you get what you pay for. If you value security and good customer service, this is not the place.

On several occasions, Greg Douglas has made inappropriate sexual comments and advances towards me, which made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. I repeatedly asked Greg to stop making these comments and advances, but he persisted. My last interaction with your manager he gave me an ultimatum to either find a new storage facility or have sex with him also letting me know that the wife said it's OK. He then gave me 2 days to clear out my belongings in which i was informed i could not bring anyone with me onto the property to help. On my last day at 5 pm Greg then began texting me saying he was locking the gates and I had no way out. Why he would say this I have no idea other than some jealous rage from me leaving and turning him down once again. I've been a customer at Cactus Self Storage for 5 years, longer than your management team and I'm completely disgusted with this kind of behavior.

My vehicles have been robbed even a large amount of cash from one which was left there overnight because they had cameras but apperantly was not working that night. Another one of my vehicles titles was transfered into an employee's name who was later arrested for fraud but is still staying there in the main house and I just had to file another police report because a new employee of there has managed to get a list of myguns with serial numbers and was overheard on a phone call selling the information. Monday morning I will be inquiring with a lawyer to take legal action.

I was shocked to hear how reasonably priced it was. I also love the setup and layout of the storage facility and units, compared to the other layouts of other storage businesses. I love that I can drive right up to my storage unit and take all of my stuff directly inside, as opposed to hauling a cart back and fourth. Also, I feel confident in this facility being safe and protected with all the cameras, gates, and security they have implemented all over the facility. I highly reccomend Sun Devil State Storage.

The day of the auction no…read moreone was in the office, thenext day no one was in the office and i received no calls the storage unit that was won the unit, I came back the next no one was in the office and no sign saying when they would be back so I called the number on the I spoke agent and I explained to the second day in a row that I came there and no one has answered my calls and I am here to pick up a storage unit. I sat in the parking lot for an additional as well as leaving a message on still no reply. I called again and told them that I have exhausted all avenues, and I can't get a hold of since I can't get a hold of am not gonna clean it. I can't there's no way to get in that I left. I came back to the next day and someone was actually in the the storage unit went a couple of days to clean it out. Meanwhile, I looked at my account and StorageTreasures suspended and I asked why they said that it was banned from the property because I did not pick up the unit and I was disgruntled, which was not the truth. I basically said that there's no way I can get in here and since there's no way, I won't be coming my time. Come two weeks later trying to get my account cleared back up to no avail. I finally get a hold of someone and they said that the general manager of their store said that I never came by and cleaned it out, which is a lie their paperwork say I paid for it. I even have the security code to get up there if they at videos they would see that I cleaned it out and I big moving truck that I bought everything too the dump how they can say that I did not clean it out is ridiculous. I have proof and yet they do not clear my name. I am still waiting for them to mistake. This storage unit is located at 4423 N 24th St. phoenix, Az They are never in their office and there are no signs on the saying when they will be there. We only have a certain amount of time that we are required to clean out a storage unit place is not open during normal hours. until someone StorageTreasures to remove my suspension that they placed I would not from here. You will be waiting outside for hours with no viable phone numbers. You have to call the as if renting a unit and tell them what the problem is so they can transfer you for this person to say that it was not cleaned and I didn't even come in. That's a blatant lie. I've got the receipt so if you can't do your job correctly, you shouldn't have it.

I, personally, was really looking and hoping to just get someone that was friendly, understandable, and yet professional. Unfortunately, the receiption was received immediately had us decide, this is not the place. We walked in, it was empty, and the woman sitting at a desk wasn't on the phone or anyone. However, she just looked so annoyed that we were there. We kept our questions very brief and did receive answers and basic costs. Hoowever, it was the attitude that just had us stop there and leave. As soon as we got outside of the building, we both looked at each other and said "Dang she had attitude, we'll go somewhere else..." My suggestions continue to Rightway Storage on 83rd and lakepleasant. The woman that works there is amazingly friendly and made us feel like family. Its not a new facility like this one, but this place makes you feel like family.
