Before I even called EZ Storage, they called me, saying they needed to refund me and asking where should they send the check. The guys at front desk are courteous and reasonable. The storage was always well lit, a good temperature, with plenty of carts, and several different options from 5x5 to 5x10 to 10x10. Auto access is easy, drive-in, drive-out. Good hours. Only reason the rating isn't five stars was they were a little trigger happy about putting an extra lock on the cube if the rent was a little shy. This would happen whenever the rates were hiked and the automatic payment hadn't been adjusted yet. A warning sticker would have been nice. But the guys at front desk were pleasant about getting it off... as soon as payment was made.

I looked at 20+ facilities all around the metro area and nothing comes vaguely close to the safety, cleanliness, and service provided here. Drive through bay for your car and truck makes you feel super safe even if you're a female going to and front the unit alone (most storage facilities are terrifying). The bay is also clutch for moving trucks especially if a rain storm or blizzard hits on moving day (we had one of each). It's well lit and bright. Units are all super clean as is the rest of the facility. It's well staffed and Leo is wonderful. Climate control will keep your precious belongings safe even in frigid Boston winters or humid summers. We tell everyone we know about ezstorage. I had just resigned to the fact that all storage units are terrible, sketchy places often with homeless people living in them if you're anywhere near Boston, oh and they'll rip you off too and raise your rates or never stop billing you. Storing your goods does not have to be misery, people!! Go to EZstorage now. They're honest and wonderful. You have actual peace of mind knowing your stuff is safe. I'm giving you the keys to my car with a loaded truck full of my personal valuables, and expecting you to give it back to my thousands of miles away with everything in tact. The reason why I went with CCLDM, is because they allowed me 100lbs in the trunk of my car to pack whatever. My situation was interesting, cause no moving company would take my stuff cause I didn't have enough stuff to make the trip. Therefore, that 100lbs in the trunk really saved me. Communication was excellent. The email response was excellent. Everything was great. I had a follow up phone conversation with John, one of their representatives, just now to ask how the service was, and I really appreciate them doing that. These guys are honestly one of the most professional companies I have worked with in any capacity. They showed up exactly on time on pick up day, and proceeded to quickly, but meticulously pack the furniture (including some unwieldy unconventional items like a huge turtle tank) with moving blankets and other materials. Everything was packed up and catalogued in a matter of hours. The apartment was left spotless. Since I was moving out of Orlando right after Hurricane Irma, I was naturally worried that stuff would get stuck in the infrastructural mess that followed, but to my surprise it ended up arriving promptly on the promised date. The entire time it was in transit, I was kept up to date by a very friendly customer relations agent that was assigned to me directly. The delivery crew was just as friendly and professional as the pick up crew, carefully unpacking all of my belongings and placing them where they needed to go. Overall, I had an amazing experience with these guys and will definitely be using them again and recommending them to all my friends.

Which can be a problem on some level because you are limited to accessing your storage by their set business hours. So evening hours to access storage is off limits, as is early weekend mornings. ( other storage facilities allow access during off hours via an access code) That's why I gave it a 4 Star. Other than that, the building is very clean, air tight, organized, pleasant, safe and a top notch place to store your stuff. One other down side is that it's pricey, but you pay more for what you get as they say!

We got the first month free and then put the monthly charge on our credit card. The price for this was the best compared to others we called about. We got a code for the gate and could come and go fairly easy. They do lock it for the night for security reasons. This location is right next to North End Treats and the pool store. There is another location closer to the mall but we didn't go there to compare since we were so pleased at this place. I would highly recommend this spot. We also go a POD which was great since it came to the house and was taken away. However, you can't go in and out to get things like you can with the storage unit. Both have pros and cons.
