I guess I originally booked a space on the second floor when I made the online reservation, and so Juan was super nice and made the arrangements when I requested to change to a unit on the first floor, which was awesome still at a good rate too. I wasn't ready to move any belongings in yet, but he drove me to where my unit was located, showed me how the lock works, and also how to utilize the app to my convenience!

If someone is not in the office I have to sit at the gate and wait for someone else to drive through so I can get in. The staff that…read moreI talked to were all very friendly, approachable, and most importantly, very knowledgeable about any questions or concerned I had. The actual facility is well maintained and unlike many other self storage facilities, they use shipping containers as their storage units which makes moving all of the things from your car into the actual containers super easy. No fiddling around with opening door after door and walking long hallways to get to your storage unit. I would say that the prices are reasonably prices compared to other competitors in the area but Lynnette was able to work out deal with me so I couldn't be happier about that. I would also like to add that their hours are super flexible in terms of when you can and cannot enter into the facility. 7 days out of the week, 5am ~ 10pm. Clutch! Overall great experience with Everest and would highly recommend it! Shout out to Lynnette, Maria, and Isabel! You guys are AWESOME!

I rented there several years. I had a previous unit when I first rented, than had to move to a…read morebigger unit. In January 2026 several units were broken into. Mine was tampered with and I was never called or notified that the hole had been partially cut. I go and check on it several times a month. The manager had a video of several men wearing hoodies. The manager never notified Anaheim Police of the break in. In March I went to get some things out of my storage, while I was inside my unit some guy or guys came by and stole my cameras and a vice I had. When I told the manager she said she didn't have a video who walked by unit and took the items. I went down to Anaheim PD to file a police report, and found out she never notified them of the break in, in Jan. Also I noticed that the storage unit had been leaking, it had a strange odor, and there was black mold on some of my furniture. Worse managers and storage ever. There are a lot better storages around and at reasonable prices than Everest. Renter beware.

We were excited and relived to move here after being gouged by unethical corporate giant public storage. We were assured before moving our things that they were an honest family business that did what was right with their pricing model. We were told they raise rates MAYBE yearly. Well we bought the farm!!! They have raised our rates 2x in one year to the tune of almost 40% FORTY PERCENT!!! To add insult to injury they offered a $4 discount from the egregious rate hike. Many boxes went missing and other items broken. Who ever dd this had authority or was related to the storage since they took their time to choose the items very carefully. This happened over a period of time and it was well planed.
