When I first brought it to their attention, I had noticed it had damaged a piece of furniture, but didn't seem to have been damaged beyond that. I asked who I should contact and the woman at the front was nice enough, but said No one was going to do anything. I left a voicemail for the manager, April and never heard back. About a year later, we were leaving the unit and went to get the rest of our stuff. This is what we noticed all of the mice droppings and further water damage to our property. We brought it again to the attention of the woman at the front desk, who was on speakerphone with April at that time and again said that "they ain't gonna do nothing" but to call back next week. I followed up and spoke with April who said that she would get back to me no later than Wednesday, but have not heard back since. Despicable. I have over $3500 in damage to property that went straight in the trash. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau, and I am also filing a complaint with the Attorney General. Don't do business with these people.

We had a lot of stuff and large furniture, and 4 bedrooms sets. Everything was disassembled and reassembled without any issues. Before they were completely done they made sure everything was where we wanted it and would move around again if necessary. They were wonderful, professional, hard working, never complained, kind, considerate, just a pleasure to deal with all day. I would not hesitate to refer them to family and friends and if I ever needed them in the future, this would be the only call I made.

Texting that number produced no results. Honestly, the best option for storage is to rent a storage unit and bring things to it yourself so that you don't get overcharged and jerked around by OnDemand storage.

The bottom line is that you shouldn't waste time looking around, just use Burkhardt. One of the owners David came a week before the move, gave me a reasonable estimate and was incredibly personable. Then yesterday they sent two guys (Morgan and Kyle) who were absolutely tremendous. Sometimes you never know what you're getting with movers, but these two guys were courteous, listened to make sure that things were done the way I wanted, and they let me know on multiple occasions that they were dedicated to making sure that the job was done the way I wanted. And to make it even better, they were also focused on being efficient which meant that the move went smoothly and quickly without any feeling that they were cutting corners. I had used this company years ago in the early 2000's and had a good experience. However, the time I used them again a few years ago was a nightmare, One of the owners came to my apartment to give me an estimate. I was getting rid of most of my furniture because it was old and/or broken. So basically all I had to move was a bedroom set, a couch, and some boxes. He quoted me two people because I did not have a lot to move. In fact, when I used them before I only had two people because I did not have a ton of furniture but much more than I had this time. Anyway, imagine my surprise when on moving day THREE people showed up. One of them said to me that they didn't have much work that day. Oh so I am supposed to pay for that? They know they have you though because moving is stressful enough without an argument. Plus, I stupidly thought it would go faster. WRONG! They were so slow that even with three of them there would be long gaps between getting furniture. I went outside at one point and saw the three of them just hanging out on the truck. So finally when everything was done I said ok I will meet you at the new place. One of them said, we have to stop at the office real quick. I get to my new place, and it took them over an hour and a half to arrive. I called their cell phone at one point because they had given me the number, but of course they did not answer. So when they finally showed up and moved me in, they way overcharged me. At least a third more than what I was quoted. I was so tired and worn out that I just paid it. I had to return to work the next day so it took me a while to unpack. That's when I started to notice that I was missing things, jewelry, handbags, designer sunglasses, china from my Grandmother, a huge jar full of change, clothes etc. The problem was i could not prove any of it. I also stupidly used bankers boxes so I did not seal them because I have never had a mover steal from me. One of the movers even said to me that I should not have used them! I was too stupid to realize that the reason they took so long to get to my new place was because they were going through my stuff to see what valuables they could take. I am still heartbroken because some of the things they took were family heirlooms which really only had sentimental value. Please do not hire these people at any price! Warning!!!! Don't buy a car from Mark Perry at RK Auto Body and Sales!…read more I purchased a 2009 Subaru legacy from him on March 28, 2018 and the problem started on the ride home. My mother went with me to pick up the car and I had her drive it home. (I needed to have a left foot Accelerator pedal installed in order for me to be able to drive it due to a stroke.) When I was following her I noticed that the rear right brake light was out. I immediately called and spoke to Gina and told her about the problem and she said I could bring it in and they would replace the bulb. (This is the only positive response that I received regarding multitude of issues with the car) On the ride home my mother experience violent shaking from the front end of the car when she stepped on the break pedal. (Mark drove the car when I went to look at it because it didn't have a left foot Accelerator pedal yet.) He told me that the brakes were pulsing because "the car had been sitting for so long and that it should go away with use." I took it to my mechanic to have the left foot Accelerator pedal installed and ask him to look at the brakes. He took it for test drive and found that the brake pedal was pulsing and recommended replacing the rotors and front brake pads. Shortly there after, I went to use the windshield washer and the pump didn't work. Also, the AC wasn't working. I called to set up a time to have these issues addressed under the 30 day warranty that he provided. The first time I called I spoke to Gina and she said "Mark is out in the paint booth and things of been crazy busy around here." I asked her to have him give me a call and she said she would but I never heard from him. Each subsequent time I didn't get a response. I then emailed him (no response) and finally sent him two certified letters before the end of the 30 day warranty to which I received no response. I had my mechanic make the repairs which cost me $850 and then sued him for the money.On the first hearing date he mysteriously developed food poisoning and the date had to be postponed. On the second court date he didn't bother to show and I received a default judgment. The bottom line is don't believe anything he says and his warranty isn't worth the paper that it's written on!!!
